The Symbol of Peace Is Gone… Again.

  • Next Chapter

Aya-chan’s replacement phone came in over the weekend on Saturday, as well as the industrial soundproofing pads, sound-dampening curtains, and the sound-dampening sleeve under the door for our dorm. We got the fancy stuff to make sure that it really did its job. I volunteered to put it all up so I wouldn’t have to look at Bakugo sulking, but Aya-chan joined me anyway. He is such a drama queen with all of his teeth smacking every time the news is on. The only thing the news on every station is covering is All Might’s fight with Shigaraki and how he lost his legs. Headlines everywhere are saying “The Symbol of Peace Is Gone… Again.

I can tell that Bakugo is blaming himself, but I really don’t want to cheer him up since we have a past. Wouldn’t the nerd be better at something like that than me? He sure does love to meddle in others' business. If some time passes and that spiky bastard hasn’t improved, I’ll get Aya-chan to ask the nerd to talk to him. They have a good relationship and are friends, though Bakugo would never admit to it. I have a gut feeling that he would listen to the nerd. I am so tired of his bitching.

I sigh, and Aya-chan asks while still working on putting up soundproofing pads, “What’s that sigh about, Kai-chan?” I tell her, and she asks, “Why don’t you talk to him?” I scoff, “Fat chance; the nerd can talk to that spiky bastard instead. He would probably listen to him more than me anyway. It isn’t like I want to help him or anything. I just am tired of him being a fucking bitch.” She stops putting up the pad she was working on, and she chuckles and hugs me from behind. “It sounds like you do want to help him,” I growl a bit in a pout while she squeezes me tight.

I tell her, being a little prickly, “Don’t you fucking say anything to that bastard.” She chuckles again, “I won’t say anything to him.” She kisses my neck as I sigh in relief because I don’t want that bastard to think I care about him or anything. She spins me around, and I yelp in surprise as she kisses me on the lips this time. She smirks and says, “You are such a kind person, Kai-chan.” I blush furiously and stammer, “Y-y-you are p-probably the only person in the w-world who thinks so.” She responds, “I think you are wrong about that one.” She kisses me again before I can say a rebuttal, and she keeps me occupied by sticking her tongue in my mouth.

After our makeout session, I concede defeat and let her have this one. Even though I don’t agree that anyone other than her thinks I am kind. Nobody understands me as she does. I go back to soundproofing the room and start quirk-walking to pad the ceiling. Aya-chan was installing the specialty floor pads that look a tad different from the rest, and they look like tiled carpet. It actually reminds me of a less-soft version of what Gunhead had in his dojo in the area where we tested throws. Aya-chan had to borrow Uraraka to lift the furniture briefly so she could finish the install on the floor. We want to make sure every inch of the walls and ceilings are covered.

We finished the install a decent amount of time before dinner, and we got a little sweaty in the process. I went to pick up a spare change of clothes, underwear, a towel, and my hygiene bag for the baths. However, Aya-chan had other plans. She says while taking off her clothes, “I say we test out the room before we take a bath.” I blush furiously as I see her naked flesh and I nod enthusiastically. She giggles as I stumble out of my clothes and she says, “I want to fill you with my cum today, Kai-chan.” She transforms into Fumiaki, and she is already completely erect.

She playfully throws me on the bed and gets in between my legs and starts licking me to get me wet. I moan as she licks me with precision, and she licks me longer to tease me since she likes to hear my moans and enjoys my sexual impatience. Even though I never actually verbalized it. My moans sound different with all the soundproofing up in the room. They don’t reverberate/echo as much, even though I never thought they did in the first place. Fu-chan seems to have noticed and is enjoying it, too. It is a weird thing to say, but it makes us sound more present in the moment, if that makes sense.

Once she has had her fill of teasing me, she lubes up her penis, and she asks me in her deep masculine voice, “Are you ready, Kai-chan?” I nod while extremely red from being flustered. She smirks, and she positions herself at my entrance and slowly pushes her penis inside me. She slowly fills me up and starts pumping her hips in a rhythm as I moan because she is so big. She gradually gets faster and harder with her pumps, and my moans increase as my pleasure climbs.

