The rise of the pervert primordial

Chapter 672 - 672: Is chaos better than order? (part 27)

And he was right, unlike Nina who instinctively got carried away by her anger and those blue flames in part because of her young age and in part because whatever caused that change on the three sisters, it seemed to have affected the youngest of the sisters the most.

Or Lina who wanted to vent her anger on those guys for targeting Nina, the oldest of three sisters had a much more complicated objective, she was going to remind the Blazehearts why they shouldn’t mess with her sisters, while communicating the same message to the Firehearts for the first time as well.

And for that she needed a “witness”, someone to live in order to tell the tale, and that was the woman from the Fireheart, since she was the only one among the ones facing her, whom letting live would have some value… also even with her calm and composed self, she couldn’t bring herself to let the ones that personally sullied the home where the precious memories of their mother lied, live.

“Gah!”, the ongoing scream of the woman from the Fireheart was abruptly interrupted, by Lina pressing her flaming index finger on the center of her chest, causing the target’s mouth to tightly close, before she fell from the sky.

“Stop being a bother and obediently observe what’s about to happen from there”, casually said Mina to the woman from the Fireheart who not only was perfectly conscious but had her eyes open and was unable to even blink.

The oldest of the sisters then turned to see those three enemies of hers, to then say.

“Now, where were we?”.

“Blazing Sword!”, the answer she got was the two sword users breaking out of their previously pained states by exploding in dark blue flames as they activated “Blazing Sword”.

And that wasn’t all, they even added intent to their weapons, it was only level one intent but it was at the peak stage, so their Ghost Swords expanded the reach of their weapons quite a bit, obviously they wanted to keep Mina as far away from them as possible, not to mention that with Blazing Sword, the damage they could exert with their weapons equaled that of an early stage second level intent user.

“Blazing Spear!”, the captain on the other hand used the variation for spears, to then add intent as well, his weapon which already had a longer range than those two’s swords, further increased, equaling that of Mina’s sword whip as of current.

Not to mention that he actually had early stage second level intent, having chosen “Piercing”, as his spear’s design was focused on thrusting.

“I guess betraying your benefactors does indeed pay off pretty well, to think worthless trash like you would get to obtain peak level one intent, and even early stage second level or more accurately it was instilled into you by “someone”, right?”, disdainfully said Mina.

What a joke, she was trained by Layla, the Bladeheart princess herself, the youngest ever to awaken intent within the history of the Redheart family and the one considered the most talented in the Bladeheart family, since their current Ancestor was born.

It was a piece of cake for the oldest of the sisters to see the imperfections in those guy’s intents, they had bad compatibility with their own intents because they rushed their creation and basically obtained them by being influenced by someone else’s experiences directly.

That also explained why they who aren’t direct descendants, nor especially talented, had obtained such level of intent, when they are so “young”, being around 22 years old.

Also, it was easy for Mina to know who did it, since she could see traces of the fighting style of a spear user that had reached the third level of intent since a long time ago, someone she knew very well… her former father.

“Now I understand, all the respectful act it’s not because he holds a high position within the Blazeheart, you guys were taken in by that bastard, let me guess, this is the first time you have been deployed by him so you thought it’s because you were “ready” to get your revenge on us, or perhaps it’s because we were supposed to be in a weakened state?”, said Mina to then add.

“Mmm, let’s see, given that you are a spear user and that you have a real reason to hate for us since I personally had your brother die in such a miserable way, so unlike your lackeys you should know which one was it”.

The captain’s eyes got bloodshot upon listening to the words of the oldest of the sisters, however when he turned to give his teammates the order to charge at her alongside him, he was met with a pair of frowned expressions.

“Hey, what is she talking about, Falco?”, asked the heavy sword user guy.

“The Lord confided us this task because he knew we could defeat them regardless of the state they were in… right?”, asked the rapier user, which made the captain inwardly grit his teeth.

