"Is it really okay for Your Highness to leave the party early?"

Nolan walked into a private room, glancing over his shoulder every now and then.

Elina giggled.

"Don't worry about it. The party's over, but those nobles aren't ready to leave yet. Just forget about them. Would you like something to drink?"

She paused, then turned to him with a gentle smile.

Nolan rubbed his chin and thought for a moment before saying, "I'd like some blueberry tea."

"Huh? I don't think we have any."

Elina was taken aback and scratched the side of her cheek sheepishly.

"It's over there at the far end of the room."

Nolan pointed toward a table at the far end.

Elina was surprised again. She followed his gaze and walked over, where she found tea powder in a small silver jar and blueberry powder in the jar next to it.

"This…"

Her eyes widened in shock as she turned to look at Nolan, who still had a calm expression on his face.

"How did you know there was tea and blueberry powder here?"

Nolan chuckled softly. He wanted to say, "I know because I put them there."

But that would only make Elina suspicious of him, so he kept it to himself.

"Just a guess."

After saying that, he sat down on the sofa and leaned back lazily.

Elina pursed her lips. The more she got to know Nolan, the stranger her feelings toward him became.

Not in a bad way. If anything, she was becoming more and more curious about him and wanted to learn more about him.

She also felt a deep connection with him, as if there were some strong, inexplicable bond between them.

Pushing those thoughts aside, Elina started brewing the tea with the blueberry powder.

Once she was done, she carried the tea over to the table and set it down.

"Thank you."

Nolan picked it up and took a sip. The sweet, tart, and slightly bitter flavors blended together perfectly.

His body relaxed almost instantly.

"It's been a long time since I've felt this relaxed…"

The tea and blueberry powder were no ordinary items. He had obtained them from a remote island on the far side of the Western Continent, where powerful monsters roamed.

His supply was limited, and Nolan often drank it whenever his mind was in turmoil.

Not even Elina, Rafine, or anyone else in the mansion knew about the existence of the tea and blueberry powder.

Elina sat across from him, studying him from head to toe.

Noticing her gaze, Nolan smiled and asked, "What's wrong?"

Elina shook her head and crossed her legs.

"Nothing's wrong. I just feel like you look so relaxed. You don't seem nervous at all."

If it were anyone else, they would probably be panicking or nervous in front of her—the princess and one of the potential candidates for the throne.

Orlan had told her that Nolan was just an ordinary person. But the reality was completely different from what she had imagined.

The man didn't seem the least bit nervous or afraid in her presence.

Nolan rolled his eyes.

"You're my sister, and this is my home too. Why would I be afraid?"

Of course, he only said those words in his head.

Putting on a relaxed smile, he replied, "I was nervous, but after seeing how beautiful you are, all that nervousness disappeared."

Elina stiffened. The next moment, her beautiful face flushed red.

"Y-You…"

She wanted to scold him, but she couldn't find the right words.

She hadn't expected Nolan to tease her like that.

"Do you have someone you like, Your Highness?" Nolan asked bluntly.

Elina was at a loss for words. The image of Nolan as a genius in her mind shattered instantly.

Her expression turned cold, and her gaze became indifferent.

"Watch your mouth, or get out of here."

Nolan wasn't afraid. He knew Elina inside and out. After all, he had been taking care of her since they were babies.

"In that case, tell me—how are you going to kick me out?" Nolan challenged.

Elina's breathing quickened as she stared at his infuriatingly defiant expression.

She was about to call the guards when she suddenly remembered something.

A smile crept onto her face.

"Since you're so eager to get kicked out, don't blame me if I get a little rough."

She clapped her hands and called out, "Arnold."

Buzz!

A shadow darted out from behind her, and Arnold appeared.

"What are your orders?"

Elina pointed at Nolan and commanded, "Kick him out."

Imagining the terrified look on Nolan's face, Elina couldn't help but laugh to herself.

Arnold turned toward Nolan and was about to drag him out, but the next second, his face went pale.

"Y-You…"

The Eyes of Chaos appeared in Nolan's eyes. Arnold's mouth suddenly sealed shut, leaving him unable to utter a single word.

Seeing Arnold standing there silently, Elina looked confused.

"Why aren't you saying anything?"

Arnold's frozen mouth finally moved.

His gaze occasionally flickered toward Nolan, who was casually sipping his tea with a smile.

Arnold swallowed hard and coughed.

"Ahem! I'm sorry, Your Highness, but I can't do that."

"You can't do that?"

Elina was stunned.

"What do you mean? Isn't it easy? Just kick him out."

She pointed at Nolan in frustration.

Arnold scratched the back of his head, unsure how to explain himself.

"Your name is Arnold, right? You're a subordinate of the Singularity of Chaos."

Nolan stood up.

"Do you have a moment?"

Elina was surprised again.

"Arnold—"

Before she could finish, Arnold nodded repeatedly.

"I-I do!"

"Follow me," Nolan said as he walked toward the balcony at the back of the room.

Elina was at a loss for words. Her gaze shifted between Nolan and Arnold, her expression filled with confusion.

But Arnold offered no explanation and immediately followed Nolan.

Once they reached the balcony, Nolan created a sound barrier around them.

Arnold suddenly dropped to one knee.

"Welcome, my lord!"

Nolan folded his arms behind his back as he gazed out at the star-filled night sky.

"Do you remember my name and identity?"

"Of course, my lord!" Arnold replied respectfully. "You are the Singularity of Chaos!"

Nolan fell silent.

His identity as the Singularity of Chaos still existed. The gods had merely erased the identity of "Nolan Lorian" from everyone's memories.

He had realized this while searching for information in the city of Valmiris.

Taking a deep breath, he asked again, "What about my other identities? Do you remember them?"

His voice remained calm, but there was a hint of hope behind his question.

Unlike the others, Arnold had a master-servant contract with him.

Nolan wanted to know whether that bond was strong enough for Arnold to remember his identity as Nolan Lorian.

Unfortunately, his hopes were quickly crushed when Arnold replied, "I'm sorry, my lord. I don't remember it. Don't you only have one identity—the Singularity of Chaos?"

Nolan let out a sigh. Even though he'd expected this, he still couldn't help feeling a little disappointed.

"It's all right."

He quickly composed himself and turned to Arnold.

"I'll tell you what really happened to me."