She edges me, knowing I am close to elongate our intimacy as she bites her lip in that sexy way she does. She looks so handsome as Fu-chan when she does this, and she makes both men and women melt when she bites her lip in this form. She gently grabs my throat and squeezes the sides and says as she continues to pump into me, "It seems that someone is distracted." I stammer, completely flustered, "I-I w-was just thinking how s-sexy you are, Fu-chan." She hums in a sexy manner as if very pleased by my response and she stops edging me and pumps faster into me while continuing to hold my throat. I cum first today, and my clenching around her penis brings her to orgasm as well, and she shoots her cum inside of me.

Once both of our orgasms end, she pulls out, and she transforms back while grabbing her water to gulp down several sips before passing it to me, and I accept. She says as I hydrate, “Now, do you want to take a bath or eat first?” I take several gulps as well and then respond, “I would like to wash the sweat off of me before I go eat… But I’ll need a minute since my legs are Jello.” I also need to clean up as I feel her cum oozing out of me. However, even though it is her, it is a little embarrassing to say out loud. Even though I love the feeling of her cum inside of me. She chuckles and plops down beside me and starts tracing her fingers across my naked flesh, and she says, “I love you so much, Kai-chan.” I echo it right back, “And I love you so much, Aya-chan.” We stayed cuddling for several minutes before getting up and going to take a bath.

On Monday, after our morning classes, we went to one of the training grounds to show All Might what we learned during our work studies in our first combat exercise since we returned to classes. He is currently in a heavy-duty wheelchair, but that doesn’t seem to stop him from zipping around at high speeds. It is almost like he doesn’t really need his legs to be fast. That spiky bastard still is sulking whenever he sees All Might, even though All Might is unfazed.

Twinkle Toes, Ashido, and Toru were the first to demonstrate what they learned by taking down robots. Twinkle Toes learned how to make a sword out of his naval laser to slice robots into pieces. Ashido learned to cover herself with her acid to melt robots, and Toru turned completely invisible and unleashed a combined attack with Twinkle Toes to bend the light to her will. It was actually pretty dope how she controlled the light there.

After their demonstration, Aya-chan cheers, “Wooooo! Go Toru, go!” Toru turns her invisibility off, blushes adorably, smiles a cute smile, and responds to Aya-chan’s cheering, “Thanks, Ayaka.” I give her a thumbs-up so I don’t have to verbalize a compliment. All Might says to the group that just went, “Wonderful job! It is obvious that your work studies paid off.” All Might starts wheeling himself back and forth and says, “Great, now let’s see what the rest of you have learned.”

Our classmates have improved a lot in their work studies, and Aya-chan has started to clam up. I asked her, “What’s wrong, Aya-chan?” She says, “W-well, it is just that the only thing I learned over my work-study was that there are very creepy and powerful villains out there who are resistant to my attacks.” I stroke her hair and tell her, “Then go out there and show those robots who is boss since they are fucking weaklings. Throw everything at them.

She smirks and exhales sharply while clenching her fist, then says, “You’re right. I’ll show those weakling robots who is boss.” She turns my head and kisses me, and she steals my jawbreaker for her turn. She raises her Thorn Armor, and she looks so fucking cool. She throws boulders at some of the robots with her Rock Tomb quirk and follows it up with an Armament Thorn Armor Tentacle slam. Her observation haki is on point as always, and she is always one step ahead of the robots with her future sight. She even lets them surround her, then goes 5D so they collide with each other while she reemerges above them with more Armament Thorn Tentacle slams.

When she returns to the rest of the class, I am beaming with pride, doing my happy wiggle while still wearing my usual scowling face. She sees me, and she squeals and hugs me, “Kai-chan, how are you so cute right now?” I blush furiously as All Might says, “Great job, young Kubo.” He then calls out the next group while Aya-chan sits next to me. She side-hugs me with one arm and rests her head on my shoulder, and says, “I love you so much, Kai-chan.” I stroke her hair as I respond, “I love you, too, Aya-chan.”

The rest of our class goes, and everyone is sharper and more precise in their movements, but they are all surprised to see the nerd. He learned how to harness that black energy and use it as whips, which was very different from the time it went out of control. When he finished his turn, Sero mentioned that if he gets any better with the black energy, his quirk will be obsolete. The nerd says, “That power is named black whip. I actually use your moves as inspiration, Sero.” He turns to Uraraka and bows and says, “Thank you, Ochaco, for helping me then and now as I continue to hone my quirk. I wouldn’t be here without your support.”