‘Damn that creepy woman, we even got a helper from the Fireheart so that she wouldn’t discern our relationship with master, so how did she… wait she said that I’m a spear user before speaking about my brother’s death, no way she guessed all that just because of my stance!’, he screamed in his heart to then lash at those two.

“Are you really that stupid, don’t forget who she is, when she was ten years old, she ambushed and tricked my brother, don’t fall for her schemes!”, he barked.

The frown on those two’s faces disappeared, what their captain said made complete sense, they who were members of a branch so distant it could be considered tertiary, were recognized by someone of great authority within the Blazeheart and though they were told they wouldn’t be able to show their strength in public until the right time came, they indeed became stronger at a ratio that only barely lost to direct descendants.

And their captain who trained the hardest, was on equal terms with an average direct descendant, not to mention they were still young so with the help of their benefactor they should be able to reach heights they couldn’t even imagine previously, maybe even the Heavenly realms, which would be enough for their families to become secondary branches to a main one at least.

“Yeah, you are right”, they both said with renewed fierceness as they glared at Mina, to which the captain nodded.

“That sadistic bitch is too cunning, so let’s focus in finishing this fight as fast as possible, we need to get out of here and bring back “important” news that will bring us some nice rewards, after all”, he said.

“Blazing Path!”, as if they were injected courage, the two sword users directly turned into dark blue flame streams that flashed at Mina, with the captain following behind them.

‘Come on, just give me a little opening you two!’, inwardly swore the captain as he prepared to thrust his spear the very moment Mina used her sword to block those two’s attacks.

But midway through their charge, Mina’s figure faded away like before, making those two raise their guards, as they were reminded of the pain they felt earlier.

“Don’t stop, release more flames, burn her!”, shouted the captain, those two obliged, they kept their speed the same but doubled the quantity of flames they were using to cover their bodies.

In any case the goal was to end the fight as soon as possible and they didn’t need, or more accurately couldn’t aim for the kill, since they didn’t want the black-haired monster that was looking at the fight from above to behead them out of anger, so the aim was to simply injure her enough for the Lord of the Twin Sword valley to interfere which would mean their victory and ensure their survival.

“Booom!”, those two suddenly turned into spheres of blue fire blocking in front of the captain who was in charge of attacking Mina, but the “opening” that the captain expected to appear didn’t come, instead of that, screams came from within the dark blue fire spheres.

“Aghhh!”, the captain felt the urge to look backwards, imagining Mina was there with that eerie calm smile and her eyes closed, but he forced himself to look frontwards and was able to feel the danger coming to him.

“Clang!”, sparks flew all over the place as he used his blazing spear to block at his left side, to then dodge downwards avoiding a punch to the face from Mina who appeared in front of him out of thin air.

But as a victorious smile was about to appear on his face, given that he was able to fend off against that vicious sword whip and even more vicious fist, he saw that the smile on Mina’s pretty face hadn’t diminished in the slightest.

“Crack!”, a shattering sound echoed through the vicinity as a heavy stomp landed on the right side of his right knee, making the protective wear he was using crack on the spot, before he was thrown out of balance, to then be sent flying with a punch to the face.

“Agh… Damn it”, unlike before the captain managed to escape out of the pained sensation right away, but he was still forced to retreat quite a few meters, not to mention that his right knee was numb.

The captain flashed to put distance between himself and Mina, as well as to regroup with his subordinates, who had stopped emitting flames the moment they overcame the pain they felt earlier, they who returned to the side of their captain, had small but noticeable cut wounds from which blood leaked out on their right shoulders.

“Her sword isn’t heavy, nor does it have spikes, so why are the wounds made with it so damn painful!”, roared the heavy sword user, the two times he has been slashed by Mina’s sword whip, he felt as if a metal spiked arrow was forcefully taken out by ripping his flesh, it was a horrible sensation.

“Hoh, would you look at that”, mumbled Aster high into the sky, from what he has seen, he could more or less understand Mina’s fighting style, it was actually quite simple, she was “balanced”.

