Chapter 344: Mental Tussling.

As the undead giant stood up, Loki gritted his teeth and said, ’This is not over yet.’

While this was going on, Loki was destroying the army with his firepower while simultaneously fighting the death cultivator’s mind. So he was actually fighting on three fronts.

Because he had put a Mind Node in the black crow, he had actually connected this mind to the Life Ability of the death cultivator. This granted him internal access to the mind of the undead giant without the need for an external source of influence like the squirrel. But it also granted the death cultivator access to his mind.

The death cultivator didn’t waste this opportunity to shatter his mind and immediately mobilized his Mental World to attack him. This was going on while the black crows were trying to replace the one in the mind of the undead giant, and while he was shooting guns and throwing explosives at the army of skeletons.

Where the death cultivator was hiding, the glowing mark in their head flared brightly as she mobilized the power of her Mental World to erupt through her Life Ability. She targeted the black crow in the mind of the undead giant, so the black crow began to glow brightly.

As the black crow glowed, its power was enhanced because she had added her Mental World to enhance it. So the black crow was able to fight harder to release itself from its frozen state.

Unfortunately for her, this didn’t work either. So she made her mental world clash with his Mind Node directly.

She was trying to destroy the Mind Node with her Mental World, and it would have worked if he were a normal rank 4 Mind Hunter. A normal rank 4 Mind Hunter wouldn’t have the power to resist her Mental World, so their Mind Node would have been crushed.

But he had the help of the Vengeful Bones Metac, the Mind Hunter Pathway, and the Killing Pathway. She, on the other hand, wasn’t a true Mind Hunter, so the power of her mental world is actually much weaker than the power of her spiritual attack, which he is using to enhance his power.