She smiles warmly and lifts his face with her hands so he stands back up, and says, “Anytime, Izuku. Just so you know, because of you, I added these wires to my costume. They might not be as good as Sero’s tape, but I was able to make something useful from that experience. Both of us are better because of it.” Her face goes red, and she whispers to him, still holding his face, “You mean the world to me, Izuku.” He starts blushing, and they sit down, holding hands, while I go to beat up the robots.

I use my usual attacks, like my Ace Meteor Hop, and even bust out the new move that I have yet to name that shoots jawbreakers like their bullets from my stretchy skin like a slingshot. I think I am overthinking naming it. Slingshot does sound short, sweet, and to the point. I think I might stick with that.

After beating up my robots, I return to Aya-chan, who says, “Wow, Kai-chan! I didn’t know you came up with a new move!” I blush and sit down next to her and say in a soft voice, so it isn’t broadcast to the class, “I had to get a little creative when fighting that villain that attacked me during my work study. He was particularly resilient because of his quirk…” She side-hugs me, and she asks, “Since you didn’t really go into detail, I had no idea that you came up with a new move.” I lean my head on her shoulder and say, “You were having a tough time. I didn’t want to make it worse by going into detail with that incident. I know how sometimes similar situations can bring up bad memories.” She leans her head on my head and sighs while gently squeezing me, “I love you, Kai-chan.” I echo it back, as per usual, “I love you too, Aya-chan.”

After classes in the evening, the nerd and Bakugo disappeared. I think they might be talking with All Might. I noticed that Bakugo often joins them in their talks, as if he also knows the nerd’s secret or something. With how sharp he is in combat, I wouldn’t be surprised if he figured it out on his own. I honestly don’t know the details, but I am not about to go and ask either of them about it. While they are M.I.A., the class works together to make dinner. We are making hot pot. I put myself on veggie washing duty, making sure to be careful with the mushrooms since they absorb water easily. So, I use a damp towel for them.

Aya-chan took all the cleaned veggies and put them in a bowl to make it easier to add them to the hot pot. As I was almost done washing the mushrooms and veggies, the nerd and Bakugo returned, and Sero said, “Bakugo and Midoriya are late yet again.” Kaminari joined in while holding a tray of meat, “You better hurry and join us preparing for dinner. Otherwise, it’s no meat for you.” The nerd runs to join immediately, and Bakugo yells at Kaminari, “You really think that you can take meat away from me, Sparky? I’ll kill you.” Sero breaks into a cold sweat, and Kaminari says while softly smiling at his bud, “Yeah, he is a total villain.” Kirishima yells, “The more you help, the sooner we all eat!”

Bakugo then starts making rounds, and he sees the bowl of chives and explodes, “Who is the idiot who cut the chives?!” Todoroki calmly says, “I did.” Bakugo yells at him, “You have shamed your sister!” (?????) I take it he must have eaten at Todoroki’s place at some point and had his sister’s cooking. Wait. Now that I think about it, they did their work studies at that flaming bastard’s agency. So it would make sense for them to have dinner after training. It definitely doesn’t sound like it would have been Bakugo’s plan at all, and probably Todoroki’s plan or his family's. I doubt that flaming bastard would have had the compassion to invite his son’s friends to dinner since he is a bastard.

Bakugo’s comment made Todoroki depressed since his sister is still in critical condition at the hospital. Bakugo fixes the chives while sighing, and he starts to look lost in thought, as if something is bothering him that is not food related. He is probably too socially dense to realize his words made Todoroki depressed. Probably All Might if I had to take a guess. I try to ignore him while we finish preparing the last of the ingredients, which doesn’t take long at all.

When everything is prepared, Ida raises a paper cup in a toast, “Friends! The long-awaited work-study exchange and starting the term off with a bang hot pot party is finally ready to begin! Eat up!” Everyone cheers, and I place my hands together like usual and say, “Thank you for the food.” Our classmates start talking about how it is the perfect weather for a hot pot since it is cold out, and I tune them out while I have a moment with my hot pot. I relish all of the tastes on my tongue and savor every bite.

Aya-chan’s words bring me out of my moment, and she says, “You might be right because Kai-chan is in her own world right now.” I look at her and say, “What?” The rest of the class starts laughing, and I blush, not knowing why they are laughing. Aya-chan updated me that Mineta apparently told Ida that his talking was ruining the food, and Todoroki chimed in that words can’t change the taste of food. If I had heard that before I temporarily lost my taste, I would have agreed, but having experienced that, I would say that it is entirely possible.

