Because the room was too close, it only took him a step to move into her room.

Dong Yujie then realized that their rooms were really too close to each other.

Dong Yujie’s skincare products were all on the dressing table beside her bed.

Jiang Huaizhou then followed her there.

He observed Dong Yujie squeezing a small amount of liquid into her palm before dabbing it on her face. Jiang Huaizhou then did the same and dabbed the liquid on his face.

Actually, all he needed was some moisturizer.

But he wanted to find more opportunities to stay with Dong Yujie.

Therefore, he applied whatever Dong Yujie applied.

It took a whole hour for Dong Yujie to finish her skincare routine.

Jiang Huaizhou naturally finished applying skincare on his face.

Dong Yujie then smiled and said to Jiang Huaizhou, “Goodnight, then.”

Jiang Huaizhou showed a helpless smile and nodded as he said, “Goodnight.”

They had said goodnight to each other many times tonight.

However, none of their goodnight greetings to one another were successful.

Dong Yujie walked Jiang Huaizhou to his room. Jiang Huaizhou looked back and suddenly kissed her on the lips before he quickly stepped into his room.

Dong Yujie touched her lips and felt dumbfounded.

She thought to herself. They were already dating. If he wanted to kiss her, he could do it openly. He didn’t have to make himself seem like a thief.

Dong Yujie turned and went back to the bathroom to dry her hair.

When she came out of the bathroom, she subconsciously turned and looked over at Jiang Huaizhou’s room.

She then saw Jiang Huaizhou leaning on the door, waiting for her to come out of the bathroom.

He leaned on the door in a carefree and lazy manner. He looked really handsome.

Dong Yujie knew that he was waiting.

And so, she waved at Jiang Huaizhou and said, “Goodnight.”

Jiang Huaizhou smiled and responded, “Goodnight.”

Dong Yujie then quickly climbed onto the bed and lay down.

She grabbed her blanket and smiled as she thought about how her room was opposite Jiang Huaizhou’s room and how convenient this setting was.

However, she couldn’t sleep.

She couldn’t help but wonder if Jiang Huaizhou was asleep.

Is he leaning on the door and looking at her?

Dong Yujie kept thinking about this. She then stealthily got out of bed and walked barefoot to the door.

However, she didn’t know that Jiang Huaizhou was indeed leaning on the door and standing there.

He almost wanted to walk to the doorway of Dong Yujie’s room and watch Dong Yujie sleep while standing at the door.

Jiang Huaizhou knew that it was creepy, but he couldn’t control himself.

Even though Dong Yujie’s room’s lights were off, light still entered through the window.

The light was shining in through the window. When Dong Yujie stood up, Jiang Huaizhou could see her shadow on the wall.

He knew that he had gotten out of bed and thought that she needed to use the washroom.

He was worried that Dong Yujie would notice him, so he dashed back to his bed and hid there.

Dong Yujie walked to the door. The room opposite her room was quiet. She didn’t see Jiang Huaizhou as well.

And so, she thought he had fallen asleep.

Dong Yujie, feeling at ease, returned to her room and lay on her bed again.
