Chapter 1901: Carrying Karma
Chapter 1901: Carrying Karma
Rowan would be stripping Reality of all the influence of the Primordials, and that influence, in its purest state, was Karma; it was the weight of all the choices that had ever been made within Reality. It would have been better if he had all seven Primordials to work with, but he had to do it with only three, and that was more than enough for the moment. It would take a long time for him to consider a replacement or any addition to that number.
The fate of bearing every Karma inside Reality was one that was so terrifying that Rowan found it difficult sometimes to justify placing it on anybody, but one of the reasons he was pushing ahead with this was because he knew that these were the Karma sown by the Primordials.
Eosah’s Reality was initially free of their designs, there would have been no lower reams or a higher realm, and the path to power inside the Reality would have evolved organically over the years, as he saw it, he was returning the evils that were unleashed back to their senders, but over the years, this evil had grown strong and developed claws and teeth.
For any other being, this might be a figure of speech, but for the Primordials, it was truly the case: the one trait they carried from Limbo and brought into every Reality was evil, in its purest form.
None of those closest to this project had been briefed about this core trait of the Primordials because Rowan was still hiding the presence of Enoch from them, if all went according to plan. Enoch and any of his works would be stripped from Reality in its entirety, and there would be no way for him or any of the Primordials to find easy access to this place.
For the Primordials that were left, they would have to bear the Karma of all seven Primordials, and although such a thing would lead to suffering on a scale that was absurd, this was the path to the future.
The old sayings were true, you sow the wind and you reap the whirlwinds.

There was no lower realm or a higher realm any longer; also there would be no more higher-dimensional realm that could be rooted in the physical realm, that path to power brought in by the World Stele Singularity was cut off because it directly fed from the power of Limbo.
From this moment forth, having a higher-dimensional realm would be the true test of power, because any immortal whose control over his Will was strong enough, and he had the energy stores to manifest his inner Territory into Reality, would be deemed worthy of becoming a World Bearer.
Without this distinction, many higher-dimensional realms would have collapsed, creating a powerful explosion of light and power that still rippled through reality, even though these events had taken place tens of thousands of years ago.
What the Primordials had seen when they emerged from their prison was the sight of countless worlds and stars being stripped and connected to the Road of Eternity, which would act as the executors of Rowan’s Will.
The others might not have understood the full ramifications of this road, but the two Primordials here understood it, and when they saw the Archai descending with the chains linked to that road, they panicked, but ultimately accepted their fate, praying that the suffering would not last.
The chains brought down from Reality by the Archai linked together with the chains connected to the bodies of the Primordials, and a guttural scream erupted from the bodies of Primordial Life, Memory, and Life, even though his head had been cut off.
This scream was not just emerging from their mouth but from every single particle in their bodies.
“ARRRGGGHHH!!!”
The particles inside a single cell in a mortal’s body could be counted in the trillions. The Primordials here had many times that number in every cell by several magnitudes that could only be equated to infinity, and for every particle in their bodies to cry out in pain only showed the length of their suffering.
Their pain was so great that Eos, who was outside Reality, was blocking the psychic echo of their screams from rippling outside Reality and reaching their main bodies, while Rowan inside Reality was actively blocking the specific wavelengths that carried the cries of the Primordials, else it was enough to reduce Reality to a realm of madness.
However, fate was merciful because the consciousness of the Primordials was wiped clean not long after their suffering began. There was no way a mind could process pain of this level in any manner, and Rowan saw no reason that he should allow the minds of the Primordials to exist; it would only bring about an unstable factor that could cause unnecessary consequences if they were able to merge with the consciousness of their main bodies in any manner.
Rowan observed the Primordials closely. This was a rather grave risk he was taking, because they might not be capable of handling so much Karma imposed on their bodies, and if that happened, the explosion of power that would erupt from them would cripple Reality, and Rowan would have to scrap the entire plan.
The bodies of the Primordials contorted as if they were being twisted by a powerful hand, and the sounds of every cell in their body rupturing and healing at the same time were spine-chilling.
Without the consciousness of their hosts holding them back, the bodies of the Primordials were the best tool that he needed to carry their Karma of Evil.
Although it appeared as if they were situated at the Great Labyrinth of Primordial Memory, which was also an extension of the Primordial’s body, that was just the surface coating, because Rowan wanted to also use the innate feature of this labyrinth that hid itself from the minds of others to full effect.
What he had done was gather all of the Primrodial Domains into one place. From the Land of Miracle, to the Heavens of the Celestial Domain, the remnants of the Great Abyss, to the Palace of Time and the Inheritance Ground of Primordial Chaos. All of these were the bodies of Primordials, carefully grafted together to create the greatest storage bank for Evil and Karma.
One of the reasons the main bodies of the Primordials would have left this Reality behind as they went into battle was the deep knowledge of how closely their essence had permeated through all facets of Reality. They were deeply aware of how closely Rowan valued the life of everyone across it, and this was a trait that they most likely nurtured, seeing it as another chain to tie him down, but they should have been more concerned.
One of the Archai beside him brought out a glowing sheet, highlighting that the Chains of Causality, which could be seen as the veins of the Road of Eternity, responsible for ferrying the Karma of the Old Reality, was operating at peak efficiency. It should be enough to handle the weight of Rowan stripping out the Karma of his powers into the bodies of the Primordials.
However, Rowan would not be the first to strip the Karma of his powers, first would be the immortals. The Primordial bodies were only holding up the Karma of every mortal being inside Reality, and Rowan was curious what would happen when immortals began to shed their Karma.
