Chapter 1921 – Conflict (4)

Zhanye and Shile raised their heads in surprise, after which Shen Yanxiao’s face was immediately printed in their eyes.

“Mentor Yan Di!” Two young and vigorous guys were immediately dumbfounded. They never expected to meet her here.

“Once you drink these potions, you’ll feel better.” Shen Yanxiao looked at the two brats who had surprised expressions on their faces, and the corners of her mouth evoked a faint smile.

Among her forty-seven students, only the two of them had been beaten up by her. But today, facing the denouncing words of others, they stood up and defended her reputation with their own will.

Shen Yanxiao was very resistant to the undead at first, but during this period, she contacted these students as the same undead. They appeared to be afraid of her on the surface, but in their hearts they listened to her obediently. For more than a month, they did not give her any trouble, and they also maintained her reputation outside.

Regardless of race, Shen Yanxiao thought that these brats were also somewhat adorable.

Zhanye froze for a while. He hesitated for a moment before he took the potion in Shen Yanxiao’s hand. He stared at the potion and his eyes were full of doubts.

Because of the characteristics of the undead, they couldn’t have any contact with plants; especially the purebred undead. They simply could not produce any potion at all, because as long as they touched the plants, it would damage their vitality and the original efficacy could not be maintained. Only some of the resurrected undead could be exposed to medicinal herbs, which were really very few in number, and the quality of the potions they made could not be compared to that of human and elf Pharmacists.

In the Howling Abyss, the most expensive thing was potions.

But Shen Yanxiao suddenly took out a bottle of potion for him. This made Zhanye a little flattered.

To be honest, although these guys had been training under Shen Yanxiao for a month now, aside from when Shen Yanxiao gave instructions at the start of every class, she had never talked to them. They were actually still unfamiliar with their mentor.

“Thank you, Mentor Yan Di.” Zhanye stared at the potion for a long time before stiffly opening his mouth to thank Shen Yanxiao. Under Shen Yanxiao’s smiling eyes, he felt tangled for a long time before he drank the valuable potion.

A cool feeling ran down his throat and into his stomach. Pretty soon, Zhanye felt that the pain in his body had been relieved a lot.

“How is it? Do you feel better now?” Shen Yanxiao asked.

Zhanye nodded shyly and answered, “Much better.”

Shen Yanxiao smiled. This potion was a new kind of potion that she had just concocted. The potions of humans and elves could not be drunk by the undead. And Shen Yanxiao was currently an undead, which meant that all the potions in her storage ring were now useless; therefore, Shen Yanxiao could only develop a new kind of potion that matched the undead.

Shen Yanxiao had already reached the level of Master Pharmacist, and so studying a new kind of potion was already something not difficult to her. She just needed to adjust the potion according to the constitution of the undead. She also didn’t need to worry about the source of materials as she hoarded a lot of medicinal herbs in her storage ring.

This potion had just been successfully concocted. Zhanye could be said to be the first to experience the effects of this potion among the undead.

“Mentor Yan Di, this potion… It’s expensive, isn’t it?” The changes in his body surprised Zhanye greatly. It was much better and more immediate than the potions he had seen before.

The prices of those potions had already stunned him; what was more, this one had a much better effect!
