The Mage's 5 Fated Alphas (BL)

Chapter 10: Last Hole 2

  • Next Chapter

As night fell across Mount Mraor’s sky, the Skerrow Brake forest behind the Last Hole became a trail for pathetic wolves who were bound to a pack mark, yet didn’t belong here.

The heavy thud of boots and guttural laughter echoed from afar as figures with pointed ears, clawed hands, and mismatched anatomy slowly crawled through the Last Hole’s rusted door.

It was just as bustling, crowded, and lively as the day had been gloomy, sultry, and lifeless.

Moon was sitting on a hide pallet in the middle of a cabin, on the second floor, plastered with wood.

His eyes were closed in deep meditation.

After entering this den, he was almost suffocated by the sheer amount of blood stains and the strong smell of booze mixed with cheap tobacco and burning tallow.

But soon his blood regulation helped him to adapt.

When the guards left him on the upper floor, Moon expected some disturbance, even an attack. But to his surprise, there was not a single person who came to bother him, not even for a peek.

Only the silver shackles on his hands and legs were proof that he was still a captive.

He had awakened his core on the night of the mating and later gained dark, vengeful powers that were yet to be refined.

As he circulated his power, it kept clouding his mind with resentment. So he just tried to calm his mind, trying to distract himself from resentment with another distracting matter—his five mates.

It was not until the night fell and the room became dark that a little girl with a tail came with a tallow lamp. Her dimple smiled as she swayed her two little braids, looking at Moon with awe.

She placed some barriers in front of him and left.

And soon... There was rustling, laughter, clinking and wispy sounds filling the air. It was like a magic wand suddenly lifted its curse, and the full den woke up in a trance.

Moon closed his eyes and tried to spread his divine sense. With his novice-level spiritual power, he could only cover the bar area and a little bit of the path.

As his divine sense spread outward...

A strange, bizarre world opened in his divine eye.

The bar was now filled with a mass of people who didn’t look quite like humans.

All had different traits, but they were all werewolves for sure.

A man with a pointy nose and a moustache was leaning on a huge stone slab near the sign ’Last Hole.’

His two hands were working like ten hands at a time.

Even so, his mouth was continuously bubbling— "Menaca, hear that? Today’s goods are a real Prime rib, gonna lose your pants just watching."

The room burst into uproar.

A big-bellied man slapped the stone table hysterically.

"Is it in the Princess’s chamber? I am betting on the first bang."

"Don’t even try. Didn’t you hear the palace was a dumpster fire today at noon?"

"I didn’t. I was chopping the dead log at that damn pussy of a place. My shoulder is aching from the load I bore."

"Anu has taken some wild cleavers. Why don’t you paste some on?"

Then another man covered in fur banged the table on a corner.

"Oi, Menaca, stop there. Who wants to rub cleavers on him? We want to hear the palace scandals."

Another milf girl chimed in, "Scandal? I heard the white beard ran to the palace. They said the Alpha was bitten by a mongrel." She whispered so loudly that it only felt like a hissed word.

Then many people crowded in from the corner.

"True?"

"Tch! I never lied. I heard it’s on his dick."

Another suppressed roar spread through the fishy smell of the bar.

A clay mug clattered on the floor, and some vodka spilt, drenching some people while another hissed and threw a punch at the man next to him.

"I told you not to spout shit in my bar!" the pointy moustache almost roared.

"Gah! I am telling you, one day the guards will come and ground this bar to Cassia’s hole."

The girl who was telling scandals became furious, "And what about you? You think the guard will suck on your dick? They will bang your ass from the south to the north."

The chatter was endless, going round and round.

Moon was incredulous.

He couldn’t keep up with them.

What he wanted to hear most was what happened in the palace or any news from his mate. But these people were totally wasted.

Just then, the conversation fell back to him, and Moon’s ears perked up

"Who would bang a man? They will just bang a milf like you."

"What? Aren’t they just placing a man here to bang for everyone?"

The bar became silent at once.

It seemed everyone was pondering what they had just heard.

The aching shoulder asked in confusion, "Didn’t you guys say a hot commodity? How did he become a man?"

"Tch, it’s a Man. That gutter rat said he is a witch, banging him can heal our deformities, make us pure human."

The room suddenly became dead serious.

A wolf-faced man leaned forward, taking a restless sip from his mug filled with cheap booze.

"Did they say it? Is it..." he leaned in more as if he wanted to plaster him on the table.

"Why are you all still here?"

"Pah! I said Don’t even think about it... he is the mate of five new omegas here."

"An Omega’s mate? Five of them?" The man narrowed his eyes.

"You are not talking about those calamities. Are you?"

"Yeah, it’s them. Today, Leo went to the steward and wrecked the entire administration to enter the palace."

A slim young boy came sprinting with his tarot cards in hand. "Not just administration; he barged into the crown prince’s palace and beat him up. Now they are hanging him down on the third gate. I don’t know when he will be down."

"But I heard he had gone to meet his ex-fiancé."

"He should have let go long ago; that bitch is two-timing."

The bar door swung open as a big, burly man came in. Without further ado, he went up.

The room looked at him with dead silence.

As if noticing the abnormal silence, he turned around, "Whasup? Booked already?" He let out a hearty laugh.

A curvy young woman handed him a clay mug filled with Sherry.

The man with the pointy moustache twirled his whiskers and mused, "No boss, no one dare, Nox cut Billiard’s dick off this evening when he was coming."

The room gasped in unison.

The burly man furrowed his brows. "The guard said he is open goods."

Cassia chimed in, "That’s what the guard said; I heard Nox was beaten to pulp by the Sentinel."

"See? What’s there to be afraid of in a defective wolf?" the man sneered.

"They still carry royal blood, Boss. They can still bite. What’s more, Nox can get beaten a hundred times, but we can’t grow a hundred dicks."

Another one said gravely as he passed by.

"Mate, listen, don’t listen to the guard’s bullshit. Have you ever heard fucking a witch healing someone? No, na? So why bother angering five mad dogs? I’d rather just fuck my Selesa instead of a man."

Saying that, the man held a woman standing near and kissed her loudly.

They disappeared into a corner, and nobody cared about their increasingly lewd kissing sounds getting louder.

Moon’s eyes fluttered; he didn’t know if he should be happy or upset.

At this moment, the bar door banged open with the heavy thud of an iron boot.