While Nina is a heavy sword user and thus basically destroyed her opponents with a combination of close combat with her gladius and a solid defense with her short sword, and Lina is all about speed and fast and sharp slashes with a large range thanks to her great sword, combined with insane agility and maneuverability to avoid getting hit.

Mina instead takes aspects of the fighting styles of her two sisters, the capacity to avoid getting hit by the enemy’s attacks by combining speed and a stealth movement technique, as well as powerful heavy attacks like the ones that Nina has shown to be able to pull off by having trained in physical brawling techniques, both englobed by the strange and hard to predict swordsmanship in which she has trained enough to be at the early stage of the second level of intent.

‘Mmm, if they were at the same level she wouldn’t be as physically strong as Nina nor as fast as Lina, but even if she didn’t obtain those new flames unlike them, her strength output would still surpass the eighty percent mark just with enough time and or a bit of luck’, thought Aster to then inwardly add.

‘Not to mention that isn’t her real “talent” but a byproduct of it…’.

Back to the fight, the captain gritted his teeth at the complete defeat they faced even when those two used both Blazing Sword and Blazing path at the same time, the only move they had left would be using an attack type technique, but once they did so that would be the end of their participation in the fight, since they would be out of energy reserves for sure.

Not to mention that if they were stopped due to the pain caused by Mina’s attacks, their techniques will be forcefully stopped midway just like it happened to their Blazing Path earlier, but then as if a lightning had struck the captain out of the blue, his eyes glowed with cunningness.

‘Right, there is still that option…’, thought the captain to then sent a message that only his subordinates could hear.

Those two’s eyes contracted for a second, but after a moment of contemplation, they both seemed to agree with whatever they captain had told them, as a light of resolution glowed in their eyes.

“Now!”, the captain saw Mina’s image fade away like before and he instantly gave the order.

“Blazing Path!”, those two exclaimed in unison, flashing at the position where Mina was a second ago before she disappeared from plain sight, to then stop midway when they were slashed by Mina’s sword, just like before.

“Aghhh!”, however, the screams that came out of them weren’t of pain like before, they were more like a battle cry, the blue flames with orange borders that enveloped them, gained a dark yellow hue.

Naturally that wasn’t a new type of flame, they could only maintain the usage of their attributes alongside their normal flames thanks to the Fire Blazing Heart technique that the woman from the Fireheart family had used on them, that dark yellow tone was due to… yang energy.

The captain thought of a way to overcome the paralysis that Mina’s attack caused them, they stimulated their bodies by burning a large amount of vitality in a single go, in other words they used yang radiance to the extreme for split of a second.

Naturally exceeding what they could burn in a certain period of time while not being dual cultivators, which meant they had no natural way to replenish it, costed them a few years of their lives, but it was worth it to be able to make their moves.

“Fire Wave!”, those two then exploded in blue flames with orange borders that instantly expanded, engulfing everything within the vicinity, the increase in brightness and heat brought by the sea of flames that covered a really large range in a fraction of a second, made the figure of the oldest sister be revealed, giving away her position as of current.

“Blazing Charge!”, the captain who appeared out of nowhere after using a short time but explosive movement spirit technique, then thrusted his spear at Mina’s stomach, so that she wouldn’t die but whether she might still be able to remain a cultivator after an attack in that area, was unknown.

“Blazing Thrust!”, not to mention that his spear’s strength was further amplified when he injected another chunk of his flames into it.

‘I got you!’, inwardly screamed the captain, even if his target was faster than what she had previously shown, which was indeed the case, she wouldn’t be able to completely dodge his attack, at the very least she’ll lose an arm and with that, he should be able to negotiate leaving with his life.

Unfortunately plans most of the time won’t go according to what one wish and this was one of such cases, Mina’s orange fames “suddenly” had a change at their core, where their color faded away turning into a light gray one.

What followed was an impending sensation of doom that swallowed the captain who was the only one with a reaction time fast enough to feel what was about to happen.

“Phantom Snake Swordsmanship, Coiling Slash”, with an elegant turn, the sword whip on Mina’s hand exploded in light gray flames forming a huge rotating fire stream that then took the form of a nearly five-hundred-meter snake.

