The Mage's 5 Fated Alphas (BL)
Chapter 47: Flirting (mild 18+)
"You woke up," Ugo whispered against the crook of Moon’s neck.
Nox clicked his tongue in annoyance as he swam further away, not wanting to see a dramatic confession.
Moon placed his hand on Ugo’s chest where the wound was and felt the turmoil.
"Is it still hurting?" he asked worriedly. He could still sense the black rot energy inside.
"Not much. It’s fine." Ugo let Moon go.
"Why did you move? I told you to stay there." Moon furrowed his brows.
"It’s been two days, Moon. I felt cramped there," Ugo chuckled.
"Two days?" Moon asked, and then realized it was understandable.
"Okay, don’t move too much. You are not healed yet. The wound can break open again."
Ugo nodded, his eyes dropping to Moon’s face.
"You have worked hard." Saying that, he rubbed Moon’s hair, washing away the dirt.
"Let me help you bathe," he whispered, placing his palm on the small of Moon’s back.
"Oi... stop flirting and get back to work." Nox’s shrill voice cut through the air.
Moon whipped his head around and saw Nox was holding a bunch of star lilies in his hand.
"What are you doing?" Moon got confused.
"Collecting treasure." Nox shrugged.
Ugo sighed and moved back.
His voice carried a hint of regret. "We are collecting the lilies from yesterday. This is all treasure. We can’t just leave them to wither."
Nox nodded in approval. "Yes, even one lily can buy a full luxurious courtyard."
Moon knew they could. He had no doubt, but...
"How do you store them? Do you have anything to store?"
"Yes, we do. Didn’t you collect the big trunk from the raft? Bring it out. We have good stuff..." Nox’s eyes shone with a bright light.
Moon was confused by their sudden energetic behavior. Weren’t they depressed for their brothers earlier?
He nodded. "Let me bathe first," he said, and started to rub off his dirt.
Nox’s eyes flickered, while Ugo’s lips curved up. He looked at Nox with a hint of rare mischievousness.
"Mooney..." he started, "let me."
He didn’t wait for Moon to answer.
He wrapped his arm around Moon’s waist, trapping him against his chest.
His hand slowly started to rub Moon’s belly, down to his navel, then up to his belly again.
He bent his neck and slowly licked Moon’s shoulder up to his neck and his earlobe.
Moon trembled, letting out a soft moan. "Ahhh..."
Nox clenched his fist, the stem of the lily crunching down. His jaw made a sharp crack as he gritted his teeth, then he threw the lily onto the shore.
Nox came in front of Moon in one stroke. His eyes became red with irritation as he looked at Ugo’s calm and gentle green eyes.
"Fuck! Ugo, you are doing this on purpose."
"Nox, I am older than you. When did you become so rude?" Ugo said in a calm voice.
Moon felt his skin crawling, hearing such a calm voice while the man’s hand was clearly obscenely rubbing his chest.
"Both of you, shut up," he mumbled. He lifted one leg to the water’s surface, his thigh grazing past Nox’s waist as he tilted his face toward Nox.
"Want to clean me up?" he asked.
Nox looked at the pale white thigh floating on the water’s surface and Ugo’s palm now reaching a pink bud on Moon’s chest, rubbing in a circle.
He gulped down and held Moon’s thigh hard.
"Yeah, why not?" he growled.
Ugo chuckled from behind Moon. He suddenly pinched Moon’s chin with his other hand and turned Moon’s face to face him. Their wet lips touched each other.
"Ugo’s tongue slipped inside with a loud slurp, drawing a "Mmph" moan from Moon’s throat.
Every slippery sound of sucking, licking, and moaning from their kiss was like a fire igniting inside Nox.
He used his full force to lift both of Moon’s legs up and placed them around his waist.
A soft chuckle left Ugo’s mouth.
Nox was so irritated.
He tugged at Moon’s trousers and crouched down. The water gushed into his mouth, but he did not care.
He placed Moon’s thighs around his neck, buried his face between them, and sucked hard.
Moon let out a sharp cry.
He pushed Ugo’s shoulder and inhaled the air.
"Slow... Nox... damn, you will suck my cock dry!" he cried out.
Suddenly, loud laughter broke the intensity between Nox and Moon.
