Chapter 2193  The Origin Seals

Reaching the Primordial level meant that Eos had instantly reached the peak of that level, and coupled with the fact that close to half of his Origin Force had reached the fifth layer, Eos’s true power could not be easily calculated.

For the past few moments, he had been familiarizing himself with his strength, and when he thought he had gained maybe thirty percent control over his new abilities, he stopped holding back.

The first attack of remembrance was only the opening salvo, and he struck again, this time with the Origin of Time. Controlling the moment between heartbeats with his transcendental layer of time that made the concept of time as a whole seem insignificant, a purple seal appeared on his hand before it flashed and vanished, reappearing on Enoch’s body, and his form filled with countless screaming mouths froze in place.

However, holding a creature as powerful as Enoch in an area of non-existent time was impossible, but that was only the surface layer of this move, as inside the power of time, Eos poured all the memory of Enoch before the hunger of End had twisted his mind.

An attack like this was two-faced. The first attacked the body and the other the consciousness.

Eos had noticed that the greatest weakness of Enoch was not his body, but his mind, and he would be making a mistake if he did not take advantage of it.

If he had attacked only the body, holding Enoch with time alone would be a battle of attrition that he would lose. At this time, most of his strength was focused on fusing with Existence.

Reaching the ninth-dimensional level helped with this process, but it was not automatic and required more of his attention than he would have liked, and so combat needed to be handled with all the cunning and ruthlessness that he could bring.

“I remember,” Enoch whispered, a part of him had shattered the hold of time, but his consciousness was still buried in memory, “I remember what it was like. To be still and peaceful.”

Eos pressed his advantage, and he attacked with the Origin of Chaos. On his palm, a seal appeared that was the first mutation, the first change, and the first becoming. Three separate authorities, all aligned inside a chaotic template that caused the void to twist. Enoch’s eyes were slowly opening, but it was already too late.

The seal of chaos stamped above the seal of time, and Enoch’s form froze again, and then his gigantic body began to shift.

He was supposed to be the singular form of End, but chaos corrupted everything, and because his body was endlessly malleable, able to become anything, a part of himself began to transform into chaotic possibilities.

These possibilities did not need to make sense, but there were nearly an infinite number of them, and Enoch’s mind was scattered across these infinite places, bogged down by possibilities so vast and yet, at its core, lacked any meaning.

These two attacks alone took nearly a tenth of Eos’s total essence, but that was okay, because he was spending his old essence, and at this time, something new was brewing inside his core that would represent his new essence, so he did not care how much of the old was lost.

Without the foundation of his old essence, it may take time for a new one to proliferate to the amount of his previous infinite stores of essence, but that was a setback he would just have to manage.

Driving more of his power to the fore, he struck with the Origin of Memory, and a golden seal appeared on his palm that was the first recollection.

This recollection was unique because it came not only from Origin, but from End as well.

Eos had personally killed two Luminious, Memory, and, with the aid of his Incarnations, Silence.

With their memories, he was able to push past what they knew of their past, revealing the side of End that even it did not know.

Recall that End was shattered, and each piece was placed inside a different Luminious, meaning that every Luminious had a part of End that had been separated from the whole, and each part had its own unique memories.

The seal vanished and appeared above the first two, subtly appearing as if it was creating a new word.

Enoch’s spiral eyes began to slow, as the weight of these memories compounded upon his consciousness.

At this time, the seal of time, chaos, and memory had effectively frozen him in place, but this was not enough. Enoch was still too powerful, but Eos was the Primordial of Primordials, and the tools he had to control were nearly infinite.

The next seal he created was the Origin Soul Seal, and its appearance was nearly colorless; it took the form of the first bond between a creator and his children.

This was the seal where Eos poured the most power into, literally all of his infinite Essence gathered when he was an Omniversal Titan, was poured into the soul seal because it was the one he understood the most.

Every seal before then was simply to slow Enoch down enough, and Eos had the time to further perfect the seal, and he held out his hand towards Enoch, and the seal vanished only to reappear on his chest where it branded itself.

As if his body was made from ice and the seal was red-hot metal, Enoch’s chest, the cage of fused timelines and suffering, began to crack.

This crack radiated to the core of End inside him, causing End to scream as a portion of it was wiped out, and the pain was so great that Enoch’s consciousness, even while bogged down by the seals on his head, was able to fight towards the surface.

Still, it was not enough; the seal of soul kept melting into his core, corrupting him from the inside out.

“You cannot,” Enoch gasped, but his voice was fading, being replaced by something softer. “You cannot do this. How dare you? I have destroyed too much, consumed too much, and become too much to be tied down by something as pathetic as this!”

Eos remained silent as he reached out, his hand closed around Enoch’s face.

“You are not too much,” Eos said. “You are enough… finite before the grace of my Origin, but you just forgot.”
