The Fluffballs I Fed Were SSS-Rank Beastmen
Chapter 134: Liang He Goes on a Rampage, Self-Destruct Device
Chapter 134: Chapter 134: Liang He Goes on a Rampage, Self-Destruct Device
Seeing Ace knocked out by Liang He’s swift palm strike, Soros instinctively shrank his neck back.
He had known all along that Liang He was not someone to be trifled with!
"What are you standing there for? Why aren’t you subduing the pilot?"
Seeing Soros frozen in place, unmoving, Liang He rolled her eyes in disgust. Then, finding a random length of rope, she securely hog-tied Ace.
Just as she noticed Soros still hadn’t moved and prepared to subdue the pilot herself, a group of uninvited guests suddenly appeared at the control room door.
"CLAP CLAP CLAP."
As the applause echoed, Liang He immediately shifted into a defensive stance. She hoisted Ace up, using him as a meat shield in front of herself and Soros.
"Who are you?"
"Truly worthy of the one who wiped out half of my Fierce Beast Army. I didn’t expect Ace to fall into your hands too."
This was Valken’s first time confronting Liang He face-to-face. He had to admit, she was even more formidable than he had imagined.
If Ace hadn’t been afraid of him stealing the credit and deliberately sent him away to deal with the animals on Greenfield Star—turning them into Fierce Beasts—he would have likely suffered the same fate.
When he received the evacuation notice, he immediately brought his men to wait for the warship. Unexpectedly, upon successfully boarding, he found all of Ace’s subordinates knocked unconscious and tossed into a corner.
"Liang He, it’s a pleasure to finally meet you. I am Valken."
Valken?
Liang He furrowed her brows slightly, recalling that Huo An had once told her the person in charge of the Rebel Army base on Sky Shining Star was named Valken.
"So it’s you, my defeated opponent."
Raising a brow, Liang He’s unreadable gaze swept over the men behind Valken, sizing them up and plotting how to dispose of them.
"Haha, you are quite arrogant."
Being called a "defeated opponent" by a petite and fragile Blue Star person was a hard pill to swallow.
But when Valken glanced at Ace, who looked like a dead pig while being used as Liang He’s meat shield, he felt that he wasn’t the only one losing face.
At least he hadn’t been captured by Liang He and subjected to such humiliation.
"Liang He, as long as you obediently come back with me to report, you can deal with this man however you please."
The meaning behind Valken’s words was simple: he didn’t care whether Ace lived or died.
As for why he wasn’t worried about something happening to Ace, or people accusing him of leaving a comrade to die, it was naturally because within the Rebel Army, might made right.
Even if Ace died, General Nick would only curse him as useless trash; he absolutely wouldn’t cause Valken any trouble over it.
The prerequisite was that he successfully brought Liang He back.
"And if I say no?"
One after another, they were all plotting to kidnap her. They really didn’t take her seriously.
"Then don’t blame me for what happens next."
With a wave of Valken’s hand, the men behind him immediately stepped forward, forming a semi-circle to trap Liang He inside the control room.
Seeing this, a flash of piercing killing intent crossed Liang He’s eyes. Without turning her head, she coldly ordered Soros to take out the pilot in the cockpit.
"So you’re the Bounty Hunter I hired? Don’t forget our deal. You wouldn’t want to break industry rules and get blacklisted, would you?"
Speaking of the deal, Soros finally snapped out of his daze. He glanced at the menacing Valken and let out a deep sigh.
He simply hadn’t known that his client was the Rebel Army. Otherwise, no matter how much he wanted to earn money to prove his abilities, he would never have accepted this commission.
"I’ll refund your money. I really can’t complete this mission."
Soros had no desire to forfeit his own life for a mere hundred thousand Federation Coins.
Especially since... that person had also discovered his true identity.
If he actually dared to help the Rebel Army kidnap Liang He, the Federation wouldn’t even need to lift a finger—his family would directly enforce their strict domestic discipline, and he might not even survive it.
"You!"
Seeing Soros refuse to comply, Valken grew somewhat angry. But on second thought, with so many men on his side, they didn’t need Soros anyway.
Before coming to corner Liang He, he had specifically sent someone to check on the men she had previously taken down.
Aside from the woman in the lounge who had been tranquilized, the rest had merely been knocked unconscious. This proved that Liang He wasn’t carrying any dangerous weapons and had dealt with them one by one.
"You guys, go capture the two of them!"
Valken hid at the very back, guarding against suffering the same fate as Ace.
Meanwhile, the steady approach of the other men made Soros extremely nervous. He immediately dropped into a defensive stance, ready to fight at any moment.
"Stay out of this. I told you to subdue the pilot, did you hear me?"
Liang He was truly rendered speechless. With a swift kick, she shoved Soros toward the cockpit, completely fearless as she faced off against a dozen or two men all by herself.
"Liang He, you..."
Soros, deeply afraid that Liang He would get hurt and that someone would hold him accountable, blinked. In that split second, he saw Liang He plant one hand on the ground as a pivot, using her body as the radius. Spinning in a sweeping circle, she swiftly kicked every single one of them—SWISH! SWISH!
"Holy shit, she’s that badass?!"
With no time left to be shocked, and having confirmed that Liang He truly didn’t need his help, Soros obediently headed for the cockpit.
As a Bounty Hunter, Soros’s Combat Power was still up to par. After swiftly dispatching the pilot, he threw the door open and shouted a question to Liang He.
"What do we do next?!"
"Find an open area and hover the warship in mid-air!"
To avoid harming any innocent little animals, Liang He didn’t forget to consider them even at a time like this.
Receiving his instructions, Soros obediently complied. Following Liang He’s orders, he ran a regional scan and selected a desolate, barren patch of wasteland to hover the warship mid-air.
"Liang He! Stop resisting! Come back to headquarters with me, the leader won’t treat you poorly!"
Seeing that so many men couldn’t take Liang He down, and that they had even allowed Soros to seize control of the cockpit, Valken could no longer sit still.
He tried to entice her with benefits, but unfortunately, Liang He wasn’t buying it.
"Cut the crap! I will never associate with animal-abusing scum like you!"
The more she thought about it, the angrier Liang He got, and her strikes grew increasingly ruthless. Unable to control the killing intent coursing through her veins any longer, she grabbed one of the men by the neck with both hands and gave it a swift twist. With a soft CRACK, he was instantly silenced.
Where there was a first, there would be a second.
Red-eyed with bloodlust, Liang He revealed her true self for the first time. In the blink of an eye, a sea of bodies lay strewn around her.
Soros, with his back turned to her, was completely oblivious to this. However, Valken took in every detail of this bloody, brutal scene.
He stared fixedly ahead, his pupils dilated in utter disbelief.
"GASP... GASP..."
Too terrified to speak, Valken merely raised a stiff hand and pointed at Liang He. Even though his brain was frantically screaming at him to run, his feet remained completely rooted to the ground.
At this moment, the Death God had already descended.
After dispatching the final person, Liang He gradually returned to normal. She cast a glance at Soros, who was still closely monitoring the cockpit’s status, but said nothing.
She simply dragged the bodies out of the control room in silence. Then, she shut the door—out of sight, out of mind.
"Soros, I recall this warship having a self-destruct mechanism, right?"
Appearing behind Soros as suddenly as a ghost, Liang He startled him. Because her body blocked his view, he didn’t notice anything amiss, assuming she had merely knocked Valken and his men unconscious.
"Right, are you planning to activate the self-destruct mechanism? How are we going to leave, then?"
The self-destruct mechanism activated very quickly; it could destroy the entire warship in ten seconds. But they wouldn’t have time to escape.
"Of course, we’re going to—"