They both looked at Ugo’s laughing face with confusion, then anger.
Ugo was laughing so much that his chest was vibrating. Moon’s back could feel the rumbling and shaking from Ugo.
Nox’s face was full of black lines. "Fuck, you played with me, Ugo."
Ugo shook his head only, suppressing his laughter.
Moon didn’t laugh or get angry; he just felt helpless. He raised his hand to stop their banter and asked seriously, "Ugo, you are still sick. Don’t play around."
Ugo’s laughter slowly faded. A slight sense of loss spread through his heart.
"You don’t want to?"
Moon could feel Ugo was upset.
"Your wound is not a normal one, Ugo. I need to refine a pill to heal you first."
Ugo kept silent, and even Nox stopped playing with Moon’s length.
"I can do it. I feel awful, Moon," Ugo finally murmured, his voice soft.
Moon looked at Ugo, and his heart throbbed.
Anyway, he was not falling for them. He was just... he just needed Ugo’s wood element to refine the pill. Wood essence could give him the upper hand to refine the pill quickly.
As Moon’s hand slowly lifted and wrapped around Ugo’s neck, Nox felt a crisis.
Without any words, he dipped down, held Moon’s length, and licked the tip with utter gentleness.
That, on the other hand, made Moon’s entire body cringe as he was already entangled in a filthy kiss with Ugo...
The sanctuary of lilies felt so ashamed that the petals started to fold tightly, spreading an air of sickeningly sweet mating frenzy.

.
When the raging fire stopped inside them, it was already evening.
The dying light of the sun had faded to the far treeline. The moon slowly rose on the mountain’s peak.
Moon was humming a lullaby his mother used to sing to him.
He was in a good mood.
In front of him, Nox and Ugo were busy sorting out the lilies they had harvested. A total of 35 lilies in full bloom, 50 buds, and 300 seeds. They also took many leaves.
Moon looked at the shining petals, and his smile spread wider.
He had broken through again to Novice 7.
He looked at Ugo’s dark hair and his heart felt warm. It was not because of mating or love, but because he had gained a completely awakened, wood-attributed core, which was now giving him a refreshing power of healing.
He looked at the trunk the brothers had been carrying on the raft. On the outside, it looked like a plain metal trunk—antique with no appeal.
But the inside was totally different.
There were a few compartments where gems, stones, and unknown objects were placed meticulously.
The inside was coated with a silver crust that was not silver, but some other material Moon didn’t know.
Still, he was sure it was a top-grade treasure in this world that could preserve vitality. He couldn’t believe Alpha Vaelis was generous enough to give it to them.
"Where did you get this?" he asked.
"It’s from my mother," Ugo replied, placing a pair of lilies inside.
"Your mother... Is she the one sent to the 6th garrison?" Moon remembered he had heard it at the city square.
"She is the one. She gave it to us before she left."
"Oh."
"You can ask if you want to know more," Nox said.
"Can I?" Moon asked back.
His hand hovered over a green stone. He knew this one was the same as the one Ugo had given him. Now he had an idea where Ugo had found that.
"You can," Nox said eagerly.
"Wasn’t she also imprisoned in the keep cell? How did you go there?"
Hearing this, Ugo chuckled, his green eyes falling on Moon’s. "Wasn’t it you who gave us the idea of the water tunnel?"
Moon’s lips twitched; he had indeed mentioned the water tunnel, but he didn’t really expect them to dig through it.
He didn’t ask more.
He just hesitated a few moments before murmuring, "Can you lend me some green stones from here?" Ugo didn’t say anything; he just threw the entire green stone pouch to Moon.
"Take it. We don’t even know its use anyway."
Moon took the pouch and left the brothers to sort things out.
He wasn’t worried that Ugo would die soon; he already knew Ugo had devoured a lot of lilies, enough for him to do such exercise and run around the pond for two days.
But still, he was increasingly worried about Axe and the others, and he needed to look for an opening the next day. So, he had to learn to make an elixir tonight.
He went to a boulder under the moonlight, sat cross-legged, and took out two spirit stones. If he didn’t have enough energy to draw out his essence fire amber, he would use them.
And thus, Moon started to meditate, concentrating his entire mind into his one fire core.
After some time, the air fluctuated, but the amber didn’t spark.
