The Unveiling of Secret Queen
Chapter 2485: Amadeus’s Alternate Identity?
Nathalie Quinlan looked at the flashing red dot on the map of Country M, frowned, pulled out a chair to sit down, flipped through her phone book, and scrolled down, calling Valencia Jett again.
This time someone did something.
However, it wasn’t answering the call.
It was directly hanging up her call.
Nathalie didn’t wait any longer. While calling Khendy Lordon’s assistant, whom she was familiar with from Maybelissa, she started packing her things.
"Hello, Ms. Quinlan." The assistant quickly picked up, his voice floating, giving the impression that he had lost his backbone, very flustered.
Nathalie asked him directly and concisely, "What happened to Khendy Lordon?"

Downstairs, Nathalie came down from the second floor.
Sadam Vinson was talking about going back to Beijing, raised his eyes and saw the man comfortably sitting on the sofa with his leg propped up, looking at the phone, his eyebrows moved, and he asked him, "Amadeus, Nathalie’s birthday is coming up, right? This year Nathalie will be 20, what’s your plan?"
Alfred Garland remembered Mr. Yancey’s instructions, put down the broom, and said to the man, "Mr. Yancey said that on Ms. Quinlan’s birthday, you must definitely go back."
"Does Mr. Yancey want to celebrate Nathalie’s birthday?" Sadam Vinson touched the earring on his ear, understanding the intention.
Alfred estimated that was the case: "Mr. Yancey didn’t say, but Ms. Quinlan’s 20th birthday definitely needs to be a grand event."
The two went back and forth, and the man leaning against the sofa was exceptionally handsome, so lazy that he didn’t even lift his eyelids.
He seemed to be replying to someone’s message.
"Amadeus, who are you messaging?" Sadam Vinson saw he hadn’t responded for a while, walked over and looked: "We were talking about Nathalie’s matter, and you didn’t react..."
As he spoke, he walked behind the man, his eyes only catching a glimpse of an eagle’s symbol, followed by a message sent by Amadeus Yancey.
He only saw three words flash by: Released it?
"Released it?" Sadam Vinson was momentarily stunned and dumbfoundedly asked him, "Release what?"
At the first moment Sadam approached, Amadeus Yancey pulled the phone away, the corner of his eye just catching the reply coming through.
[We have released the person according to your instructions without touching him.]
Seeing the answer he wanted, Amadeus Yancey slowly put the phone away, raised his eyes, and casually changed the topic: "What did you just come to ask me about?"
"Just Nathalie’s 20th birthday." Sadam Vinson, as expected, was led by him, realized, and said: "Nathalie’s 20th birthday is coming up. You haven’t prepared a gift?"
Amadeus Yancey was about to speak when the corner of his eye suddenly caught the girl coming down from the stairs.
The girl was still dressed in a hoodie, but today she wore a more understated white hooded T, holding a black single shoulder bag in her hand.
Different from usual.
Today the bag was bulging, obviously filled with lots of stuff.
Amadeus Yancey’s deep eyes darkened slightly, pursed his lips, and stood up.
Nathalie Quinlan came down from the second floor, saw them, thought for a moment, then walked over, coming to the man, hesitated for a moment, and said, "I have to go out for a bit."
"Where to?" Amadeus Yancey picked up the car keys, calmly said, "I’ll take you."
Nathalie felt he might have guessed something, raised her hand to stop him, her pitch-black, clear eyes meeting his line of sight, a headache pounding: "No need... I’m going to a place that’s not nearby."
"What do you mean?" Sadam Vinson interjected.
Nathalie looked at him, then at Amadeus Yancey, tentatively opening her mouth: "I have to go out for a bit, not sure exactly how many days I’ll be gone. If it’s short, I’ll be back in two or three days, if long, it might take a week or ten days, or half a month."
