Loki thought that someone who had risen to their level of power by forcing people to surrender their Cave Heavens and taking control of their lives would know better than to do something like giving up their freedom. Especially when the power that he gained didn’t seem to be worth it.

He truly wanted to know what Money Body was thinking. But Money Body didn’t answer his question.

Instead, the human dragon said to him, "I am surprised and confused by you. I don’t understand why you’re so strong."

Then he shook his head and said, "But it doesn’t matter anymore."

His eyes turned to look at the sky as he said, "I still want to kill you. Unfortunately, I can’t do that anymore. You’re just too strong for me. Besides, I have something more important to deal with."

"So watch closely and learn. If you’re lucky, you will be able to learn something useful from what you’re about to see. Maybe you can use it someday and repeat what I’m about to do. If you’re unlucky, I will fail, and there will be nothing to learn."

After speaking, he produced a spark in his hand. Loki had seen this kind of spark before, so he knew that it was a Life Spark.

But this Life Spark was in a weird state in that its shape was constantly changing. And when he used the Power Identification Ability on it, what he saw was unclear.

As he spoke, he took out a Divine Metac from his Cave Heaven. Then he tossed the Divine Metac into the unshapely spark in his hand.

The Divine Metac that he brought out was his most famous Money Body Divine Metac. It was a rank 8 Divine Metac, of which there are only four in the entire Money Pathway.

He had sacrificed a lot to acquire this Divine Metac and spent a lot of resources to raise this Divine Metac to rank 8. But he didn’t hesitate to throw it and sacrifice it now for his future.

The Money Body Metac fused with the spark in his hand. This brought a smile to his face. So he didn’t hesitate to take out his second rank 8 Divine Metac and add it to the spark.

The second rank 8 Divine Metac also fused with the spark. After that came the third rank 8 Divine Metac. Then the fourth Divine Metac.

After he had sacrificed all of the Divine Metacs of the Money Pathway that he owned, he began looking elsewhere for more Divine Metacs to sacrifice.

There should have been some more Divine Metacs from the subordinates of his alliance. Unfortunately for him, all of them had died when he initiated the fusion of his Cave Heaven with Oceania.

All of them had lost their lives in the most painful way possible. Money Body could survive because the will of Oceania had taken his Life Fire, but the others weren’t so lucky. Their Divine Positions were on the verge of collapse, and their Life Fire was going out.

In order to prevent their existence from going to waste, he had killed all of them and used their Divine Metacs to form the bedrock of his Supreme Metac.

So they were so thoroughly dead that there was nothing left of them to work with. This could have been his ending, too, if the will of Oceania hadn’t needed him to protect it.

It was true that he had surrendered his life to the will of Oceania. But it was also the truth that the will of Oceania needed him, and since he was currently the only world king, the will of Oceania had no choice but to appreciate him and help him become stronger.

This was why the will of Oceania didn’t say anything to stop him when he brought out the symbol of authority of the previous dragon king and sacrificed it to the spark in his hand.

After the fifth rank 8 Divine Metac, the spark finally took shape. It was no longer shifting precipitously on the edge of collapse.

One of his thoughts was, ’So I am in the process of witnessing the creation of a Supreme Metac. It seems five rank 8 Divine Metacs are the minimum that have to be sacrificed before a Supreme Metac can take shape. Is this why the sect prohibits people from having five Divine Positions?`

Then he remembered what pathway Money Body was forming. This made him scoff, thinking, ’It is just like him to decide to dominate people. I’ve noticed for a while now that he is a control freak. He likes having the power to decide everything and hates having anyone tell him what to do, even if he lost a bet that he proposed.’

’That aside, isn’t the domination similar to slavery? If it is, then I can only say that Money Body is like his father.’
