233. Kaito First Date in Academy City and Aleister Test.

After settling down in the city, Kaito and Ravel went walking through Academy City together, enjoying the sights of this world for the first time. While doing so, Kaito holds Ravel's arm tightly, making them become the center of attention of the people around them.

After all, both of them have a good look and have blonde hair, which is a rare sight in a country like Japan.

Ravel shook her head, albeit her face a bit red, "I-I am okay, but please stop calling me with the suffix -sama, Kaito-san."

"Alright." Kaito nodded easily, "We still have 2 hours left before Misaka is freed from her class, where should we go?"

There are just so many places they could visit in this very large city, and Kaito is honestly not sure where they should go. With a population of 2.3 million people, and 80% of them are students, this city is absolutely massive with 23 different school districts.

Ravel went silent for a while before muttering shyly, afraid Kaito would be mad. "Umm... I want to visit the shopping district. Is that okay, Kaito-san?"

Hearing her request, Kaito twitched his mouth, as he admitted he never liked to shop with girls since they usually drag him around and make him carry shopping bags. But since he's already promised her, Kaito couldn't reject her and answered, "Shopping District... District 15, was it? Alright then."

"Really?"

"Yeah, but we only have 2 hours for it." Kaito reminded, "Let's start moving, shall we?"

"Umm!"

Kaito just hopes his bad luck curse has mercy today and doesn't affect him. Since there's nothing has happened so far since he visited this world (out of the base world), Kaito has anticipated his curse would affect him sooner or later.

Kaito didn't know his bad luck had already started; Aleister had already decided to test him, while Kaito would visit the shopping district a lot with girls later on.

Thankfully, District 15 is next to District 7, so they don't really need to take a bus to get there. After that, Kaito accompanied Ravel as she enthusiastically bought a lot of products that, in Ravel's eyes either pretty or interesting.

"It feels like what Kamijou Touma's right hand, but I feel it's even more special than that." Aiwass is giving her answer.

On top of that, it's noon, what adult woman would want to do here? There's barely any reason to go through here due to safety reasons. Even if she wanted to cross this area to take a shortcut, wouldn't taking a taxi be just faster? She doesn't seem to be a woman who doesn't have any money to get a taxi.

Too many coincidences, and something is really off fishy, but there's not much Kaito could do at this very moment. Besides that, there's no way he would ignore the help, even if it's just a setup from Aleister.

"Don't worry, Kaito is strong!" Ravel added, putting herself in spectator position. In her opinion, Kaito definitely will take care of them, and she just needs to enjoy watching his 'shining' moment.

"Is it really okay? I will ask the police to help you." The young woman offered.

"Yeah... No. "Kaito said, urging her to get away, but with a frowning face, "Just get away from here!"

"But..."

"Go!"

"Thank you!"

Feeling Kaito seems to hate her, the woman feels cold and decides just to get away from here. Something was telling her that continuing to ask him wouldn't end well for her, and she was right.

Kaito was pissed, as he was more convinced this situation must be staged by Aleister! The woman is just too 'fake' to be a person in a desperate situation.

However, the naive and manipulated gang leader naturally just won't let his prey go. The bald man quickly threw his fist to hit the woman, but Kaito quickly intervened by stepping in front of him and stopping his fist directly.

Seeing how easy their boss gets shut down, his other 4 subordinates get angry, and then one of them proposed to beat Kaito up together. Although they were just thugs, they could tell Kaito seemed stronger than them; it was not a shame to gang up on him, and not to mention, there's no rule in a fight on the street.

"Hmm?"

Still, Kaito doesn't take them seriously. After all, Kaito can subjugate them in so many ways; the only question is what kind of ability he wants to show in front of Aleister... and Ravel clearly enjoying his 'show off'.

Unfortunately, as they were just about to leave the scene, Kaito immediately felt something 'appear' within the space in front of them and immediately pulled Ravel, stopping her from moving.

In the end, without any good choice left, Kaito and Ravel honestly followed Kuroko to the Judgment 177 Branch Office for interrogation. As for why not teleportation, naturally, Kaito's right arm wouldn't allow her to do that, so they were forced to walk together to the famous spot of Academy City.
