218. Est Meet the Rest of Chat Group Members and Aika Warning.

After reviving Est and spending time with her throughout the day, Kaito and Est return to the world of Akame Ga Kill that night, at Est's request. When Est and Kaito appear inside the villa, they are immediately greeted by all the chat group members who crowd around Est enthusiastically. It seems that Kaito underestimated how popular Est was before (as just mainly a mascot), but at least Kaito is glad that Est is also pretty much accepted by everyone here.

Even the non-chat group member who is also curious gets conquered by her cuteness and simple-mindedness of Est.

"I am back." Est greeted everyone politely.

While everyone surrounded his beloved 'sister', Kaito retreated from the group and just watched the enthusiastic crowd with a smile on his face. Unlike everyone, Kaito has spent the whole day with Est and knows everyone also misses her like he does.

"I can't blame everyone. Est is cute after all." Kaito muttered.

"Even cuter than Midori?"

Hearing an unexpected comment out of nowhere, Kaito looked beside him and realized the trio of former children already stood beside him, with a pout on their faces.

"Ah, good evening, you three."

"Good evening, brother." Scorpion greeted him with a flat tone, making Kaito feel a bit nervous, "And welcome back."

"Uh, thank you... How's your guys' day?"  Kaito sat down to get close to their height and asked kindly,

"We were spending the whole day at home with Yuu nee-chan." Anna answered him, "We are told today that Kaito's brother is busy, so we have decided to wait for you."

"Kaito-sama, that girl... is she Est's older sister?" Midori asked curiously. Unlike Scorpion and Anna, she has been aware of Kaito's goal all this time to visit their world, and she's also been told about Est's identity before... which is his strongest sword and first adopted sister.

"Yes. I went to pick her up." Kaito patted the three children's heads, making them feel comfortable, "Est will become your older sister from now on."

After Est and the trio of former cursed children meet, they quickly get along and even decide to play together right away to get to know each other. Despite at night time being children with superpowers and a sword incarnate, neither of them needs much sleep, and they were very excited to get along together.

Meanwhile, Kaito was invited by Aika privately to her office tonight, and he quickly agreed. He also has a lot of questions about what Aika wanted to do after seeing a lot of newly built houses near their mansion, wondering what her plan is with that. 

After arriving inside her office in this world, Aika quickly made a coffee for both of them, thinking they were going to have a very long discussion. Knowing Kaito for a while, Aika also has guessed that Kaito must have seen the houses near the wooden mansion, and he must have questions about that.

"That makes sense." Kaito nodded and then wondered, "Then, do you plan to bring more people from Akame Ga Kill and High School of the Dead later? I mean, there must be a lot of people who want to move in, and we can't let the children work either, right? That would be a violation of underage labor law."

Although Kaito knows the cursed children are mini superhumans on their own, he really doesn't want them to work so early and instead wants to let them just enjoy their youth. In his opinion, only adults need to work; kids should be happy, playing, and learning in school-- especially former cursed children who have suffered for their entire life.

"I know what you mean, but it's not that easy, Owner."

"Hmm? Is it just let them move in and they can figure things out themselves?"

"Of course, no!"

However, instead of immediately agreeing, Aika rolled her eyes, slightly pissed with Kaito, who seemed unaware of their current difficulty, which stunned Kaito.

"There is still so much work to be done. You already know how difficult it was to build a proper village in the Naruto world, and you thought building the whole world would be easy work?"

"A country won't be built in a single night, forget about the whole world."

"Ah."

Aika then patiently explained to Kaito all the main difficulties they needed to overcome if they wanted to make sure their world could be a place for everyone to live together in harmony.

From the division of the area of living for each member, communication between people of between races, and more importantly, making a set of absolute rules for every person living in the base world that they need to follow and abide.

This is not something that they could decide overnight, and they really need to be careful. Aika even thought to ask Manaka to summon any heroic spirit with experience in managing a country to help her create a perfect law for this world later. They need to create a set of laws for everyone who wants to live in this world, a law that could be accepted by everyone, which serves as the foundation of the whole world.

"Stop trying to get stronger."

"Yes, but we are not in a hurry." Aika folded her arms seriously, "You are not in a hurry either."

"But the faster I got stronger, the more I could help," Kaito argued.