“Boooom!”, first the snake directly destroyed both the intent and the spear of the enemy before dragging the captain by biting the left side of his body.

“Aghhhh!”, the captain who was dragged away screamed due to pain and because the giant fire snake rotated to then clash against the sea of flames being radiated by those two, directly dividing it in half to then devour both the ones that were producing it as well.

Only after ascending around half a kilometer into the sky, which meant that the fire snake reached all the way to the area where Aster was floating while observing the fight, did the attack ran out of energy, turning into wisps of light gray flames with an orange border, and three battered bodies that then fell from the sky.

The oldest of the three sisters coldly observed those three heavily land on the ground, they perfectly ended up only a few meters away from where the girl from the Fireheart was forced to remain frozen to observe all the previous.

It seemed hard to believe, but it was as if Mina had calculated all this before it happened, but Aster didn’t doubt it for even a second, because such a situation aligned with what he judged was the focus of the oldest of the three sisters.

“W-What did you to me!!!”, a horrified unified scream came from those three, contrary to what one would believe they were alive and were even able to speak.

For a good reason, the light gray fire at the core of Mina’s flames wasn’t hot at all, the orange border was though, and that combined with the fact that those three were still being buffed by Fire Blazing Heart and Blaze Commandment when they were attacked by Mina’s technique, prevented them from being charred to a crisp.

However, judging by their expressions, they seemed to have preferred that to not be the case.

Mina descended from the sky, still cladded in those light gray flames to then calmly walk towards those four while casually saying.

“I simply took back what you owed us… everything that you guys got thanks to that bastard is now gone”.

It took those three a second to understand what Mina meant, only now they noticed the countless small cut marks that covered a vast part of their skin, they scanned their bodies to realize what has happened, their tendons, ligaments and bones… were severed.

The only reason as to why they were still alive is because the wounds were cauterized almost instantly preventing them from bleeding to death in a matter of seconds.

However, and as horrible as the previous might be, it would only cause complete physical paralysis, they should have still ben able to mobilize their spirit energy, but right now they couldn’t let alone do that, but even feel it and yet they didn’t feel any damage in their dantians, otherwise they would have been screaming their lungs off, since it would cause pain similar to have their hearts crushed but without causing an instant death, in most cases.

Seeing the hatred and anger on those three’s eyes, Mina softly snorted to then put the last nail on their coffins.

“You should feel grateful, after all, had it not been because of me you would have died before reaching the peak of the Transcending realms without knowing why”, she said as she pointed at the captain.

“Nonsense!”, exclaimed the captain, only for Mina to smirk.

“Oh really, then were you really unaware that the incompatibility with the intents they learned alongside the usage of Blaze Commandment with an unstable cultivation base, gnaws away at your meridians”, she said to then add.

“Not to mention that the process just got accelerated a few times after receiving that Fire Blazing Heart thing”.

The captain’s pupils contracted like needles as he was suddenly reminded of the orders that his master only communicated to the captains of the three teams.

“Heh, “It’s a trump card, but don’t worry and use it at your heart’s content, I’ll help with the aftermath”, knowing that bastard, he surely told you something along the lines of it”, disdainfully said Mina.

The two sword users saw the lifeless expression on the face of the captain and they knew that the older of the three sisters was saying the truth, which made their eyes get bloodshot, they felt a burning sensation fill their chests as they realized they were used as disposable pawns.

Unfortunately, their feelings were of no concern for Mina.

“Aww, you are going to make me cry, your “benefactor” contributed to the death of his own wife by not investigating her case and then exiled and deprived his daughters out of everything they had, what did you expect, for him to care about you?”, she said with a sarcastic voice.

Only after having destroyed not only their bodies but even their spirits, she approached them and casually stomped their chests breaking their bones and crushing their hearts, with her right foot, which remained completely untainted as it was cladded in those light gray flames.

All of which was witnessed by the girl from the Fireheart family who at this point was… crying, she was terrified.
