The answer to his question came when he saw what happened to the second Divine Position that was digested. This second one was the Life’s Worth Divine Position.

The Life’s Worth Divine Position was the third Divine Position to be digested in the previous timeline. So in the previous timeline, it was used to build half of the second layer of force.

There was also a force of repulsion in the force organ when the Life’s Worth Divine Positions was sent to it. The force of repulsion came from the second layer of force.

This time, Loki wasn’t so surprised by the outcome. However, his surprise made way for a feeling of disappointment.

His disappointment got worse when the remaining two Divine Positions were digested but failed to be accepted by the force organ. The rejected Divine Position was sent out of the force organ as lifespan for him to use.

Even though he gained a lot of lifespan from the four Divine Positions, he was not happy. The feeling of intense excitement that he had earlier died, only to be replaced by a feeling of intense disappointment.

When all four of them have finished digesting, he cheered himself up by thinking, ’It seems I can’t use the same Divine Positions to build another layer of force. I just need to find different Divine Positions. That’s a problem that is easy to solve.’

Then he chuckled as he thought, ’It is at least easier to solve than looking for ten thousand divine merit points. So it is nothing to be gloomy about. Once I solve the problem, I will be able to enjoy the benefits of advancing to rank 8.’

He spent 10,000 years of his lifespan to raise each stat from 6 units to 7 units. So it had cost him a total of 50,000 years to raise the five stats.

Despite the large amount of lifespan that he just used up to raise his status, he still had over 1.6 million years of lifespan left. This level of wealth and the increase in his strength put a smile of satisfaction on his face.

Then he said, "You win some, you lose some. I’ve lost some, now I need to find a way to win a lot."

With his mood better, he began thinking about plans to get four completely different Divine Positions. This was a problem that he took seriously because he couldn’t create Divine Positions from different pathways without getting into trouble, and he couldn’t even create a single Divine Position without drawing unwanted attention.

He remembered what had happened when he tried to create the Soul Hammer Divine Position. He also remembered what had happened when he tried to take Golden Lion’s Divine Positions.

So he knows the creation of a new Divine Position or the replacement of a divine being is usually accompanied by trouble. This is why he decided to go with the tried and tested method that he can use to avoid trouble.

While he was thinking about his plan, Muni and the others began to wake up. So he marked Slav before he had Muni take him to register.

After registration, he did nearly everything he did in the previous timeline. He replaced Gold Body, ran away, killed three more money cultivators, and forced Monarch Forced Exchange to make a deal with him. Then he went to the second heaven to get his spoils.

The only thing he didn’t do was to buy Branch Metacs and try to use them. Aside from that, he did everything the exact same way. This was until three weeks later, when he had acquired the three Divine Metacs.

From there, he began doing things differently. Instead of using the three Divine Metacs to call down their respective Divine Positions, he went to the first dimension of the Blessed Heaven World to look for mutated Life Abilities of the Money Pathway.

So he went to the heavenly city in the first heaven. This floating city had the largest number of mortal cultivators, and he had the Power Identification Ability, so it was easy for him to find the mutated Life Abilities that he needed.

After a short search, he picked four suitable mortal money cultivators. Then he took them to the world barrier, where he killed them and ripped out their Life Abilities from their bodies.

As soon as he removed a mutated Life Ability, he used Fenrir to fuse it with one of the three Divine Metacs. He did this for the Life’s Worth Metac, Wealth Status Metac, and the Money Construct Metac.

This created three new Divine Metacs of the Money Pathway. As for the fourth mutated Life Ability, he kept it for now.

With the three new Divine Metacs and a mutated Life Ability of the Money Pathway in hand, he left the Blessed Heaven World. He left for the four small worlds that the Thorn House of Commerce gave him in their deal.

On the way there, he chuckled and said, "It seems I need their crappy small worlds after all. Who would have thought it? It seems the Thorn House will get to live another day."
