The Mage's 5 Fated Alphas (BL)

Chapter 140: Moon needs manpower.

Cold air blew past his open ass.

He shivered.

Damn it! He was naked!

He hurriedly put on clothes before going out.

He could hardly keep a smile off his face.

Lupine looked at his face, then knitted his brows in annoyance.

"What’s with this face? If you want to laugh, then laugh. If you want to sneer, then sneer. You are now looking in the middle and funny."

"..."

Okay, this sentence finally settled down Moon’s smile. And he coughed twice.

"Ahem! Master, you know...?"

"I know, you had a great night. No need to tell." Lupine cut him off. He was still annoyed for some reason.

"No! Not that. Didn’t you notice something?" Moon said agitatedly.

"Oh! I noticed."

Moon looked at him with anticipation.

"You have hickeys all over your neck. Oh, and your cheek is red too. Fix it."

"..."

"No! Not that, Master!" Moon screamed, rubbing his cheeks vigorously.

"So..."

"No, don’t guess anymore. I broke through to apprentice level." Moon said hurriedly.

"Um, I was about to say that." Lupine nodded.

"You were?"

"Yes, I was. What else?" Lupine flicked his sleeves and went to check on the fire orchid.

Moon followed him behind. "Where is Xiao Hong?"

"Don’t even utter her name. That shameless woman and that shameless ghost! And also that shameless ice dragon! All are shameless."

He puffed his beard as his voice rose.

Looking at the brothers who had just come out of the cabin and were yawning, he added, "You too... all are shameless!"

Moon scratched his neck and murmured, "Oh! Hmm..."

Then he shifted topic. "Master, now we can move to the Lost Realm, right? The part you totally restricted from outsiders?"

Before, when they put the restriction, they divided the entire Lost Realm.

Since Moon’s divine power was very poor, he couldn’t hold the entire place in his possession.

So Lupine made a core Lost Realm where the maximum herbs, ore, and stones are, with five major caves. This part is in Moon’s full possession.

And then restricted it from outsiders totally, while a large area remained scattered.

If one day Moon could become stronger, he could slowly take the other parts over.

But Moon was afraid that the packs would find the entrance. So he wanted to shift more treasure and rare herbs within those open spaces.

He first wanted to go back to his core space and use Chika, Oshan, and Marina to help him gather resources.

He needed manpower so badly!

Suddenly a wicked idea crossed his mind.

"Master, give me your mirror for a moment, the one you pulled out before."

"Why do you want it?" Lupine asked. He went back to the porch before the cabin and placed a mirror on the glass.

The outside was pitch black.

"Why is it so dark?" Moon asked confusedly. Axe, Nox, and Ugo slowly gathered around.

Lupine huffed in annoyance again.

"Why do you think? Of course, because it’s night and inside the cave no moonlight reaches."

"That’s not right! Why is it still night there? Shouldn’t it already be morning? It’s so long we have been out from Malong City." Nox asked.

"Huh! So you do know it’s long! Trashy mongrel... it was morning, but you all slept through all day to night."

"Damn it, so an entire day is over?" Axe grumbled.

Moon’s face hardened.

This was not good. They only had a few days to begin with. He felt helpless. "Master, spiritual light."

Lupine soon adjusted the mirror, and they all could see the five paths again.

A pathetic sight.

Moon was looking intently.

Suddenly he screamed. "Found it! There are people alive!"

"What do you want to do with them?" Ugo asked.

"I need manpower. Let’s make a contract with them and use them. We can remove the poison."

Moon said his plan.

"It’s too risky. What if they betray us and tell others?" Nox hesitated.

"They can’t go out without my permission. Don’t worry, it will be a life debt if I save them, and I will put a slave contract on them. If they try to betray, they will be dead instantly."

Lupine nodded. "This can be done. We really need manpower now. And we can’t hire outsiders. Also, we have five shadow trainees."

Moon was surprised. "Five shadow trainees? They didn’t die?"

"Didn’t you ask them to be alive?" Lupine furrowed his brows. "Should I have killed them?"

"No, no!" Moon waved his hand. "I just didn’t know they were still alive after the soul search. This is good. Those are skilled." He became happy.

"Let’s go out and find people who still have a breath left. Even a fraction will do."

Soon, Moon went out first inside the cave.

It was dark and eerie.

Moon spread his divine sense and found no one. Still, he remembered the shadow lords could evade his divine sense, so he pulled out Lupine too.

Since the cave was claimed, the restriction for spirits was also withdrawn.

They did not talk.

They, almost like ghosts, searched around. Just as they both finished one cave and pulled in three men inside the Flame Garden, they were frozen.

There was a pile of dead bodies already inside.

Moon looked around. Axe shook his head.

Nox rubbed his nose. "Ghost Master and I collected them."

Lupine almost flared out. "Where is that bastard? Don’t let him in anymore..."

"You were searching for me?" A phantom popped out of nowhere.

"Don’t step out of your graveyard." Lupine huffed.

"Did you have a monopoly?"

"Shut up!"

"Okay, okay... Master, look, it’s actually good. Ghost Master can really collect faster than us, and he will not get caught." Moon smoothed things over.

"Caught? Who? Those little puffy air outside? Che! They are just playing hide and seek."

Ghost Master said with disdain.

Moon did not know what to say.

This phantom ghost might be some ancient shadow phantom ghost immortal, so to him those shadow lords were nothing.

But to Moon, of course, those shadow lords were dangerous.

He looked at the dead bodies and noticed these were all with some or very little fraction of breath.

Still great.

Total 16.

With those shadow guards, it will be 21. His worker squad is getting bigger.

But he needed to preserve their breath first.

He looked around and suddenly remembered Rio, who was still inside the Lupine Palace.

He felt complicated.

He never thought Rio’s ice and water element was something he would need.

He was contemplating, and then the bodies all froze inside a big chunk of ice.

A spiritual energy was floating inside that would preserve their condition.

A snow-cold voice spoke up. "I will help you for once. Don’t expect to be helped again later."

A cold air blew past. And that’s the only thing that proved that Snow Master was there.

"Let’s move. I need to refine pills. And you all go do your work." Moon said.

"First, remove all of those hickeys and be a gentleman." Lupine scoffed.

And so Moon remembered he’d forgotten to cast a cleaning spell on himself.

He soon ran away with the others to the Lost Realm and just dove into the lake to get a quick bath.
