Chapter 212: Little Manta Ray

Yun Jiao patiently explained it to him several times before the man finally understood and ran off to get help.

Yun Jiao sat down next to the large Manta Ray and started humming a song.

This Manta Ray must be an adult. Its two wing-like fins were spread out, and their span alone had to be five or six meters.

It was huge.

’I wonder how much a fish this big would sell for.’

Suddenly, she noticed something was wrong with the Manta Ray’s belly. It seemed like something was moving inside.

As the opening on the Manta Ray’s belly widened, the thing inside, coated in blood and a clear, viscous fluid, slid out.

It rolled down the Manta Ray’s body and onto the sand. The small Manta Ray, a pinkish-white and slightly translucent creature, was now covered in a lot of sand.

’It was a pregnant Manta Ray!’

For such a huge Manta Ray, there was only a single pup inside.

But this little Manta Ray pup wasn’t small either. With its little wings spread, it was almost a meter wide.

Yun Jiao’s cheeks puffed out in anger. "Nonsense! It’s mine!"

"I’m the one who brought it up from the sea."

"A tiny little kid like you brought such a huge Manta Ray up from the sea? You’ve got to be kidding. I didn’t see it, and anyway, this fish is mine now."

Her eyes glinted with greed. A fish this big would sell for a lot of money based on its weight alone.

She quickly shouted for her husband and mother-in-law to come over.

Just then, Yun Linhai and his group arrived as well.

Seeing the situation, they immediately started arguing with the other family.

The little girl lifted her chin slightly. "Mine!"
