Lin Chuan quickly stopped the door from closing, chuckled dryly twice, and hurriedly explained, "Wu Yuanyuan, if you still believe those people, then you're being fooled. Besides, we're leaving because we're tired of staying here and want a change of environment. If you disagree, then fine, let's pretend I said nothing, and we'll go back to work tomorrow."

"Don't bother with that Lin kid anymore. Secretly observe Wu Yuanyuan and report any contact between them." Qin Shaobing finally spoke after a long pause.

Xiangzi nodded and agreed before retreating.

Night had fallen, the urban lights illuminating the sky, while the few stars seemed pale and powerless.

At East Sea County train station, from a distance, it was a black sea of people. This train station was one of the largest in the nation, with a daily passenger flow averaging forty to fifty thousand.

"Hmph, hypocritical!" Wu Yuanyuan sneered, as if seeing through Lin Chuan's intentions.

"What do you know? Whenever a great person leaves a city, they must vow something to highlight their importance!" Lin Chuan said proudly, secretly scornful of Wu Yuanyuan.

Wu Yuanyuan playfully hung her only backpack around Lin Chuan's neck, chuckling, "My dear great brother, you're so impressive. Even if you're forced to leave home, you can do it so gracefully, making a girl like me look up to you. Since you're so capable, carry this heavy luggage for me!"

"Oh...!" Before Lin Chuan could respond, Wu Yuanyuan had already dashed ahead.

With no choice, Lin Chuan had to carry a large backpack, holding a suitcase in one hand, with a small backpack hanging around his neck, closely following behind Wu Yuanyuan.

The train station at night lacks the daytime hustle and bustle, yet its crowd is nearly as large. These days are when students are returning home, and even the extra temporary trains are struggling to accommodate the eager scholars.

After waiting in line for more than an hour, Lin Chuan finally managed to squeeze through the throngs of people to buy a train ticket. It was for a train heading to Yin County in Jiangming Province.

Wu Yuanyuan was sitting on her luggage, waiting for Lin Chuan in a small corner of the waiting hall. Though Wu Yuanyuan's attire was not particularly glamorous, her inherently extraordinary demeanor caused the men in the waiting hall to drool. If not for the crowd, someone might have directly made a forceful attempt on her.

Trying not to pay attention to the ill-intentioned stares, Wu Yuanyuan searched through the crowd for Lin Chuan's figure. It had been over an hour, why hadn't he gotten the ticket yet?

Finally, Wu Yuanyuan spotted Lin Chuan leisurely making his way over from behind a few female students.

Originally, Lin Chuan intended to return immediately after getting the ticket, but seeing there's still more than two hours until the departure time, he wasn't in a hurry anymore and strolled towards Wu Yuanyuan's direction. Little did he know he'd run into some gossiping female students who started discussing the boys at their school in front of him, occasionally saying rather blunt things.

This made the girls beside her anxious; Xiao Li was the shyest and most conservative of them all. They had long wanted to know if Xiao Li was still a virgin, yet at this critical moment, Xiao Li could not speak.

"Did you or didn't you!" the girls asked in unison.

Lin Chuan felt a bit embarrassed listening; how come the girls these days are like this, yet when I was in school, they weren't this open!

Thankfully, the place was crowded and chaotic, so even with the girls speaking loudly, no one paid them attention.

Xiao Li timidly looked at her classmates and said in a low voice, "The day before leaving school, we went to a hotel!"

"Really?" the female classmates repeated together in disbelief.

The girls were dumbfounded, and after a brief pause, the girl with pimples couldn't help but burst into laughter, followed by the others who laughed out loud.

Thinking of this, Lin Chuan again thought of Wu Yuanyuan. Last night with her was completed in a muddle, and now that he thinks about it, it didn't feel like much. If they were both clear-headed, Lin Chuan might not have the same confidence, especially since only yesterday did he shed the title of virgin.
