Chapter 1418 Growth!

Chapter 1418 Growth!

Chapter 1418: Growth!

Grosal thought he was going backward, but instead of that, he found himself back inside the white space. His eyes turned wide with shock since the battle came to an instant end.

Even though his talent with the sword was average, he was still a Sacred Creator. His talent at that level was average, not in the entire dimension.

Following that, Grosal’s eyes lit up. He found an opportunity to increase his strength. His ascension was approaching, and he needed as much help as possible to trump it.

The next moment, he focused on the blue screen in front of him and made the same choice as the last time.

Following that, Grosal returned to the battle arena, and not long after, his opponent also emerged.

Ding!

The sound of the bell rang once again, and with it, an aura of death also engulfed him. Before he could dodge or react, he returned to the white space.

Time flew by, and around an hour had passed inside the training area.

Grosal still had nineteen hours more left, so he didn’t need to worry about the time. He had already set his setting for the entire training span over the day, and Grosal immediately returned to the battle arena from the white space.

The emotions and thoughts he had in his head were immediately removed, leaving nothing but the idea of battle. He calmly looked at his opponent, who responded with the same calmness.

Ding!

The bell rang for the umpteenth time, and the battle began.

Clang!

The next moment, the sound of a metallic clash rang in the area as both opponents clashed. Despite having average talent in swordsmanship, Grosal was still a Sacred Creator. He learned and comprehended things quicker than many.

After the first clash, Grosal dodged the second slash and attacked. Unfortunately, he could go no farther than that.

The opponent dodged Grosal’s attack and slashed with an increase in his force. The next moment, the world around Grosal turned dark, and he found himself back inside the white space.

Time flew by, and several hours passed in the blink of an eye.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

The sound of metallic clashes repeatedly rang in the area as both combatants fought. Grosal was clearly at the losing end, but he was able to continue without dying.

It was the first time since the training began that Grosal succeeded in surviving more than 100 continuous rounds. Even though Grosal was able to keep at it without losing momentum, he couldn’t keep it forever. The opponent was superior in both strength and swordsmanship, so after several rounds of clashes and injuries on both sides, the battle ended with the opponent’s victory.

Grosal returned to the white space. His face showed no expression, and soon he returned to the battle arena.

The battle between the two sides kept happening, with the opponent winning one battle after another. But at the same time, Grosal was also improving his strength and swordsmanship at a continuous rate.

As the battles kept ensuing, nineteen hours had passed since Grosal entered the training area. He only had one more hour left before he would need to exit and not be able to enter for the following year.

Ding!

The directionless bell rang in both the combatants’ ears, and they made their moves at the same time.

Clang!

Both the combatants were pushed back slightly, but Grosal was the one who got pushed a meter more than the opponent. It was enormous growth compared to when he had entered the training area.

Even though he was able to repel a slash during the first hour of the battle, his strength and technique with the sword were nowhere near those of the opponent, and he was the one who got pushed while the opponent stood rooted to their ground.

It was only the start of the battle, and it kept at it for one minute, the longest battle till that moment. In the end, the opponent turned out to be better than Grosal, with him still having enough tricks to defeat Grosal.

Grosal had stopped caring for victory since he understood that he would need at least a hundred hours of training at the same intensity to be able to fully match the opponent. He didn’t think of winning until that point.

His aim before leaving the training area that day was to cause a severe injury to the opponent.

Unfortunately for him, that battle wasn’t the one. He was able to cause some injuries to the other side, but nothing of the sort that could cause some serious trouble to the opponent.

More time flew by, and Grosal fought another battle with his opponent.

Slash! Puchi!

Grosal maneuvered himself well enough to dodge the coming slash and strike the opponent. His efforts reaped him a reward as his sword hit the opponent’s chest and caused a blood riot.

If not for the calming effect, Grosal would have stood there and tried to push deeper, ignoring the coming attack from the opponent. But since his mind was in its optimal state and he could think of nothing but the battle, he didn’t go through that suicidal move.

Time flew by, and Grosal found himself back inside the white space. He thought he would return to the battle arena, but instead, he found himself looking at the pillar while a golden, transparent barrier around him was slowly dissolving.

The next moment, Grosal raised his eyes in surprise as he suddenly felt energy moving in his body. But it was minimal, so it disappeared immediately.

Grosal could feel that he had grown more powerful, but the increase was infinitesimal, so it wouldn’t show much in the near future. But even that kind of growth was more than enough to surprise Grosal, and its value was way more than what he paid for the training area.

Since a customer could only enter the training area for one hour, and the store owner showed no intention of exceeding that limit, Grosal turned around and exited the weapons room.

He had already bought the two beasts and had also gone through the training area; there was nothing left for him in the store. He would need to return the following day if he wanted to enter Panagea, so he took one last glance around him and activated the teleporting function of the Ultimate Store Card.

The next moment, a white light engulfed him. It disappeared as quickly as it had appeared, and with it, Grosal also disappeared from the store.

Aakesh noticed Grosal leaving the store but since he was in conversation with another new customer, he ignored it.

“The store currently sells six products…” Aakesh introduced the six products and their basic details to the man.

The man nodded and looked excited as he heard the introduction. He had found the store by chance, so he knew nothing about the store’s fame and its products before entering the building.

“Store owner, I want to enter Panagea,” The man requested like the majority of the new customers.

The next moment, the man was left disappointed upon hearing about no vacant spots and then asked about the skills.

Skills were the second most popular product in the store after Panagea, and its sales increased with every new customer inside the store.

Time flew by, and hours passed in the blink of an eye.

A slight cover of darkness had engulfed the sky of Thorr and its nearby cities as the sun was slowly setting down.

Aakesh was sitting on his chair. Autumn and Katrina were next to him on their respective chairs. Lily was sitting in her favorite spot while Khaval was playing with Katrina, sitting on her lap.

Lily and Autumn had already met inside Panagea, but that was not the case for Katrina and Khaval. She adored Khaval and deeply missed him for the past few years, so she immediately grabbed him as soon as he had returned to the store.

Aakesh stood from his chair and walked to the weapons room since it was time to close the store. After telling the customers in all the rooms to leave, Aakesh returned to his chair.

There were customers left inside Panagea and the training area, so Autumn and Katrina were still there.

A few minutes later, the last customer of the store exited the weapons room. He then bowed to Aakesh and left the store.

Autumn and Katrina also stood up from their chairs and left the store.

Once they had left, the store turned vacant, except for its owner and the two troublemakers.

Aakesh then walked toward the door and shut it, bringing an end to another fruitful day for the store after more than three years.

“Let’s go!” Aakesh commented, and following that, a white light engulfed him, Lily, and Khaval.

The next moment, darkness dawned inside the store, as there was no one else present there.
