Chapter 1366: Chapter 898: Titan God of Battle

The celestial vessel in the sky slowly opened its hatch.

A figure as solid as substance stepped out from it—the true form of Chronos, the Titan Battle God, Lord of Flesh and Blood, descended.

The vague divine presence seemed capable of shattering the sky, but this indistinct posture appeared to be merely an illusion, disappearing in an instant.

As a god, Kana was naturally aware that it hadn’t disappeared; it was simply the divine presence of the other.

However, it was clearly not appropriate to display one’s divine presence here directly. It wasn’t for battle or to demonstrate anything.

So, the other restrained themselves.

The figure descended directly, standing before the two of them.

Despite intentionally retracting the titanic body vast enough to break the sky, maintaining a humanoid proportion of about three meters.

The divine might that surged towards them was undiminished.

Instead, this precise compression made it appear more magnificent and imposing.

The air was filled with a heavy aura of blood and the sound of war drums, not polluted, but a pure symbol of the furnace of power and life burning at its fiercest.

Every breath seemed to cause slight spatial tremors, as if invisible war drums were beating.

His robust body, like a mountain built of stone, was covered in dark golden skin, resembling living metal, and beneath the clearly defined muscles surged a primordial might capable of tearing stars apart.

The single eye taking up the center of his face—deep as a crucible smelting stars.

Scanning slowly, everywhere his gaze fell, the stable energy fields of the perimeter of Luminar’s palace rippled, as if space itself was trembling slightly in deference to this pure divine power of battle and life’s resilience.

He stood there, the embodiment of "Power" and "Defiance," needing no deliberate display, as mere existence alone was enough to evoke an instinctive awe and tremble from any life not yet in the God Realm.

The shrunken Titan God stepped across the Void with a single stride, directly landing on the observation platform before Luminar and Kana.

The ground quietly solidified as he landed, supporting this condensed grandeur.

"Luminar, my old friend!"

Chronos’ voice rumbled like thunder colliding in his chest, carrying an unmasked sincerity and grandeur, breaking the solemnity brought by divine might.

From his tone, it seemed unlike Luminar’s description, not feeling unfamiliar with each other.

"Long time no see! Let me count... since the last council vote, it’s been a full two hundred years since we gathered for a drink, hasn’t it?

"With that hard crystal core head of yours, have you almost forgotten the taste of Star Realm’s fine liquor?"

He laughed heartily, his single eye shimmering with pure enthusiasm, a kind of forthrightness that came from a strong life’s instinct, utterly genuine.

"I don’t drink."

After saying this, Luminar’s crystalline facets glowed, emitting a gentle hum in response.

"Chronos, to us, time flows like stellar dust. Your presence is an interaction worthy of record."

"Haha, indeed! You always speak with such a flair, hahaha!"

Chronos forcefully patted his dark gold-armored chest, producing a deep metallic clang, as he surveyed the mechanically aesthetic palace, jesting.

"However, your place doesn’t even cast a shadow of a banquet hall, surely you didn’t summon me just to drink and reminisce, did you? Tell me, old friend, what matter is worth you extraordinarily summoning this ’barbaric’ old bones of mine?"

He deliberately emphasized the word "barbaric," his laughter filled with self-deprecating boldness.

As in mortal times, there would be distinctions between martial prowess and wisdom.

Even at this divine stage, distinctions could still be made from this aspect.

And he was pure in martial prowess, the ultimate in martial prowess.

In contrast, the other was a construct, possessing rules of alchemical creation, naturally handling matters of wisdom.

But this did not hinder anything, nor were there differences in levels.

"Indeed, an important matter," Luminar’s radiant arm elegantly pointed to the side at Kana, "Allow me to formally introduce. This is Kana. A... very young god."

Even could be regarded as young.

Chronos’ single eye instantly focused on Kana; he had long since noticed this god beside them, with faint divine power, so weak.

The scrutinizing gaze was as sharp as a blade chopping.

In just an instant, the surprise in his single eye turned into unmasked admiration: "A new-born god! So... young! By the divines, this pure divine brilliance, it’s like a morning star just breaking the star’s core!"

He spared no words in expressing his appreciation; for a mighty being, being able to condense a divine status and ignite divine fire in such a short time was itself an unimaginable miracle and a testament to power.

More notably, he was a Titan God; though he possessed medium divine power, his vision exceeded most gods.

Though outwardly he appeared bold like a boor, he was nonetheless a god—no god was without wisdom, without knowledge.

The external display was but an application of power.

He immediately discerned that Kana was not a naturally born god.

He even perceived at once the temporal wear and tear of Kana’s soul and body.

Entirely brand new.

Like a newborn child.

In divine terms, how exceptionally young, this was practically an infant.

Yet this infant became a god, and the dominion of order upon him was so solid.