I clear my throat to try to remove my blush, and I chime in after the class calmed down, “It depends on how powerfully they impact the person listening. The more impactful, the more it changes the taste.” Mineta clenches his fist, feeling vindicated. “See, I told you! Sekai is the expert on this sort of stuff!” It feels weird to agree with Mineta, but he really has changed for the better over the past couple of months. I think Mineta has pretty strong feelings about the upcoming final exams, and it really does change the taste of his food. I am not sure why because he is actually pretty studious. He was even before his change, which was surprising if I am being honest.

While we are eating, my environmental Observation Haki picks up All Might in his wheelchair outside, next to the bench, wearing a stretched-out, puffy navy blue coat with a red scarf around his neck. It seems he is talking with Mr. Aizawa, but my classmates’ conversation is drowning out what they are saying. I see Mr. Aizawa crossing his arms and standing next to All Might’s wheelchair and talking to him while looking forward. It is so cold outside that I can see their breath leaving their mouths as they breathe and talk.

Bakugo catches me looking out the window, and he sighs depressively again. The nerd also catches it, and he glances at Aya-chan, and they have a non-verbal conversation. It is now that I realize that she talked to the nerd about our conversation. I sigh, thinking back on that conversation, and she did say that she wasn’t going to tell Bakugo, but she never did say that she wasn’t going to tell the nerd. Knowing her mannerisms so well, I think that she wants the nerd to talk to him after we eat.

After we eat, the nerd has me walk with him, and we meet outside the dorms where All Might was before, but he's now gone. It seems that Bakugo is here, too. I groan and ask the nerd in a soft mutter, “Why the fuck did you bring me out here, you nerd?” He says awkwardly in a quiet manner, “W-well, Kubo mentioned how you noticed how Kacchan has been depressed, and I didn’t even notice until I heard from Kubo. I thought that you would be able to get through to him more than I would.” I smack my teeth. “Tsk. That is exactly what I told Aya-chan about you, fucking nerd.”

Bakugo smacks his teeth as he bundles up in his jacket while sticking his hands in his pockets for warmth. “Tsk. What do you extras want?” The nerd says, “Sekai noticed how you were depressed recently and wanted me to talk to you.” I smack my teeth. “Tsk. Fucking nerd. Why the fuck did you have to go and mention that?!” I go to leave him, and Aya-chan is standing on the dorm porch with her arms crossed in disappointment. I groan and turn back around grumpily, my hands in my pockets.

Bakugo smacks his teeth. “Tsk. What I feel is none of you extras’ business.” The nerd asks, “Is it about All Might’s injuries?” Bakugo smacks his teeth, gets up in annoyance, grabs me, and pulls me briefly to tell me nonverbally to follow him, and I do. In an annoyed fashion while baring my teeth, I follow. Aya-chan and the nerd follow us as we go to a training ground. He turns to face me while removing his bare hands from his pockets, and he starts to make small explosions with his hands, and he says in a surprisingly calm tone, “Fight me, loser.” He turns to the nerd and says, “Deku, you are next.

I hear Aya-chan panicking and calling the principal from the sidelines, shivering slightly in the cold. The nerd looked like he was about to try and stop us but changed his mind. He lowered his hand that was briefly raised in objection, rubbed them together, and watched intently, not like I care or anything. I sigh, knowing that getting anything through to Bakugo is best done with our fists. Fighting has its own language. I remove the gloves I was wearing for warmth and toss them to the side where the nerd and Aya-chan are spectating.

I get into a ready position while popping a jawbreaker, then nod to Bakugo, who returns with a nod of his own, and he comes at me explosively, immediately trying to blast me. I use armament and teleport behind him and attempt to whack him with a dull pinky blade. His quick reflexes, combined with his observation haki, gave him a heads-up and allowed him to dodge with a perfectly timed explosion. He counters with an explosion of his own and blasts me.

Fighting Bakugo is a match in terms of speed. If I even attempted to use my dark pulse quirk, he would dodge it as if it were barely moving because of his very quick reflexes. This is my first time fighting him, and my attempts to teleport behind him to get an opening, as I normally do, are ineffective. He yells at me, “Is that all you can do, extra!” I smack my teeth as I adjust my singed clothes and pull back a bit, briefly.

