Zhang Rong thought for a moment and said, "How about this? I’ll ask around for you and see what I can find."

"Alright!" Li Yang was a little disappointed. "Aunt Rong, please be quick. My resort is about to open, and I want to get everything finalized as soon as possible."

"Okay!" Zhang Rong nodded. "It’ll be quick, don’t you worry."

Zhang Rong’s words put Li Yang much more at ease.

After hanging up, Li Yang considered heading back to the village, but on second thought, someone else came to mind.

’Aunt Rong doesn’t know much about this, but someone else does.’

Director Song!

’She works in television, so Director Song should know about this.’

’I got the idea from a TV show myself. Asking her would be the best way to find out.’

After a moment’s thought, Li Yang gave Director Song a call.

The two of them hadn’t actually been in contact since the last time they met.

The call connected quickly.

"Well, what made you think of giving me a call?" Director Song asked with a laugh.

Her relaxed tone made Li Yang breathe a sigh of relief. ’Looks like she still remembers me.’

"Director Song, I wanted to ask you something..." Li Yang got straight to the point. "You know that water-based obstacle course show on Mango TV? Do you know where they get their courses designed, or where I could buy the equipment?"

Director Song was stunned for a moment. "You... you want to buy that kind of equipment?"

"That’s right!" Li Yang didn’t hide it from her and explained his idea.

His main reasons were that he wanted to host a show there eventually, and besides, Director Song seemed like a good person, so he told her everything.

"You... you actually have an idea like that!" Director Song laughed after he finished explaining. "I never would have expected it. How about this: come over to the station. As it happens, I have something here you might be able to help with."

"What is it?" Li Yang asked in surprise.

"You’ll see when you get here!" Director Song said with a laugh. "Come on, hurry."

Li Yang drove over to the TV station.

Director Song was already waiting for him at the station.

"This really must be fate..." Director Song laughed out loud when she saw Li Yang.

"What do you mean, fate?" Li Yang looked completely baffled.

"Come on, I’ll show you something!" Director Song said cheerfully.

Li Yang had no choice but to follow her to the TV station’s warehouse.

The warehouse was massive inside.

When Li Yang went inside, he saw that it was filled with countless boxes. Judging by their size, the contents were huge, and they were piled so high they took up half the warehouse.

"Here..." Director Song handed a set of blueprints to Li Yang.

One look, and Li Yang was dumbfounded.

"This... this is the obstacle course for a water show?"

The blueprints were assembly diagrams for the very same kind of obstacle course.

"That’s right!" Director Song said with a smile. "This is for a show we’re co-producing with Ningzhou TV Station, called ’Summer Showdown.’ We’re just two city-level TV stations, so we don’t have a huge budget or a lot of influence. But we figured a show like this would do well in the summer, so we decided to join forces. This is the course we designed, and all the equipment has already arrived. The problem is, we’re having a hard time finding a location. But now that you’ve mentioned your project, I’m thinking your village could be perfect. What do you say? Should we film the show in your village?"

Li Yang just stood there, dumbfounded.

’Could things really be this coincidental?’

’This is like manna from heaven. It’s too good to be true!’

After a moment, Li Yang finally snapped out of it and said, "Film it at my place? That would be amazing, of course... Is an offer this good for real?"

Director Song smiled. "Of course it is. Ningzhou TV Station and our station have poured our hearts and souls into this show. We’re hoping to hold on to some of our local viewers, so we’re giving this program everything we’ve got. The only unfortunate thing is... we haven’t been able to secure any sponsors yet. It’s driving me crazy."

As she said this, Director Song looked genuinely anxious.

"Director Song, what kind of sponsorship are you looking for?"

"Just sponsors!" Director Song explained. "Our local businesses don’t have much faith in us, so they’re not willing to invest in a show like this. That’s why we’re in a tough spot."

"Roughly how much do you need?" Li Yang asked.

"It’s not a huge amount..." Director Song said seriously. "Our station needs one million, and Ningzhou needs about the same..."

"I’ll invest!" Li Yang said instantly, without a second thought.

"Huh? You’ll invest?"

"Well, not me personally. Remember Cold Lake Ice Spring? I’ll have them invest!" Li Yang said with a wave of his hand. "How about as the title sponsor?"

Of course Director Song remembered the mineral water brand. They had delivered water to the station before; in fact, it was the water they were still drinking.

’That’s right, how could I have forgotten about them?’

"I’ll call Qin Susu!" Li Yang said happily. "You call the director of Ningzhou TV Station, and let’s all have a chat. Cold Lake Ice Spring is willing to be the title sponsor. Our request is simple: just set up the outdoor filming in our village. I’ll do everything I can to facilitate things for you."

"Okay, I’ll call Director Wen in Ningzhou!" Director Song said, delighted.
