The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Chapter 2083: To the Third Realm of the Crimson World (II)

Chapter 2083: To the Third Realm of the Crimson World (II)

Cain’s eyes were closed as he stood in one of the meditation chambers of the Enlightened One’s Eternal Kingdom.

The chamber trembled faintly under the force of his cultivation. Divine energy swirled through the air like a crimson storm, drawn into his body as he refined the essence of the ArchDeities he had slain in battle above the Rainbow Bridge. Their life force and their origin power nourish his body and soul.

And it wasn’t only his body that grew stronger.

Within the depths of his Black Hole, his Supercomputer Assistant was evolving as well. It devoured the origin energies from the stolen Divine Abilities he had gathered.

His strength was rising at a terrifying pace, yet there was no peace in his heart.

The air within the chamber felt heavy, almost oppressive. Thoughts of the Neo-Angels, of Urin’s overwhelming might, haunted the edges of his mind. The world was shifting too quickly, growing far too dangerous for comfort.

But then again—danger had always been his companion.

"Things were apocalyptic during the Everstrife War," Cain thought, his inner voice steady as steel. "And I survived. I will survive again. I just need to move forward and face whatever comes with all my might."

Willpower ignited within him, burning away doubt and confusion. His mind sharpened into perfect focus. Hesitation was death, and calm had long since ceased to be an option. The time when he could take things calmly ended the moment the Neo-Angel Race revealed their existence.

After three and a half weeks of deep meditation, Cain opened his eyes.

A golden glow flickered in his pupils as he absorbed the final waves of energy into his body. Rising to his feet, he breathed in the charged air of the chamber, then ascended into the sky of the Eternal Kingdom.

The moment he stepped into the open sky, his instincts flared. A massive spatial fluctuation rippled through the kingdom’s core. Without hesitation, he flashed forward, his form vanishing in a streak of crimson light.

Moments later, he arrived at the source.

The Enlightened One stood before a golden formation engraved into the marble ground, the sigils beneath his feet glowing brighter with every passing second. The entire might of the Eternal Kingdom was pouring into the circle, feeding it with wave after wave of divine energy.

Soon after, Meylin appeared, her aura burning softly with restrained power. Their eyes met, and both nodded silently.

They knew what this was.

The golden array was the teleportation formation—the gateway that would transport them into the Third Realm.

For Cain and Meylin, this was a moment they had awaited for a long time. Were it not for the chaos of the war, they would have attempted this ascension long ago, as soon as Cain awoke from his last slumber. Yet now, with the Second Realm burning in the fires of the Life-Freedom conflict, it felt less like an opportunity and more like a necessity.

Excitement, however, soon gave way to solemn focus.

The higher one climbed within the Crimson World, the deadlier things became—and that was before the emergence of the Neo-Angels. Even ArchDeities struggled to survive in the Second Realm. What awaited them in the Third was beyond imagining.

Still, there was no fear in their eyes.

It was by embracing danger that they had reached this level, and the Red King’s Sacred Dimension was an opportunity they could not ignore. Within it lay secrets that might hold the key to evolving The Flow. Cain needed that power—desperately—if he hoped to confront the challenges that the universe was preparing to unleash.

Neither the Neo-Demon nor the True Depravita dared to interrupt as the Enlightened One worked.

The master of the Eternal Kingdom moved with calm precision, his gaze scanning each of the countless runes carved into the formation. He adjusted their alignment with flicks of his fingers, ensuring that every symbol resonated perfectly. Even with the barriers between realms weakened, crossing from one plane of existence to another was no simple feat.

Not even most Alpha-Omega Overgods could achieve it without danger. Only entities of near-absolute mastery—those like the Ancient One or the Demon King—possessed the power to transport others across multiple dimensional layers.

That was why the fall of an Alpha-Omega Overgod often meant the near-instant collapse of their entire faction in a given realm. Reinforcements could rarely be sent before annihilation struck.

Hours passed in meticulous silence. Then, at last, the Enlightened One stepped back, satisfaction gleaming faintly in his eyes.

He turned toward Cain and Meylin.

"Are you ready?" he asked quietly. "If there’s anything left undone in the Second Realm, handle it now. Once we leave, I cannot say when—or if—we will return."

Cain and Meylin exchanged a glance and shook their heads. Their Divine Kingdoms were secure, their affairs in order. There was nothing left to hold them here.

The Enlightened One nodded once more and stepped into the golden circle, signaling for them to join him.

"Be prepared," he said. "We will arrive somewhere within the landmass of the Third Realm—but where, I cannot say. Remain alert."

Cain and Meylin stepped into the array beside him. The moment they did, divine light erupted from the ground, wrapping their bodies in threads of gold.

The energy of the Eternal Kingdom surged violently into the formation, brighter and brighter, until the chamber was consumed by a blazing radiance.

Then the formation transformed—its glow stretching upward into a single colossal pillar of light that pierced the firmament.

In the next heartbeat, the three figures vanished.

The journey through the dimensional barrier was anything but peaceful.

Though to an outside observer it might have looked like calm golden light, within that light Cain felt his body twisting, stretching, and contorting as though he were made of liquid. The sensation was indescribable—like being pulled through eternity, shredded into fragments of energy and thought.

Even his consciousness wavered, flickering on the brink of collapse. But he endured, focusing his will through the chaos.

They were passing through a barrier that had existed since the dawn of creation—a wall of pure cosmic law separating the realms. To traverse it was to defy the natural order itself.

It felt like an eternity, a descent through endless turbulence and color.

But finally, shapes began to coalesce. Light became sky. Pressure became air.

And then—impact.

"BOOM."

"BOOM."

"BOOM."

Three massive explosions echoed across a vast plain as their figures struck the ground, sending ripples of golden dust into the air.

Above them stretched a new sky, glowing faintly blue and gold—a sky unlike any they had ever seen.

They had left the Second Realm behind.

Before them lay the Third Realm, home of the Red King’s Sacred Dimension.
