A handsome young man strolled in the forest, wearing a cloth carrier strapped to his chest, beside him was a fierce giant Demonic Tiger, and perched on the tiger’s back was a spotted leopard baring its fangs and brandishing its claws.

Wherever this strange formation went, magical beasts and beastmen automatically parted to make way.

Siley slowly walked into the trading area on the outskirts of the White Lion tribe. Today, the Autumn market, the goods exchange market of the tribes around the Illusion Forest, was being held here. Besides the neighboring tribes, the large tribes would also send people to exchange and trade some specialties that only the Illusion Forest possessed. Siley wanted to take this opportunity to buy some of the purest Water-attribute crystal stones to incubate Oliver’s egg.

While passing a fur stall, Siley’s footsteps suddenly halted.

Directly in front, two people were linking arms while choosing goods. The Sub-Beast had silky white hair and a delicate figure, leaning against a tall beastman wearing the most expensive grass-woven outfit of the Peacock tribe, with a patterned tattoo symbolizing the Martial God Shrine on his upper arm.

Unexpectedly, enemies often crossed paths on narrow roads; he actually bumped into Fidelia and the grandson of the examiner right here.

Fidelia turned his head and coincidentally met Siley’s gaze. He was stunned for a few seconds. Although he had heard the news that Siley had recreated his core, he only thought the Silver Snake tribe people were bragging to save face. He did not expect Siley to truly rebuild his core in such a short time.

He evaluated Siley from top to bottom, then a mocking glint flashed in his eyes. Fidelia pulled his paramour’s arm, swaying seductively to block Siley’s path, sneering sarcastically:

"Oh my, I wondered who it was, turned out to be the once majestic Silver Snake Young Chief. What’s wrong? I heard your core was shattered, turning into a cripple and fleeing into the Illusion Forest to live or die on your own, right? How did you manage to drag your half-dead body back here?"

The Martial God Shrine beastman beside him also stroked his chin, his contemptuous gaze sweeping over Siley’s simple animal skin outfit:

"Tsk tsk, a piece of trash is forever a piece of trash. So what if you rebuilt your core, you are still just an Elementary-stage Martial Artist." He shifted his gaze to the majestic Demonic Tiger, a glint of greed appearing in the depths of his eyes: "Siley, how can a piece of trash like you be worthy of being the master of a High-stage Martial Master level magical beast? If you know what is good for you, hand over the beast-taming manual and offer this Demonic Tiger with both hands, I might consider accepting you as a sweeping servant at the Martial God Shrine."

Hearing the humiliating words from the two people who had harmed him so miserably, Siley’s face remained as calm as an unrippled lake. Having experienced life and death and establishing a contract with Oliver, his state of mind had reached another realm. These hypocrites before his eyes were now no different from noisy bedbugs to him.

Siley just coldly reached out his hand to pull the animal skin lapel to cover the purple egg tightly, afraid that their filthy words would pollute his little wife’s ears.

He intended to turn around and leave, but unexpectedly a vine whipped from the Demonic Tiger’s back, striking the ground right at Fidelia’s feet with an ear-piercing "smack," causing the Sub-Beast to jump in fright and scream shrilly.

The spotted leopard leaped down, flashing a ray of light to transform into human form. Finnick crossed his arms over his chest, lifted his chin, and glared at the two people opposite him, his emerald green eyes radiating murderous intent.

"Where did this brat come from?!" The Martial God Shrine beastman stepped forward angrily.

Finnick sneered and spat forcefully on the ground: "I am your great-grandfather! What kind of nobodies are you two pieces of trash to dare bark loudly in front of my person?"

Fidelia pointed at Siley furiously: "This cripple is your person? Ha, birds of a feather flock together; a piece of trash pairing up with a vulgar brat!"

"Trash?" Finnick raised his eyebrows and stepped forward to shield Siley. He pointed his finger straight at the beastman’s nose, his arrogant voice echoing across the corner of the market:

"Listen clearly, you two-legged beasts! This silver-haired guy gets beaten black and blue by me at home every day. I order him to fetch water, force him to hunt for meat, and scold him however I want... Because he is my brother-in-law! He is my family! It is fine for me to bully him, but as for outsiders, NO FUCKING WAY!"

Siley stood behind, listening to his brother-in-law’s street-style tirade, his mouth corners twitching uncontrollably. But deep in his eyes, a warm current slowly flowed through.

So that was it; the half-dead "training" beatings, the times they hindered him from meeting Oliver... it turned out that in the eyes of this family, they had long considered him as family to protect.

Being cursed at by a child in a crowded place, the Martial God Shrine beastman roared in anger. He threw a punch, his Intermediate-stage Martial Artist power exploding, intending to strike Finnick right in the face.

However, before his fist could even touch Finnick’s clothes, a terrifying coercive pressure suddenly descended from behind!

Crack!

The beastman felt as if a mountain was pressing down on his knees. His leg bones creaked, and he lost his balance, dropping heavily onto the hard ground, his face pale with horror. Fidelia standing beside him also could not bear the pressure, staggering and collapsing, tremblingly raising his head.

"Martial... Martial Saint?!!"

The beastman’s eyes widened, cold sweat pouring down like rain: "Why would a Martial Saint appear in this impoverished place?!"

Sane rode his horse leisurely over, stopping in front of the two people. He sat on horseback looking down at the two groveling like bedbugs, spitting out exactly one word: "Scram!"

The Long-Fanged Demonic Tiger behind him was also very cooperative, opening its bloody mouth to let out a deafening roar. The two were so scared they wet their pants, not daring to utter another word, scrambling to their feet and supporting each other as they ran for their lives.

Watching the enemies’ miserable retreating figures, Siley withdrew his coercive pressure. He turned to Finnick and smiled sincerely: "Thank you, Third Brother; thank you, Daddy."

"Hmph! Who is your Third Brother!" Finnick blushed, snorted coldly, and turned away, his ears hidden under his hair turning slightly red: "I just didn’t want my Oliver to lose face."

Sane glared at Siley and proudly raised his head. At this moment, Kaelen also strolled over, asking:

"What is wrong? I just saw you release your coercive pressure, is something the matter?"

Sane jumped down from the horse, took a cloth to wipe the non-existent sweat off Kaelen’s forehead, and said arrogantly:

"Some dogs were barking randomly; my ass was so itchy I couldn’t hold back a fart."

Kaelen burst into laughter and reached out to pinch his mate’s nose: "Vulgar!"

Finnick giggled, jumped back onto the Demonic Tiger’s back, and said to Siley in a harsh tone:

"What are you standing there for? You haven’t bought anything yet!"

Siley grinned widely: "Yes, Third Brother! We are going now, are you two fathers coming along?"

Sane clicked his tongue: "Scram, scram, scram, scram!" Saying that, he conveniently stuffed Ryder into the carrier on Siley’s chest along with a bag of primeval stones: "Watch over your Second Brother too; when he wakes up later, ask him what he wants to buy and just buy it for him."

Finishing a series of actions, Sane lifted Kaelen onto the horse’s back, then jumped up himself. The two people and one horse turned and headed in another direction to leave.

Siley watched his father-in-law’s tall back figure, the smile on his lips growing even brighter. He patted the eggshell on his chest lightly and whispered gently:

"Oliver, you have a truly wonderful family."
