Lu Li himself wasn't idle either. From the moment he had made the declaration, his blood was already boiling.

Who was his first target?

It was Dancing Star Dream of course!

Those shameless players who had tried to kill him were cowardly and dishonorable. Lu Li wasn't particularly honorable himself – in fact, he was rather stingy and vengeful. He wasn't going to let any one of them go; this revenge wasn't going to be complete overnight.

Where was Dancing Star Dream now? This information would soon be sent to Lu Li.

He also went to the Mercenary Hall to receive a Bounty on Dancing Star Dream as the guy actually had a PVP value. Lu Li was then given his coordinates in detail.

Dancing Star Dream was levelling in Tanaris.

This desert had the most difficult monsters to deal with, but the effort was proportional to the harvest.

"They jave more than 40 players there from various professions. There is probably also at least one squad of Thieves sapping EXP," Lu Li said as he looked at a simulation of the deep sandy map of Tanaris.

"It's hard for us to fight because this is a desert. There are small sand dunes everywhere and you can see everything from afar. Unless… you took all the Thieves in the guild?" Cain's Left Hand suggested. He now understood why Dancing Star Dream had chosen to farm in Tanaris.

Having a bunch of players from the same profession wasn't as good as people thought it was. If they had a hundred Thieves, there was no guarantee that they could defeat a group of fifty players who had a good composition.

Those fifty players would have crowd control, healing, damage output and defense.

The only way to circumvent this was to bring a relatively small number of players and hit them by surprise.

"That's unrealistic. The fighting is in full swing and the Thieves are going to be busiest at this time. They can't all be taken just for one person," Lu Li argued.

"What should we do then Boss?" Cain's Left Hand asked.

"Send a group to run at them," Lu Li said as he twirled his dagger in his hands. "Then, you and I will flank them and randomly start killing their players. Make sure we control them until they die."

"Alright, that's no problem. I will arrange it," Cain's Left Hand said excitedly.

When he heard that he was going to have a share in such a major quest, he was filled with joy. He was going to be involved in killing a star player, even if it was only an assist.

There were many players who liked to 'chase stars'. Some of them just wanted to be in close proximity with them, while others were looking for blood.

Cain's Left Hand was obviously the second kind of person.

A 50-man team was quickly assembled and given the task of creating an opportunity for Lu Li and Cain's Left Hand to assassinate their target before withdrawing.

There wasn't a single cloud in the sky. Tanaris was an endless sea of sand dunes which was said to be the home of the dinosaurs. There were creatures living in nests in the caves, lying in wait for any careless travelers, while the ground crawled with bloodthirsty red wolves.

Lu Li and the others started from Gadgetzan and soon arrived at the place where Dancing Star Dream was levelling. He was a star, so he couldn't spend all of his time chasing other players – levelling was his top priority.

"I'll go and see if it's an ambush," Cain's Left Hand suggested.

"Alright, but be careful," Lu Li said in a relaxed tone. Cain's Left Hand's equipment was strengthened and his Stealth would make it difficult for him to be found.

After two to three minutes, Cain's Left Hand returned.

"There is no one nearby, but there are about four or five Thieves around Dancing Star Dream," Cain's Left Hand described. "The Thieves aren't in Stealth."

"They probably haven't heard about our declaration. Otherwise, they wouldn't be so bold," Lu Li said, letting out a sigh of relief.

"Alright then. We'll kill them in waves."

Cain's Left Hand was a little anxious. They had brought fifty players to do this, but they were only trying to kill Dancing Star Dream. If they successfully did this and escaped, there would be so much to gain.

"Wait for my signal before going," Lu Li nodded at Cain's Left Hand before going into Stealth.

After Lu Li left, the next-in-command was Nuo Yu the Fire Mage. At first, he had been a spy sent by Heart of War, but was later converted by Lu Li. He was now the leader of a 100-man regiment and a relatively respected figure in Ruling Sword.

"You, head towards Gadgetzan and watch over it. If more than ten players are sent over at a time, immediately let me know," Nuo Yu instructed.

Not long after, Lu Li sent out the signal.

"Alright, Warriors charge ahead and Mages follow behind them. Other melee professions, take the wings and try to kill their healers before their Mages. If you see Dancing Star Dream, focus fire him together!"

About fifty players suddenly got up and started rushing forwards.

Dancing Star Dream had failed to kill Lu Li and knew that the opportunity wouldn't come up again in a while. However, the thought of Ruling Sword retaliating hadn't crossed his mind at all.

He just felt a bit uncomfortable, but this didn't stop him from continuing his levelling.

For the sake of the competition, he had to continually farm. On most days, he would be very careful to protect himself, but he didn't have any extra protection today.

He didn't think that Ruling Sword would fight back, nor did he think that they had the strength to fight back. The gap between the two guilds was too great; there was just no way.

The Gangnam Royals had over 400,000 players in their club, but the whole of Ruling Sword had less than 100,000 players in total.

It was a ratio of 50:1; there was no competition!

There was a large possibility that Drizzle Court would help them. The Gangnam Royals wanted to give these female tycoons some respect, but if they allied themselves against them, they would have no other choice.

The once-dominant guild actually had some concerns now.

Dancing Star Dream was a little depressed. Was it because Heart of War was an inadequate leader, or was it because of the conflict between himself and Innocent Child?

While he was thinking about this and casting his skills, he heard the exclamation of his teammates.

Karma really came around quickly. It hadn't been that long since he had cast Cheap Shot on Lu Li, and now, it was time for Cheap Shot to be cast on him. He hadn't seen how many players were attacking, but even if his fifty players couldn't defeat them, he could probably channel his hearthstone for 30 seconds to return to town.

There was no place to hide in the desert, and both sides were quickly locked into a fierce battle.

On the whole, Ruling Sword had the advantage – they had the surprise attack after all.

Dancing Star Dream was immediately protected by the Thieves, which was typical for a star player.

However, the few Thieves who were protecting him were not so lucky. They were either getting one-shot or receiving critical damage. For any of them to survive with more than half of their HP was already a testament to how good their equipment was.
