Chapter 1938 - 1943: The Arrogant Dragon Girl

According to Little Black’s instructions, Little Fire arrived atop a cloud and rushed downward. It seemed as though they were passing through the cloud, yet after penetrating the cloud, they did not fall but arrived in a different realm.

This realm was a world onto itself, with mountains, rivers, and scenery, and mighty dragons coiled around it. As soon as they perceived Lin Fei and the other tourists, five or six dragons charged forward, congregating and surrounding Lin Fei and the others.

"Who are you?! How dare you trespass into our Dragon Clan?!" A voice rang out, and a Purple Dragon flew over, gazing at Lin Fei and his companions upon arrival.

Two dragons flew towards Lin Fei, causing tension among them, with the colossal pupils of the dragons shining golden light, inducing fear.

The two dragons then looked at Little Black, approaching her and nodding, asking, "Honorable Royal Family member, may I know your name? I will report this."

"Arrogant!" Little Black finally revealed her real name, for he understood this place’s significance. Without revealing her true name, entering would likely be impossible.

"What?! Princess!?" the two guard dragons exclaimed in shock, looking at Little Black, unable to believe the dragon before them was their revered Princess!

"What do you think? General Sky Light and General Sky Shadow! Quick, take me inside to see the Dragon Emperor, my father!" Little Black asserted, glancing at Lin Fei with bewilderment, unsure how to face him.

"Yes, yes, yes! Let me escort the Princess onward!"

Although baffled by the Princess’s transformation, upon hearing her title, they immediately understood that it was undoubtedly the Princess; her tone of speech remained unchanged, despite significant color fluctuations.

The enormous Dragon Palace, floating in mid-air rather than underwater, and once Lin Fei and his group arrived there, the Dragon King, also the administrator of the Royal Family, despite being the Dragon King, had reached the Emperor Level in prowess.

Arrogant recounted the events briefly, leading the Dragon King towards Lin Fei, stating, "Father, he is now my master, named Lin Fei."

"What?! Humph! How can a mere human deserve to be your master? I will take you to see the Lord Dragon Venerate to have the contract removed," the Dragon King declared.

Upon hearing this, Arrogant quickly interjected, "Father, Lin Fei accompanied me here this time for the very purpose of removing the contract; please do not wrong an innocent man."

"Understood," the Dragon King reassured, appearing affable, though seemingly only to his daughter; to others, he was exceedingly dignified.

"There is another matter, much more important than the contract," Dragon Girl Arrogant expressed.

"What could be more significant than the contract? You weren’t beguiled or commanded by this human, were you?" asked the Dragon King. To them, the Dragon Clan was a noble race, not to be enslaved by a human.

Dragon Girl shook her head, clarifying, "No one has beguiled me. I am here about the Dragon Clan treasure."

"What?! You..."

"Father, I have visited Holy City, Central State, and even met the Wheel of Destiny. So... please take me to see the Lord Dragon Venerate!" Dragon Girl uttered.

Upon hearing this, an affectionate look enveloped the Dragon King’s face, as he replied, "Alright, since you’ve rekindled your memories, follow me then."

Dragon Girl Arrogant nodded, unexpectedly declaring, "Father, no matter what, you are and always will be my father!"

The Dragon King shuddered, sighing, "Once you reclaim your power, I fear... never mind, let’s move, for you truly are the preeminent existence in this world. Let’s proceed."

At that moment, Lin Fei and the rest followed the Dragon King out of the Dragon Palace. Lin Fei gazed at the Dragon King’s desolate figure, comprehending his thoughts; if Dragon Girl Arrogant, Little Black, regained her strength, their status might no longer be paternal but hierarchical, staunchly believing Little Black would be the mightiest in the Dragon Clan upon retrieving her power!
