Alistair did not have much time left. Sylvain was immersed in extreme regret, completely oblivious to Alistair’s gradually fading figure.

Sylvain fell forward and realized in shock that Alistair was about to completely dissipate. Sylvain panicked and cried out:

"No, Alistair! Do not leave! Do not leave me behind!"

Alistair lowered his head, smiling at Sylvain. Alistair’s semi-transparent hand pressed against Sylvain’s face, leaning down to give Sylvain a kiss.

"Sylvain, I apologize for hurting you once again. Baby, you are not dirty at all. You are the purest angel in this world. Promise me, do not keep searching for me forever. Look back at the people behind you, they also love you very much."

Alistair’s body gradually dissipated into tiny glowing specks of dust. Sylvain raised his two hands to catch them, but only touched a silent empty space.

Kaelen and Sane walked in, sighing while looking at Sylvain:

"Alistair was originally just a strand of residual thought, this confrontation with the God of Decay has exhausted everything he left behind. From now on, the name Alistair has completely disappeared."

"Sylvain, we did not expect you to encounter such things. If Elarion knew, he would surely be very heartbroken."

Sylvain choked up: "Would He be heartbroken for me? Would He not curse me as a disgrace like in the illusion?"

Kaelen shook his head: "What nonsense are you saying? You were born from the blood of Elarion’s heart, you can also be considered His son. He looked forward to your birth every single day, nurturing you from infancy to adulthood. How could He speak such harsh words to you?"

"Sylvain." Sane spoke up slowly: "Elarion and I confronted each other for so many years. I understand Him better than anyone. Even if you committed an unforgivable mistake, He would still choose to shield you."

Sylvain lowered his head, using his two hands to hug himself. Kaelen was about to step forward to comfort Sylvain when Sylvain’s whole body suddenly radiated a blinding golden light. Sane’s and Kaelen’s complexions simultaneously changed.

"Sylvain, what are you doing? Hurry and stop!"

Sylvain raised his head. In the blinding light, he broke into a beautiful smile. He looked at the two Deities in front of him, saying softly:

"My mistake does not deserve to be forgiven. I am also not worthy of this bloodline. You two, please convey my apologies to Father on my behalf."

A golden teardrop slid down from the corner of Sylvain’s eye. He closed his eyes, then continued:

"The God of Decay still has not given up on polluting this continent. The thing that was about to step out from the void gate was only an appendage, His true body is still in the other half of the Great World. Everything still cannot end yet."

Kaelen wanted to rush forward to stop Sylvain from self-destructing his true body, but Kaelen’s power was exhausted, rendering him completely unable to touch Sylvain even the slightest bit. Sane said in a deep voice:

"If so, then you must live even more to fight against Him alongside us and Elarion! Perhaps you do not know yet, Elarion has also reincarnated!"

Sylvain shook his head: "I know. The day He was born, I already knew. But the more it is like that, the more I do not dare to meet Him again."

Sylvain’s body became brighter by the moment, becoming so bright that Kaelen and Sane could not open their eyes at all. That light beam shot straight up into the sky and spread into a river of light, stretching across the continent.

The night curtain was gradually dispelled. All living beings on the Beastman continent raised their heads to look up at the sky.

Patter...

A golden water drop fell down, settling on their faces. Then more and more golden water drops poured down like rain. The demonic seeds hiding underground were cleansed by the rainwater.

The beastmen and magical beasts across the Beastman continent who were red-eyed slaughtering each other, suddenly regained their clarity.

The black mist separating the four halves of the continent was also shattered.

The ground suddenly trembled, the four separated halves of the Beastman continent gradually approached each other, merging into one entity. Even the bubbling lava abyss separating the Northern continent and the Southern continent was no longer there.

The light in the sky gradually dissipated, blending into the void. The sky returned to a dark color, pitch-black like ink water.

Orion silently raised his head to look at the place where the light had just disappeared, tears sliding down his small face. His heart ached intensely, but he did not understand the reason why he was in pain.

Kaelen closed his eyes, burying his head into Sane’s embrace, letting out sobbing sounds. Sane used one hand to hug his mate, the other hand stretching out, catching the golden crystal hovering in the mid-air.

