Chapter 277: Literal Or Figurative Rape.

He looked around with interest and said, “How can we destroy this small world anyway? Do we use bombs? What kind of bombs will we need and what level of power is necessary to blow it up?”

She shook her head and said, “We can’t get any natural wonder from this small world because it has been hollowed out by the divine beings of the sect. This is why I said that you can get natural wonders from divine beings.”

“As for how to destroy a world, we can’t do that. Only rank 5 beings have the necessary power and can sense where to hit to destroy a world.”

Amelia felt as if someone was digging out her heart when she heard this request. This was because her connection to rank 5 cultivators is perhaps her most valuable possession.

Her family had worked hard to cultivate these connections, and it was through the help of a rank 5 cultivator that she got her grade 5 mission. Yet, Loki wanted to give up all her connections for free.

She wanted to fight and even ordered her bear to charge. But when the bear hesitated a little bit because of fear, she remembered why she had capitulated in the first place.

So she sighed before, saying, “I hope you choke and die.”

Then she began sharing her contacts and what she knew about rank 5 beings. This part of her conversation took three times as long as the previous one because she had so much to say.

Loki asked her questions many times, which contributed to making the conversation last longer. His questions always addressed the part that she was trying to hide or pointed out her lies, which frustrated her immensely.

By the time she was done speaking, she was fuming and huffing. This was clearly bad for her health because she had nowhere to vent her pent-up frustration and anger.

She clearly wasn’t in a good mood. Fortunately, her mood didn’t matter to her fate. Only Loki’s mood mattered, and he was satisfied with what he had gained from her, so she was unlikely to get any violence from him any time soon.

After he got what he wanted, he said to her, “You should take care of your health more. It is not good that you already have trouble breathing after such a short conversation. You look like I just forced you to climb a mountain.”

She immediately said, “I would rather be forced to climb a mountain.”

Seeing that she was being so stubborn, he shrugged and said, “I’ve said my piece. Do what you will with my advice. It is up to you to take care of your health, and you will be the biggest beneficiary of doing so. But if you don’t want to take care of yourself, then so be it.”

“With that said, have a nice day.”

Then he turned to leave.

She snarled as he turned around, but she didn’t succumb to her urge to tear him apart. She only glared at him with eyes full of venom.

Loki didn’t care about this, so he let her be. He didn’t care about her sour mood while she was answering his questions either. After all, what he forced her to do was truly unpleasant.

If he were to insist that she smile and put up a happy face during the interrogation, he would be like a rapist shouting that his victim must enjoy the process of being raped. It is an unnecessary thing to do because, just like during a rape, only his pleasure should matter.

The thought of this made him curl his lips in amusement because it was very close to the truth of what had happened. Not only had he raped her intellectually, but he would have done worse if she hadn’t cooperated with him.
