1194 The First Quest!
Chapter 1194: The First Quest!
After the purchase of the Higher Store Card was complete, Aakesh returned all the stones to Vinit.
Vinit then placed the stones in the unlimited space inside the store card and soon after paid the required sum after the alert.
“These skills are yours,” Aakesh informed Vinit after getting the notification for the successful payment from the system. He then added and explained the process of absorbing the skill.
Vinit thanked Aakesh and then left the line since he wanted to absorb the skill at his residence. He would only return to the store after he had been taken back into the family by the ruler.
[Ding!]
Soon after Vinit left, the sound of notifications rang in his ears. Aakesh was going to check on it when he suddenly heard the sound of footsteps coming from outside the store.
Aakesh decided to check the screen later and focus on the customer entering the store.
It was a man who belonged to the Furin race, one of the races inhabiting the Fawkes Kingdom.
The Furins were of higher standing than the Vurrons, as the Furons had ten cities under their control and similarly many peak Divine Lords.
The man’s name was Inves, the strongest of the Furin. He had heard about the store from one of the other city rulers, so he came here to check out the store and its products.
The Vurrons were at the peak of their lives due to the mysterious store’s presence in their territory. Many races that were earlier enemies with them were extending hands of friendship toward them, taking the initiative. Furins had neither enmity nor friendship with Vurrons, but since the store was in their territory, Inves decided to reach out to the leadership and at least introduce themselves.
Before coming to the store, he had gone to the residence of Alfred, the ruler of Thorr City. He had met there with the other four rulers as well, with Asher taking the lead in the group.
The talks went by peacefully since Inves was also only a peak Divine Lord level cultivator at the end of the day. But after talking with them, Inves found out that the leadership of the Vurrons wasn’t as excited as he had hoped to see.
It would be a lie if he didn’t want any of the ten cities under the control of the Furins to be chosen by that mysterious store. Either the store played no role whatsoever in helping the Vurrons, or the Vurrons’ leadership had gotten bored of meeting so many rulers.
Inves wasn’t that sure of the way the story in Thorr City went, but whatever route it went, Inves was certain of one thing. He needed to have good relations with the leadership.
Even if the store didn’t help the Vurrons, there was no certainty that if the Vurrons ever reached the verge of a full-blown war engulfing the city, the mysterious store owner wouldn’t take action.
After his talks with the leadership were successful, he gained permission to let the Furins open an embassy in Thorr City. It came at a heavy cost, but since the only demand from the other side was Sacred stones, Inves was filled with relief. Paying with Sacred stones was easier than paying with valuable items.

“Hello, store owner!” Inves greeted Aakesh. He was surprised at first by finding the store owner only to be an early Divine Being cultivator, but then he calmed down upon remembering the names of the customers who had higher cultivation levels than him, as told by his friend.
Aakesh silently nodded in response to the greeting and waited for the man to ask the question.
Inves then introduced himself and also introduced the Furins in small detail.
“I am Aakesh,” Aakesh responded with his usual reply to every customer introduction.
“Store owner, tell me about the store’s products,” Inves then asked.
Aakesh was waiting for the question, so he immediately began the introduction, and soon after, he concluded the introduction of all six products with their basic details.
Before coming here, Inves had done his research, so he was already aware of the products. But after coming to the store, he found that there was a new product in the store.
After the introduction was over, Inves stood there in astonishment. Despite already knowing about the store’s products, he still felt incomprehensible about learning the product’s details directly from the store owner.
Like the majority of the customers, Inves showed the most interest in Panagea, but not long after, he was left disappointed after learning that there were no spots left for him.
Since he couldn’t enter Panagea, Inves turned his focus to other products. His cultivation was peak Divine Lord, so all six products in the store were usable for him.
The Mind Expansion Pill was a valuable and needed product, but Inves wasn’t confident that he had touched the wall of True God cultivation, so he halted that purchase.
There were weapons and cultivation arts usable for him, but he decided to go for the beast first.
After making his decision, Inves asked about the beast in detail, and once he was satisfied, he left for the beast’s room after thanking Aakesh.
After Inves left, Aakesh brought his focus to the alerts, and the next moment, several alerts bombarded his head.
Ding!
