Chapter 429: The Plan.

The ball of red lightening struck with a power of 5(Dao Status) × (5 × 2(Core Metacs)) × (25(Stats) + 900(Power Core)) × (25 × 2(Branch Metacs)) × (415% Overdrive + 900% Mental World), which is 30,409,375 units.

This kind of power was 9.21 times greater than the power of the Cave Heaven, so there could be no resistance whatsoever. In fact, even before the red ball of lightning struck, the divine being was already panicking.

As soon as he sensed the power in that ball of energy, he knew that he had messed up. So he quickly began to retrieve his Cave Heaven.

Because there was no explosion, Loki was able to hear the cry of the divine being clearly as he said, “Noooooooooo!”

The shadow of the Cave Heaven had disappeared completely with the red of lightning, so Loki couldn’t tell how effective his move was. But he could tell that whatever had happened wasn’t good for the divine being based on how the divine being was looking at him.

The golden divine being looked at him with eyes full of fear and tears of red lightning running down his face as he said, “What have you done?”

Loki only sneered before pointing at him and saying to Fenrir, “Fetch him for me.”

Down below in the city, a lot of things have happened. The most significant change is what has happened to the vessels of Fenrir.

While Loki was confronting the golden divine being, the vessels had executed the second half of the plan. This part was for them to walk over to the giant wolf and merge with it.

All of the vessels combined into one bigger and stronger white wolf. The wolf became so big that it dwarfed all the buildings around it. Even the black snake that served as its tail was now as long as the tallest building in the city.

And it was strong too. Its power output was slightly above 20 million units, so it is no slouch.

Even before Loki gave the order for it to fetch, the wolf had jumped into the air towards the divine being. It opened its mouth wide and created a black blanket that immediately enveloped the divine being. This way, the divine being won’t be able to escape as he did before.

This was Loki’s plan. He created a powerful partner to help him in his fight against the divine being. And as he watched it unfold, his heart was full of anticipation.

However, he also had a nagging suspicion that things might not go well. This was because the golden divine being wasn’t resisting at all. The man was only glaring at Loki.

Just as Loki was wondering how the divine being would turn the tide, the golden body of the divine cracked. Then the golden body shattered as red lightning exploded out of him.

The red lightning belonged to him, and he recognized it, but he was still surprised to see it. Especially since its return to the scene was so unorthodox.

With the red lightning bursting out of the golden body of the divine being, the divine being disappeared. Fenrir could only swallow the sea of red lightning, not the divine being.

He was wondering what was going on when he sensed his mark disappear. This signified that either the mark had been removed or the divine being was dead. He was finding it hard to determine which had happened because the sect didn’t send him any bill for killing the divine being.

He looked warily for a surprise attack as he said, ’Knowing the sect, if I killed their divine being, I should be drowned up to the gills with debts.’

He was waiting for the divine being to pop out or do something, so he didn’t let down his guard. But he was still taken off guard by what happened next.

The place where the divine being used to stand began to crack. Black cracks spread across the area. Then the space there was torn open.

A black pillar of light tore through space and rose into the air from the tear in space. The black pillar was so tall that it reached up to the clouds, scattered the clouds, and stopped at the very limit of the sky.

As the black pillar rose into the air, the tear in the spacer got wider and wider. Then a large golden crystal came out of the tear and rose into the air within the black pillar.

Loki didn’t know what was going on except that the world was mournful. This was something that he could sense from the will of the world. The world was expressing sorrow for losing something.

This had already given him a clue as to what was going on. Then everything clicked when he used the Power Identification Ability on the golden crystal.

DIVINE POSITION(GOLDEN BODY)

This golden crystal looked like a precious gem. But it was the largest gem he had ever seen. In fact, the gem was so big that giant Fenrir looked like a puppy next to it.

Since giant Fenrir looked like a puppy compared to the golden crystal, he looked like an ant next to it. This reminded him of the first time that he met the Supreme Metac.
