I’m Back & A Huge Thank You to All of You!

I'm happy to report that I'm back. The family emergency I mentioned (my wife and son were both quite ill) has passed, and everyone is well on the road to recovery.

More than anything, I want to thank every single one of you who stuck around during the break. An author's biggest fear is losing their readers after a hiatus, and seeing you all still here is the best welcome back I could ever ask for. Thank you for your loyalty and for not giving up on this story.

Now, it's time to get back to writing!

We have eight chapters to make up for, and I intend to do it quickly. For the next eight days, I will be posting three chapters per day to catch us up. After that, we will return to our regular update schedule.
