The Last Paragon in the Apocalypse

Chapter 1767: Elemental Tower

Klaus appeared inside his soul sea, only to see nine versions of himself standing there, including even Kaden, who had gone dark ever since he entered the Elemental Garden.

Aside from him, it appeared his last three incarnations, ’Paragon, Fruity and Magnus,’ had also been created, completing the nine incarnations he had to make into gods before his main body could also ascend.

Klaus wanted to acknowledge them all, but he froze when his eyes landed on a figure clad in a large set of white robes. His face was not visible, or more like Klaus could not see his face.

However, he could sense a wave of power so deep and powerful that he didn’t even know how to quantify it. The feeling was so deep, so much deeper that Klaus felt like bowing.

However, he immediately wiped that thought from his mind and looked at his nine incarnations.

"Who is that?" Efad asked, only to be met with a gaze that said, ’If we knew, wouldn’t you also know, considering we are one and the same person?’

Efad turned away, a smile playing on his lips.

Asura suddenly stepped forward and asked, "Hey there, angel man, who are you, and what are you doing inside my soul sea?"

No reply came from the man. However, all ten figures standing before him could feel a gaze fall on them. It lasted for a few seconds before they felt it no more.

They stood in silence for a few more minutes before all ten of them heard someone speak into their heads:

"The Elemental Tower holds a part of our legacy, but also a part of the danger we have been trying to suppress for years. To inherit it is to unleash the terror hidden. You must be ready for what comes because to be a Paragon is to be haunted to the edges of the cosmos."

The person faded into thin air, and Klaus, alongside his nine incarnations, was left stunned, the words echoing in their minds.

For obvious reasons, he could tell that the words spoken by the mysterious man were true and absolute. Whatever he meant would come to pass, and Klaus somehow felt like he was not ready to face it.

All his incarnations were of the same mindset.

"Creepy, but for the first time in a long time, we are afraid," Paragon, the first incarnation, said. Then he added, "Which I think we all know means we are about to level up really well. However, there is something we should first address, and that is, what the fuck is an Elemental Tower?"

Kaden smiled and said, "About that, I think I have the answer."

He opened the part of his memories from the moment he entered the Elemental Garden to the moment he was transported here.

It took a few minutes for everyone to get acquainted with the memories. When they were done, they all turned and looked at Kaden with expressions that screamed, ’What the hell, dude?’

"So all this happened to you, and you are now sharing it with us. What happened to the bro code, Kaden?" Klaus looked at his incarnation with both pride and anger.

Kaden laughed. "It is not my fault, bro. I wanted to share everything with you losers. It was just that I am outside of this universe, so the laws didn’t exactly allow me to connect with you all."

"That makes sense," Magnus, the 7th incarnation, said, and everyone nodded.

"So this place you are in, the Elemental Garden, is a realm on its own, and it is housing powerful Primordials, but also a part of our legacy as the Paragon. And now, we have to inherit it, and by doing so, we will be opening the door into the abyss, unleashing calamity on every being in that world." Paragon, the first incarnation, known for his robust mind, summarized everything even though he already had the answers.

"Among other things, but yes, to become who we are meant to become, we first have to face the abyss," Kaden answered, and they all sighed.

"Sounds like it is your problem, Kaden," Asura said, looking directly at Kaden. "From where I stand, since we can’t come to you, considering the barriers blocking us, you will have to handle this by yourself, buddy."

"I never asked for any help, boys. Right now, I am the strongest of us, so I think I speak for everyone when I say I will handle it. Whatever comes out of it, you will hear."

"Tch." A collective chuckle came from Klaus and his eight other incarnations.

Kaden suddenly flickered. "Well, boys, it looks like it is time for me to leave. As always, try to become a god before I become a Supreme."

With mocking laughter, he opened his eyes, seated in a flying boat.

His three elemental triplets surrounded him: Aria resting her head on his right shoulder, Stella on his left shoulder, and Nova hugging him from behind.

King Xzeth and his family were also seated in the flying boat. Aside from them, Maneli, the Third Ant Ancestor, sat on the bow of the boat, and ten other Pseudo-Primordials, probably guards or qualified people from Dunsil City, were also on the boat.

They were headed toward the Elemental Tower.

Of course, before they left, Kaden had made all of them members of his elemental legion and awakened their Dao and even manifested it to 15%.

Maneli was the last person he awakened. Right now, he was brimming with energy, so much so that he wished to meet his rivals and spit in their faces, knowing none could contend with him anymore.

Kaden didn’t mind that.

He was going there to see if he could use the Elemental Tower to increase his strength.

Aside from that, he knew the mysterious person who had been sending him directions resided there, and he wanted to meet them.

Now, however, he was going there to inherit a part of his legacy. But that legacy would also come with some dangers. Naturally, he knew what had to be done, and so he planned to do it.

Three days later, the Elemental Tower came into sight.