I think of that nerd’s fighting style and how he tries to learn from other people and how they use their quirks, and it makes me think of Ida’s quirk that we gave him from Kanto— Double Team. Could I similarly use my teleport to achieve a similar effect? This is the perfect opportunity to try it out when I am fighting him, not against a villain. I pop another jawbreaker even though I still have life from the one currently in my mouth, so I don’t have to worry about it running out as we continue fighting. I teleport in to teleport very quickly around him in a manner just like double team.

As I am doing this, I hit Bakugo with a dull blade repeatedly, and after my barrage, we are both covered in scrapes, burns, and bruises. We pant as we try to catch our breath, and I say, “It isn’t your fault, you spiky bastard. You know that, right?” He yells at me, “If it weren’t for me, then All Might would still have his legs and his quirk!” I yell right back at him, “You fucking idiot! I am the one who cut his legs off! I am the reason he doesn’t have legs! It is my fault, not yours!” He cries as he makes those small explosions while we catch our breath.

He yells back, “But if I weren’t kidnapped, you wouldn’t have had to do that! If only I were stronger…” The nerd is on the sideline clutching his jacket while crying tears of his own, though I don’t notice it at this time since I am focused on Bakugo. I yell back at Bakugo, “You were targeted by a group of powerful villains, you fucking idiot! They not only knew Haki, but they leveled up their quirks as well, and there are fights that you can’t win alone!” I clutch my singed jacket from all of his explosions and continue, “I know firsthand…”

The nerd joins in our discussion and says, “Sekai is right, Kacchan! All Might joined that fight because he wanted to! It wasn’t your fault!” The nerd starts crying and continues, “I hate what happened to All Might, too, Kacchan, but he gave it his all!” Bakugo's tears come out harder, and he says, “If only I weren’t born, then All Might would still have his quirk and his legs!” I teleport to him, punch him in the face, and yell, “Don’t you fucking say shit like that, you spiky bastard! You are one of the main characters in this story, and it wouldn’t be the same without you!” He looks confused and asks, “How do you know for sure that I am a main character? Especially with that nerd over there.”

That confirms my speculation that he knows the nerd’s secret. I place my hand on my head and sigh, “I guess that means that you know the nerd’s secret then.” He looks confused. “Wait, how do you know of the nerd’s secret?” I look at the nerd and ask him, “Did you tell him anything of what I told you?” The nerd shakes his head, and I sigh and plop down, and we both sit on the ground, battered, and I tell him the truth of my quirk and the other Japan. I never would have thought I would tell him any of this, but it seemed right at the moment. Sir Floof comes out and places his ribbons on both Bakugo and me as I tell him everything.

At the end of my explanation, he mutters, “Tsk. So that explains how you went from a weakling to being strong at the sports festival.” Mr. Aizawa approaches Aya-chan and the nerd on the sidelines of our fight, and he seems very irritated. He says in that disappointed voice of his, “There better be a damn good reason why you kids made me leave the comfort of my warm living room. I was so pissed when I got that phone call from Principal Nezu telling me about you kids.”

Bakugo and I stand up, and we walk over to them, Bakugo mutters while stuffing his hands in his pockets, "Damnit, I didn't get a chance to fight that nerd." Mr. Aizawa says, “I’ll have you both go to Recovery Girl tomorrow. It is really late, and she needs her rest. Now, as for your punishment for unsanctioned fighting, I will go a little easy on you since Kubo here had the foresight to notify the principal beforehand. So, instead of house arrest, you will be on dorm cleanup duty for a month.” I sigh and nod. Bakugo groans and says while looking back where we were fighting for a brief moment, “Sure, whatever.”

As we walk back, the nerd says to me, “Sekai, I know this is a personal thing for you, but I think you should tell the class about your secret. You too, Kubo, since you are also being targeted.” I smack my teeth. “Tsk. Pot calling the kettle black much?” He sighs, a visible sigh from the cold air, and responds, “You are right; maybe I should too.” Aya-chan squeezes my hand supportively and says to both of us, “Why don't we tell them together?” The nerd smiles a warm yet small smile and nods while I sigh and nod. When we got back to the dorms, we sat the entire class down and told them our secrets regarding All For One (we obviously didn't tell them about our alternate personas). They were grossly supportive.
