Chapter 1121 - 100% Boost In Efficiency.

After sorting out the positions of the raw materials and the template, he upgraded the raw materials to rank 8 Divine Positions with the Divine Position Creation Ability. Then he got to work.

He started by using the Blade of Time to envision a final product. Next, he smashed the eight Divine Metacs into golden batter. After doing that, he used a common theme to pull out commonality from the golden batter.

This is just the start for him. Once he is done transforming the Blade of Time Divine Metac into a Supreme Metac, he intends to transform every Divine Metac in the Time Supreme Metac into Supreme Metacs too.

After he transforms all five of them into Supreme Metacs, he will try to create more Divine Metacs of the Time Pathway. Then he will transform the newly created Divine Metacs into Supreme Metacs.

And when he runs out of ideas for new Divine Metacs for the Time Pathway, he will move on to the pathways of one of the other 19 Supreme Metacs in his possession. If he runs out of Divine Metacs, he will create more and more until he can’t create Divine Metacs anymore.

"I don’t know how far along I will reach with this. But I can’t wait," he said with anticipation.

He was so excited that many creative ideas surged into his mind, giving him inspiration. Many of the ideas were outright crazy, but some of them had some merit and could work.

Picking one of the ideas, he mulled it over, moving it across his mind and examining it from all sides to see how it would work. The more he thought about this particular idea, the brighter his eyes became.

When he was sure of its feasibility, he asked himself, "Let’s try something different this time. How about electrons?"

Since he didn’t have much to lose, he put the idea into practice. He was always using atoms as the theme. But he decided to use electrons this time.

As he envisioned what an electron was, the power of his Divine Spirit delved into the golden batter, looking and searching. He couldn’t see an electron, but he knew a lot of its characteristics and properties.

So he was like a blind man feeling around for a tiny, negatively charged, vibrating energy pretending to have mass. As long as his hand, in this case, his Divine Spirit, touched an object with the properties he knew, he would be able to identify this unit of commonality.

It took a lot of looking around, but he eventually found what he was looking for. In fact, he found a lot more of them than atoms.

"So far so good. Now for the difficult part."

Then he heaved spiritually, pulling all of his Divine Spirit into extracting the electrons. Unfortunately, it didn’t work.

He could feel them, and he could grab them, but the electrons refused to budge. Even putting all of the 406 divinity from the 16 cubes didn’t help to overwhelm the resistance of the electron.

"Let’s change our approach. How about we try the nucleus next?"

He felt reluctant and disappointed that he couldn’t extract electrons yet, but he still made the decision to switch targets after trying and failing.

This time, it was easier to find nuclei. They were bigger and slower, so it was easier to find them and grab them.

The success was also instantaneous when he pulled on the nuclei he found to try to extract them. They came up without a challenge.

Just as he extracted the nuclei, the commonality within Fenrir and the spark of power vibrated and underwent a change in quality. They seemed to gain more mobility, making the efficiency of the conversion of divine crystal to power increase.

As he sensed the changes within him, he smiled and thought, ’It seems all of the commonality I have been using so far has become more refined and active, thereby increasing the efficiency of conversion by at least 100%. In fact, my efficiency has jumped from 1% to 2%.’

The jump in the efficiency of conversion from 1% to 2% was a short-term boon caused by the increase in the activity of his commonality. The true benefit that he can use in the long run is the permanent 100% boost to the activity of the commonality.

’It seems that extracting better and deeper levels of commonality is a good idea. In that case, let me try to extract protons.’

He did what he thought and immediately swallowed everything in front of him with a black force field. This helped to replenish some of the lifespan that he used in making the eight rank 8 Divine Positions.

Even as he was devouring the previous batch, he had already activated the Metac Creation Ability and the Divine Position Creation Ability to create another eight Divine Metacs. Clearly, he was eager for success and didn’t want to delay at all.

Unfortunately, his eagerness turned out to be in vain. He was able to find protons and neutrons. But it was impossible for him to extract them.

"However, this isn’t hopeless. I can feel them budging a little bit. So I should be able to extract them soon," he said to encourage himself.

Since extracting protons and neutrons didn’t work, he returned to extracting nuclei. Because he was using something that was smaller than atoms and was more basic than atoms, the extraction rate was 49.5%.

The extraction rate of nuclei commonality was an increase of 16.5% from the previous 33% extraction rate. Because of this increase in the extraction rate, he was able to extract 31.68 units of commonality from the golden batter, not 21.12 units.

Smiling with pride, he said, "In this case, I should use five raw materials next time, not eight."

As he was complimenting himself on a job well done, he was also using the nuclei of commonality to reinforce the Blade of Time Supreme Metac.
