"I-it’s nothing. Just a friend of mine with some... strange tastes. You don’t need to worry about her." The answer came out far too quickly, and she averted her gaze to anywhere but his face.

"She should be here in about two or three weeks," she added.

Just then, a small message notification flashed in the corner of her vision. She turned to read it, silently thanking the universe for the distraction.

[Yo, Seo-ah! I’m still in that damn Dungeon! When I get there, I want you to introduce me to your hot NPC husband!]

The distraction was short-lived. Seo-ah read the message, closed her eyes for a second, and let out a sigh of pure defeat.

Honestly, no matter how much she complained, BustyViper would be the backbone of her entire guild.

She’d need talent recruitment bases scattered all over the world, and she couldn’t use her father’s assets for that.

Well, she could, actually. She just didn’t want to.
