Chapter 1737: The True God Emperor
Chapter 1737: The True God Emperor
“I walk in the shadows of despair and extinction, but I know no fear…. Anarchy is my blood… I am its blade, and now I am free to eat.”
Once, he was a High god who had led the Cerulean Galaxy in an unknown universe to the peak; he mastered the Authority of Sound and Darkness and wielded the Demonic Weapon of Pride.
An unknown invader had arrived on his dominion, possessing powers like none other, and in less time than he could ever imagine. This invader had shattered his world, killed his fellow gods, and at the end, he had to bow before this power.
He had once been Tenma, the Ruler of Music and Darkness, but after his defeat and surrender, he was no more… he became something else.
To battle against these unknown invaders, Tenma called upon a forbidden power linked to his Demonic Weapon. He summoned the Demon Prince of Strife, Kohron, to inhabit his godly body, but despite the power of a Demon Prince, he was still defeated, and his body was permanently merged with the flesh of a Demon Prince.
Dying here would have been his salvation, but he was captured. In time, he came to serve this power, and he entered the realm of this power. Since that moment, Tenma had never walked upon Reality again.
He had been inside the dimension of Rowan for eight hundred million years!
He had not been imprisoned. In the tenth year of his capture, Tenma was offered the chance to leave, but he would be a fool if he left this place, where knowledge and power were his to take.
With the assistance of Rowan, merging with the flesh of a Demon Prince was no longer a curse but became an unexpected benefit. Tenma, no longer having the body of a god, gained the Primordial Demonic bloodline and began to create special spells using his new bloodline and talents.
Determined not to leave until he leveraged the power of his talents, Tenma became the student of the Lady of Shadow when he created a unique spell that caught her eye, which led to the creation of a unique race called the Akashic Trell.
With the authorization from. Rowan, the Lady of Shadows, began to upgrade his bloodline, taking it past the Demon Prince level to the Demon Emperor level, and two hundred million years ago, a Demon Lord bloodline was found that boosted his potential to the limit.
However, his demonic bloodline was not the reason he became the Lady of Shadows’ favorite and was given the name Reaper.
Tenma had been able to develop a unique spell called the Akashic Gate, and this spell used his demonic energy as an opposing force against celestial energy, causing it to repel all forms of celestial essence, but the true magic happened when the Celestial energy was destroyed.
In that moment of destruction, Celestial energy tends towards darkness, and the Akashic Gate acted like a gigantic magnet that would draw out the radiance of the celestial and collect them into the depths of the Akashic Gate, which led directly to the soul of Tenma, the Reaper.
In essence, with this spell, Tenma had become the place of rest for the dead Angels of Rowan; he was their underworld.
In the beginning, Tenma could create only a few Akashic Gates, but then the Lady of Shadows continuously boosted his bloodline and knowledge base. After hundreds of millions of years, the number of Akashic Gates reached 7,777.
Throughout the years, as Rowan’s Angels fought and died in his service, Tenma had been quietly gathering them inside his soul, keeping what was left of them from falling into the ravages of darkness.
There was a chance for Rowan to preserve the souls of his fallen Angels, especially those who had undergone fusion, but in exceptional cases where he could not act, Tenma had become the final destination for their souls.
Losing so many Angels during his battle with the Celestial and the Gilded Maw spell should have devastated all of his hopes of ever seeing his children of light again, but Rowan had a backup in the form of the Reaper.

After eight hundred million years, Rowan’s children had reached an unfathomable number. He did not necessarily create a utopia in his dimensional flesh, but it was as close as it could be in a reality where supernatural powers and growth existed.
In a world like this, there could never be supposed to be any ultimate fairness, but the presence of Rowan, even though he had stepped back from the day-to-day activity of running his dimension, was implacable.
His true form is a mystery, often perceived by his children as a colossal, humanoid figure woven from starlight and shadow, seated upon a throne that is both a biological neural nexus and a quantum computation engine at the heart of the dimension that could never be seen.
In the tradition of Trion, where many of his children came from, most still called him God Emperor, but all knew he was far greater than that.
Yet a truth could not be denied. The God-Emperor is not merely a political leader; he is the architect of reality for this domain that was built like a paradise.
He possesses a consciousness so vast it can simultaneously oversee the orbit of a million stars, hear the whispered prayers of a single citizen, and calculate the thermodynamic fate of the universe.
His rule is absolute yet not cruel. He is the ultimate parent, engineer, and deity. His primary goal is the preservation, understanding, and elevation of all life within his grasp.
All of these were the aspects of Rowan that his children worshipped. However, as they grew stronger, touching the limits of the third-dimensional realm and stepping into the higher dimensions, they began to understand that even all they had believed to be true of the God Emperor still fell short.
Still, it was a shame that for so many of Rowan’s children, they could not begin walking the higher dimensional path and knowing more of his glory before they were all placed into slumber.
From the time Rowan crossed the threshold of the fourth-dimensional level and was exposed to the eyes of the great powers of Reality, he had not truly rested. He had to fight with everything he had to survive, and after so long, he believed he had finally gained the power to keep his children safe.
For many rulers of a dominion, reaching the fourth-dimensional level was enough assurance that they could keep their domain safe, and Old Ones were seen as omnipotent; however, for Rowan, until he had killed a Primordial, he had no assurance of this… until now.
An incredibly diverse population had sprouted over the years, especially since Rowan had been quietly integrating countless lifeforms from all around Reality and allowing them access to his bloodlines.
Still, everything would have to change. Rowan had finally broken the shackles of his Primordial roots, and all his children would have to follow.
Sitting cross-legged among the multitude, partially hidden by a mighty living tree and a snoring hill, was the Reaper, Tenma, and on this day, Prime came for him.
