Chapter 2767 Coming With Us
Chapter 2767 Coming With Us
The world shook as Amare tapped into the untold power that lay within her. Many lifetimes of spreading Martial Art across the entire continent coalesced in her mind as endless memories fueled her mastery of Martial Art, allowing it to reach unprecedented dimensions of power.
RUMBLE!!!
In that moment, her Martial Embodiment, her presence enveloped the entirety of the world around them. The Blood Goddess simply stared at her opponent with shock and bewilderment.
The Blood Lord gazed at her with an aghast expression.
Rui simply smiled knowingly as he watched Amare tap into her true power. “You…” A faint whisper escaped the Blood Goddess. “What are you?”
Amare didn’t reply.
She simply gazed into her opponent’s eyes with a vacant look. As though she was in a trance.
WHOOSH!
One moment, she was some distance away from the Blood Goddess. The very next moment, she arrived before the Blood Goddess at an unfathomable speed as a tremendous blow surged towards her with a blazing velocity.
BOOOOOM!!!
A thundering impact crashed into the Blood Goddess, flinging her away. “Rgh!” she gritted her teeth as she struggled and failed to absorb and redirect the impact within her body.
And yet, Amare had only gotten started. BOOOOOM!!! BOOOOOM!!! BOOOOOM!!! BOOOOOM!!!
Blow after blow, she thoroughly pummeled the Blood Goddess. Her motions were simple.
And yet, it was as though every cell, every molecule, every atom, every sub-atomic particle in her body moved in unison and harmony, allowing for a flow of power that far exceeded anything anybody had ever seen.
With each blow she threw, she harnessed not just every iota of power she could generate, she also harnessed a spark of the endless power hidden within materia.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!
With one blow, she eviscerated all the blood that surged to protect the Blood Goddess.
The Blood Goddess’ eyes closed with resignation and acceptance as the final blow of titanic power surged towards her.
A blow that would surely end her life.
Time slowed down in her eyes as she deactivated her Realms of Power, accepting death.
No, she yearned for it. Her life had been hell.
Ever since her reproductive compatibility with normal human beings had been discovered, she had been subjected to horrors that no person should ever have had to go through. One by one, chosen seeders had forcefully inseminated and impregnated her against her will. The Blood Cult forced her to bear children she never wanted to.
They broke her mind, although they were very careful to preserve her body’s health.
They didn’t even allow her to kill herself to escape from her misery.
Over time, it warped her mind.
In order to preserve her sanity, she subconsciously began not only enjoying it, but also accepting it and yearning it. She accepted that she was special, that she was the Blood Goddess, she accepted being placed in a pedestal and even relished it. She began hunting the chosen seeders herself, doing to them what was done to her. It was either that or losing her sanity.
And yet, the mask, the persona that she wore to convince not only others but also herself, began to crack on the verge of death.
For the first time in more than a century, she allowed herself to shed tears.
Tears of relief as Amare’s tremendous blow surged towards the Blood Goddess.
It was the end to her misery.
Or so she thought.
WHOOSH
Amare’s fist stopped inches away from her head.
The Blood Goddess’ eyes widened as Amare’s presence dimmed.
One moment, she was nothing short of transcendent goddess with ephemeral power.
The very next moment, she had gone back to being Amare.
Her eyes were clear, shining brightly.
A soft, yet warm smile slowly emerged on her face.
“Please, don’t die.”
The Blood Goddess’ eyes widened with shock. “What…?”
Amare’s expression grew pained.
“It would be nothing short of a tragedy to invite death upon yourself.”
The Blood Goddess’ expression grew bewildered. “…I tried to kill you. Painfully.”
The Omni-Martial simply smiled with warmth. “And I have forgiven you.”
The Blood Goddess failed to understand.
She failed to understand the specimen of a human being that was Amare.
One moment, they were fighting. Or rather, the Blood Goddess was getting demolished by a random surge of power from her opponent after almost crushing her under the weight of her blood.
The very next moment, Amare halted her attack sensing the suicide attempt that her opponent was trying and decided to end the battle.
She intuitively felt the pain, suffering, and despair that the woman before her had gone through.
And she forgave her.
That wasn’t all.
“You have two choices before you,” Amare’s voice was gentle, yet solemn. “You can stay here and live life as you have. Or you can leave this place and join me. Join us.”
Her tone was sincere.
And yet, that only made it more incomprehensible.
“Wha—” the Blood Goddess only grew more bewildered by the Omni-Martial.
What kind of nonsense was she saying?
“Leave… leave this place?” A whisper escaped her before a smile emerged on her face.
A mirthless, bitter, and pained smile.
“You think I haven’t tried?”
Her voice shook with pain and anger.
“You think these bastards would let me?”
Her eyes regained life as they flared with rage.
“Do you have any idea how many Martial Sages are watching over me each moment?”
She gritted her teeth. “Don’t spout nonsense and try to give me hope. Just kill me and get this over with.”
Of course, it was too late for that. She had a chance there because not even the Blood Lord would have expected her to jump to her death in the final moment, but now she would not be able to take her own life.
And yet, Amare simply gazed at her.
“It doesn’t matter what they do. If you want to leave, then we will help you leave.”
She turned towards Rui with a pointed look, who simply heaved an exasperated and reluctant sigh, turning to the Blood Lord.
“She’s coming with us, got it?”