Sylvain was dead, leaving his Heart to them. The Heart of Light, the nemesis of all evil forces. Sylvain had used his own life to purify the Beastman continent, compensating for his own mistakes.

Kaelen hiccuped crying: "Clearly that was not his fault. He was only deceived by that bastard..."

Sane said nothing, only silently clenching his hand, storing the Heart of Light into his own body. Handing this thing to Orion was the most reasonable.

The Ice God’s Heart and the Moon God’s Heart had already been destroyed, their task now was to rebalance the order of this continent. Sane said to Kaelen:

"We must return first. If we do not re-establish the world order in time, then Sylvain’s sacrifice will become futile."

Kaelen wiped away his tears and nodded. The two of them exited the main camp, then their figures flashed, soaring towards two different directions. A second later, they had appeared at the two extreme ends of the continent. Sane’s and Kaelen’s voices simultaneously echoed in the minds of the prestigious people across all four halves of the continent:

[We need the citizens on the continent to reverently prostrate and worship the God of Nature and the God of War.]

Ian, the Temple Master of the Martial God Shrine, the Holy Son, Sage Solomon, Sage Valmot, Draven,... and a number of prestigious people across the continent immediately knelt down on the ground shouting loudly:

"We subjects pray for the God of Nature and the God of War to manifest and save us from the dark quagmire! We vow to dedicate our hearts in exchange for the purest faith, vow to use this flesh and blood as the foundation, take our descendants as witnesses, generation after generation never forgetting the grace of You Two!"

That shout started from dozens of people, then spread to hundreds, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands.

The power of faith from all directions surged up like a tide.

Kaelen stood at the southern pole, tilting his face up to the sky, feeling that warm power flooding into his chest, flooding into the empty space that had never been filled for hundreds of millions of years. One-third, two-fifths, one-half... the number kept inching up. Kaelen’s hair grew longer, the dark green color gradually transforming into a crystal-clear jade color; under his feet, lush green grass sprouted within a ten-mile radius.

At the northern pole, Sane’s black horns lit up as if heated red-hot, each purple lightning streak running along his scales, his giant wings spreading wide covering an entire corner of the sky.

The two simultaneously opened their eyes.

"My love." Kaelen said, his voice echoing across the continent: "Let’s begin."

Sane did not reply, only raising his hand.

The world order was an invisible thing, but tonight all living beings on the Beastman continent saw it. From Sane’s hand, tens of thousands of golden threads shot out, crisscrossing against the black sky, densely interlacing like a giant net blanketing the entire continent.

Wherever it was eroded by the God of Decay, the thread snapped, Sane reconnected it. Wherever it was deviated by the black mist, the thread bent, he pulled it straight. The void door at the main camp, where a black ray still flickered not yet completely extinguished, was tightly wrapped by three layers of golden thread then knotted securely, forced to dissipate completely into nothingness.

As for Kaelen, he leaned down, placing both his palms onto the ground.

The four continent halves had just merged together; the junctions were cracks hundreds of miles long, bottomlessly deep, earth and rocks still collapsing. The lava abyss dried up, leaving a pitch-black scar running across between the Northern continent and the Southern continent. The land in the northern half of the Western continent had been dried dead for decades; hoeing down only yielded dust.

Kaelen closed his eyes.

From Kaelen’s ten fingertips, tree roots emerged. Not just one or two strands, but millions and billions of roots as thin as hair strands, threading deep underground, crawling into every crevice, sewing the two edges of the earth together exactly like a person sewing a wound.

On the surface, grass sprouted following the roots. Wherever the grass grew, the black dust was pushed back. That pitch-black lava scar was entirely covered by a layer of vines, then turning into bushes, then turning into trees, then turning into a green forest strip stretching endlessly from this horizon to the other horizon.

The dark shadows, taking the two extreme poles as starting points, slowly vanished.

The black mist screens enveloping the Beastman continent immediately retreated far away, revealing the pure white sand beaches along with the vast ocean. Each large wave crashed rustlingly into the shore; seagulls glided in the sky, raising their ringing songs calling out to each other.

The Beastman continent, finally had an ocean.

A land seemingly dead, ultimately returned to its inherent appearance.
