After speaking with Meixu, Fu Hua phoned the person with the evidence he needed to deal with Alix and asked him to release it to the press after 48 hours.

Fu Hua chose that time to deal with Alix because it would be a few hours to her company and product lunch, a time too late for her to do anything.

Shi Qiao drove Meixu straight to the Fu residence, and before she got off the car, he comforted her one more time and told her that he would help to deal with LIXX as soon as Fu Hua stepped.

Meixu who was usually indifferent to him nodded and even thanked him for the ride before stepping out of the car. Shi Qiao smiled and waved at her before driving away.

On stepping into the house, Meixu could hear her mother speaking angrily.

"How can a mere new company bully our family. Now everyone is saying the Fu family is arrogant and doesn't know how to raise children!"

"ChunHua you have to bring down the tone of your voice, there is a child in this house. We are all waiting for Hua to come back so we can discuss how to settle this matter." Fu Hee said with a frown.

She too was displeased with what was going on in the media. Anything that affects any member of the family, will always have an impact on all of them.

Just then, Meixu walked in and Fu ChunHua rushed to her side to check if she was hurt. "Are you okay? I heard those reporters surrounded your work building."

"Mum, I'm fine!" Meixu said as she let go of her hand before greeting Fu Hee.

"Meixu don't worry, Hua will settle this once he comes back." Fu Hee assured her.

Meixu replied in a relaxed tone, "I know Aunty, cousin called me and said he would take care of the matter, that I only needed to buy him a little time."

"How?" Fu ChunHua asked with a frown, as she didn't understand how her daughter would buy him time to settle the matter.

"It means, I shouldn't respond to the conflict," Meixu explained, but Fu ChunHua was still worried if it will work. She also knew that keeping quiet will make matters worse.

"Since my son has said so, he surely knows what he is doing." Fu Hee said from the side, and almost immediately, they all heard FangSu grumbling as she made her way into the house.

"These reporters are really crazy?!" FangSu said furiously.

She was at the mall when reporters rushed out of nowhere and surrounded her, asking her crazy questions.

"Miss Fu, is it true that your Fu family is arrogant?"

"Do you people not support new businesses?"

"Why would your cousin speak like that?

"Do you also think that new businesses shouldn't be supported?"

"What was your real reason for rejecting LIXX?"

"Do you support what your cousin, Meixu said about new businesses?"

FangSu was lucky to escape from them because of the mall's security who came to help her, and since then, she has been pissed off.

Seeing how angry she was, Fu Hee check up on her, to make sure she was not hurt after revealing her experiences at the mall.

"Do these reporters not have anything better to do?" Fu ChunHua asked.

"Their job is to sneak around looking for some gossips to publish." Fu Hee replied, before asking everyone to follow her to the spacious living room.

Not long after, Fu Hua returned with Jia Li. They first showered and changed into comfy clothes before coming to the living room for the brief meeting that was set because of Meixu's thrashing on the internet.

"Hua, you have seen what is going on, have you thought of a way to take care of the matter, is there anything we can do to help?" Grandfather Fu asked as the others listened 

Fu Hua glanced at Jia Li who was sitting beside him before glancing back to his grandfather. His reason for looking at her first is because he was about to reveal something he hasn't told her since.

"I know who the real owner of LIXX is." Fu Hus said.

"How do you mean?" Fu Ling asked.

"The person that did that interview is not the owner of LIXX?" FangSu asked in surprise. Not just FangSu, the other family members were surprised as well.

"The real owner is the same person that instigated the reporters to interview Mu Keer." Fu Hua revealed after a pause.

"What? she is the same person?" Fu Ling said angrily because he knows who Fu Hua was talking about.

"It looks like this person is after our family..." Fu Hee said with a sigh.

"Hua, what did you say her name was again?" Fu Geming asked with furrowed brows.

There was a moment of silence before Fu Hua responded to that question. He delayed because of Jia Li as he wasn't sure of how she would feel that he didn't tell her about an important matter.

"Feng Alix." 

When Fu Hua mentioned that name, there was a long silence. Jia Li was shocked to the core, FangSu and Meixu were surprised. YingPei and Ling sighed.

Fu Hua glanced at Jia Li and squeezed her hand. "I'm sorry," He whispered with guilt. Jia Li did not say anything, and she also didn't take off his hand. She let him hold her while thinking about Alix.

"Fu Hua, is she not that same woman that dragged you into a scandal a few weeks after you and Jia Li got married?" Fu Hee questioned, her tone filled with deep annoyance.

"She is the same person." Fu Ling replied with an ugly facial expression.

"How can that woman have the nerve to find trouble with our family after the lesson you thought her back then, was it not enough?" Fu ChunHua asked as she directed an annoyed gaze at Fu Hua.

What was hurting her more, was the fact that Alix keeps attacking their family and going free.. She saw Alix as an ordinary shameless woman who got a little power because of the man she married, but still, it was not enough to give her the guts to find trouble with their family."
