Chapter 5 - Unknown Place
Somewhere in the middle, Jennifer suddenly felt numbness all over her body. Her eyelids felt too heavy to open. The weight over her body was too heavy to control and almost out of her reach.
But she knew that this was all because of the injection, the drug that he gave her. Her mind was working but her hand and body weren't coordinating with her mind to work accordingly.
With a jerk, Jennifer can feel that she was lifted. A strong arm around her but this heaviness over her head was almost making her go back to sleep.
'I have to know...where I..mm..' this kept on revolving inside her mind. Being in a strange place, furthermore being kidnapped was making everything even scarier.
With all the leftover energy in her body, Jennifer successfully opened her heavy eyelids, only to find a God-like person came into her view.
It wasn't easy to blink because her eyes opened only half. God knows what he has given her to make her feel like this! If only she can be alright just now and kick his ass.
Meanwhile, Javier brought Jennifer out of his jeep. They were on a very large ground with his private airplane waiting for him. Opening the backdoor of the car, he looked at her pale face and couldn't help but frown.
'Why is the drug still making her pale?' He had no idea about this but still, there was no time to waste. His legs on Lucas's land and territory were already a big signal and danger for him.
Bringing her to himself, he carried her in a bridal way, when he noticed that she is even heavier from the last time he carried her into her arms.
"But her clothes….are wet. Maybe some raindrops fell on her dress." He carried her all the way to the airplane.
There was absolute silence on the big land except for two cars in front of him and behind his jeep. They were there to protect him by chance someone had followed him all over to here.
Walking closer to his airplane, he saw two people waiting for him and one was the person who was going to fly the craft.
"It is nice to see you, sir. You have reached on time." Javier nodded his head in return.
"Is anyone else behind us? Anyone who followed or got to know about our plan?" Javier asked in return to receive a shake from the pilot. At last, he brought Jennifer inside the big airplane and placed her on the bed with tenderness in his actions
He was gentle, unlike the rest of the kidnappers but his eyes were fixed on her beautiful face. When he noticed that she was struggling to open her eyes, he spoke in his husky voice, "You better sleep for now. We have a long way to go to reach the destination. Sleep."
She doesn't know what kind of magic his voice was carrying in it, but for some unknown reason, Jennifer drifted back to sleep comfortably on the bed as if she owned it.
He simply kept his gaze on her face, which an unknown kind of sentiment. With no intention of leaving her alone, he tugged her inside the blanket and made a drink for himself. Just when he was going to walk back to Jennifer's bed, he heard his man who came from outside and informed him.
"Sir, we are ready to take off. Please take a seat." Javier heard the voice from the outside and nodded his head. It was almost going to be sunrise as it had taken him all the day to reach this ground from where his plane would take off.
Taking a sip, he kept his face straight because he can't wait to reach the island that will separate him from the rest of the world, with his princess urf, hostage with him.
….
After the next ten hours.
Slowly and slowly, with strain, Jennifer's eyes opened. She has completed her sleep and had no wish to stay in the bed. The heaviness that she earlier felt was no longer there.
But before her mind could have worked properly and proceeded anything else, Jennifer discovered herself to be in a comfortable bed around her with a fluffy mattress down.
Not only that, her hair was opened and her dress… wait, what?!
"Who the hell changed my wedding dress!" Her voice was loud enough to scare everyone but she found herself alone in this room. Her eyes flew to every corner of the unknown place, which looked like a lavish room but it was still not something she was familiar with.
Without a second thought, she got up without slippers and made her way outside, to find that she was in a home? Whose home is that?
From the interior, she could guess this easily that it was someone who is wealthy enough but who?
"I would kill that person who has changed my clothes!" Jennifer's blood was boiling and for her, she didn't have any limit to control it.
Her eyes averted from the big living room to the large balcony outside with a sea-facing view. She quickly walked near the place to find that she was all alone in the whole big mansion.
But before she could have reacted to those things, Jennifer saw the person, who was down on the beach, trying to have a sunbath?
'Isn't he the same man who actually kidnapped me from that wedding?' A frown appeared on her face when she called out the person openly without any shame Or respect.
"HEY! You! Mr. Kidnapper! Come up and explain everything to me!" Javier turned his head to see his lady already awake and standing on the balcony in shorts and a crop top.
"Wait for the next fifteen minutes. You can go and take a bath till that time!" He dismissed her and once again covered his eyes with his black goggles and closed his eyes. For him, her words were like thin air and as if she doesn't exist at all.
But this frustrated Jennifer a lot, "You better come back and explain otherwise I will jump from this balcony and crack my bones up!"
