The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Chapter 2081: Final clash between the Overgods

Chapter 2081: Final clash between the Overgods

As the Alpha-Omega Overgods and the ArchDeities regained control of their battered bodies, their gazes turned upward—toward the origin of the golden blast that had shattered firmament itself.

What they saw left even the gods breathless.

The golden seed was gone. In its place hovered a small sky-blue dagger, no longer than fifteen centimeters.

It pulsed with divine radiance—its aura so overwhelming that even the sky trembled under its presence. The air around it shimmered, time itself bending to the weight of its power. None could discern its nature or function, but one truth was undeniable: its power eclipsed everything else on the battlefield.

Every eye glowed with hunger.

In less than a heartbeat, they all lunged toward the dagger—Overgods and ArchDeities alike—burning their divine cores, tearing open the fabric of space as they raced to seize the Alpha-Omega’s Natural Inheritance for themselves.

The closest to it were, of course, Zarazel and Urin.

Both streaked through the sky like blazing comets, each keeping one eye on the dagger and one on the other. The speed of their ascent defied imagination; within a nanosecond, they were already within arm’s reach.

Their eyes sharpened. Both unleashed their full energy in a single instant.

Zarazel’s fist lashed out, the Power of Fear compressed within it to its utmost limit. The blow struck Urin’s left shoulder.

Immediately, static energy crawled across her flesh like living lightning, freezing her arm and spreading. Her left lung and even one of her kidneys faltered, paralyzed by the encroaching curse.

The pain was excruciating—but Urin endured.

Through sheer will, she forced her body to obey. Sacrificing the entire left side of her chest and arm, she pressed forward, her right hand reaching Zarazel’s face. Her eyes blazed with divine determination.

During his Redemption Incarnation, the True Depravita’s head was his strongest defense—a living fortress meant to guard the seat of his soul. But defenses meant nothing before a Neo-Angel’s power.

Because under the Power of the Detonator—

Whatever she touched transformed into an explosive.

"BOOOOOOOOOOOM!"

The explosion engulfed Zarazel’s entire body, a sun bursting into being.

The blast was so enormous that it consumed both combatants, hurling them away from the dagger in opposite directions. Urin’s own damaged body couldn’t withstand the full recoil. Her wings faltered, and she was thrown across the fractured sky.

As both Alpha-Omega Overgods fell from the golden center, the ArchDeities below saw their chance.

Their eyes burned with greed. This was the opening they had waited for—the opportunity to seize divinity itself.

One by one, they unleashed everything—life force, energy, even fragments of their soul essence—to accelerate skyward, each desperate to reach the golden dagger before the others.

But among them, one moved with purpose.

A burst of Depravita Aura erupted from the ranks.

Meylin raised her twin swords. Channeling every drop of power she possessed, she swung them in a wide arc—not at an enemy, but toward her ally, the Scarlet King.

A vortex of power spiraled around him, wrapping his form like a storm. The surge propelled Cain upward, amplifying his momentum exponentially.

Faster. Higher.

He tore through the clouds like a meteor, golden light bursting from his eyes as he locked onto the dagger.

His determination blazed—pure, unrelenting. Yet he did not let his excitement dull his awareness. He saw movement in the distance.

Urin.

Even though half of her body had been stolen by the Power of Fear, the Neo-Angel was already back in flight, wings blazing like supernovas. She was slower, but still deadly—and still determined.

At this rate, Cain would reach the dagger first.

Or so he thought.

The next second, the Scarlet King learned why no one should ever underestimate a Neo-Angel.

Urin’s eyes glowed with cold focus as she extended her hand toward. The runes on her body ignited, pulsing with catastrophic power.

"Detonator—full release!"

At first, nothing happened. Confusion rippled through the watching ArchDeities. She wasn’t touching anything.

Then the air began to shimmer.

The sky itself was glowing.

Realization struck too late.

With a single wave of her arm, Urin had weaponized the atmosphere itself, transforming the surrounding air into a gaseous explosive field.

"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!"

The firmament erupted.

Flames consumed the sky, swallowing both armies in incandescent light. The shockwave rippled through the Rainbow Bridge, vaporizing clouds, shattering lesser barriers, and driving even ArchDeities backward in chaos.

Cain’s teeth clenched as searing heat tore at his flesh. His body burned, bio-armor melting from his frame. But he endured—the explosion, though vast, lacked the sheer density of her solid-contact blasts.

He forced his plasma wings wider, each beat propelling him faster, harder. His entire form was aflame now, but he no longer felt the pain—only purpose.

The dagger drew closer.

Its golden aura filled his vision.

He reached out—fingers inches away.

And then, someone else’s hand seized it first.

The Neo-Angel appeared before him in a burst of golden light, her expression cold and unyielding. The dagger—the Natural Inheritance—gleamed in her grasp.

"You were too slow," she said softly.

Before Cain could react, her leg whipped forward.

"CRACK!"

Her kick struck his chest with divine force, shattering ribs and sending him hurtling backward. Blood exploded from his mouth, scattering like rubies in the light.

Then came the true horror—

The place where her foot had struck began to glow. The Detonator’s power had spread.

Cain’s chest ignited.

"BOOOOOOM!"

The explosion engulfed him, flames swallowing his figure and launching him even farther through the air.

His body skidded across the Rainbow Bridge, reaching the edge, and then crashing through the ground for several kilometers before finally stopping, smoke and blood trailing behind him. The damage was so immense that people did not know if he was still alive.

The world fell silent.

The ArchDeities marching toward the dagger froze.

Every gaze turned upward—toward the golden sky where Urin now hovered, her wings burning brighter than the sun. In her right hand gleamed the Alpha-Omega Overgod Natural Inheritance, radiating supremacy and finality.

None dared move.

No one dared speak.

The Neo-Angel had won.
