Deed-189: Stop

{ March 2024 A.Y. Yokai Realm inside Naimisha Kingdom's Palace }

[ Inside Courtroom ]

[ On hearing the prince shout, everyone looks up and sees Prince Sri Hari leaving ]

[ Gunaniddhi in a dominating tone ]

Gunaniddhi: Where are you going, my dear!?!

[ Sri Hari with a bit sad tone ]

Sri Hari: I am going to avenge Grandpa's death!!!

[ Gunaniddhi shouts with anger ]

Gunaniddhi: Stop!!!

[ Gunaniddhi rushes and holds onto Sri Hari's collar and looks at him with rage ]

Gunaniddhi: Do you really think that you can defeat the asuras which killed Grandpa!?!

Gunaniddhi: You sure have lost it! This isn't the time to hurry, this is the time to strategize!!!

[ Sri Hari shouts with rage and frustration ]

Sri Hari: I am well aware of all that! But I don't have time to strategize!!!

Sri Hari: Moreover, that Vajra would have already gone to avenge his dad!

Sri Hari: I won't let him fight alone! We are family!!!

Sri Hari: I can't sit silently and strategize when my brother Vajra is fighting all by himself!!!

[ Gunaniddhi shouts ]

Gunaniddhi: Vajra isn't foolish enough to do that!!!

Gunaniddhi: Don't behave as if I don't care about Grandpa!!! He loves me the most of you all!!!

Gunaniddhi: We will avenge Grandpa for sure!!!

Gunaniddhi: But not immediately! We need support from The Great Emperor and others! No one is in any position to fight, everyone is in pain!!!

Gunaniddhi: As soon as we get soldiers, we will wipe off all the asuras from the realm! Until then, have some patience, my dear!!!

[ Sri Hari nods his head in disagreement ]

Sri Hari: It would be too late!

Sri Hari: I know Vajra more than you all! He has no one who can stop him. All those instructors of ours would have already taken Vajra with them to wipe out the asuras!!!

Sri Hari: I am not going to let Vajra fight alone! I will assist him!!!

Sri Hari: I can't wait for support from others!

[ Gunaniddhi gets frustrated and shouts ]

Gunaniddhi: Dad! Stop him!!! He is saying that he would go to the battlefield where asuras are present!!!

[ Ram smiles ]

Ram: Sri Hari, you are allowed to kill! I will join you soon. After visiting Mahindra Giri, consoling Queen Vani, your mothers and participating in the final rituals, I will join you!!!

Ram: Until then, go and stand beside King Vajra!!!

[ Sri Hari bows down to take blessings ]

[ Gunaniddhi gets more frustrated as his dad let his brother go to war ]

Gunaniddhi: Dad!!! He has never killed even injured asuras, how could he defeat the asuras which killed Grandpa!?!

Gunaniddhi: Do you really think that he has any chance of surviving on the battlefield!?!

[ Ram smiles ]

Ram: I allow you to accompany him!!!

[ Gunaniddhi gets embarrassed, as he can't accompany Sri Hari, because he knows that he can't survive on that battlefield. He knows that he can't defeat those asuras. Hence, out of frustration, he draws out his sword and rushes towards Ram's throne ]

[ None of the commanders stop Gunaniddhi ]

[ Gunaniddhi places his odachi's blade on Ram's neck and shouts ]

Gunaniddhi: Dad, stop Sri Hari!

[ Ram smiles while everyone looks at Gunaniddhi with surprise, as they all knew how much he loves Lord Ram, and today Gunaniddhi is threatening Ram, which was surely an example of Gunaniddhi's peak level of love and care towards Sri Hari ]

[ The prince who always admired his father has lifted his odachi against his dad, out of concern for his brother's safety. It didn't give birth to hatred towards Gunaniddhi, but empathy for Gunaniddhi, as he was ready to do anything to protect his brother ]

[ The commanders, ministers, advisors, princes, princess and queens didn't have the courage to support either of them, as one was behaving like a true warrior and wanted to avenge, while the other wanted to avenge later when their success rate was high, like a royal ]

[ Ram smiles ]

Ram: I have never revoked any of my permits! How did you think that I would revoke it now, just because I am being threatened!?!

Ram: If you can't accompany him, then let him go! I won't stop him!!!

[ Gunaniddhi knew that he couldn't change his dad's orders ]

[ Gunaniddhi shouts ]

Gunaniddhi: Sri Hari, if you don't stop, then I will kill Dad!!!

[ Sri Hari smiles ]

Sri Hari: My brother isn't a coward who would commit suicide!!!

[ Gunaniddhi sighs, steps back and keeps his weapon back in its sheath ]

[ Gunaniddhi was all helpless, frustrated yet aggressive, as he couldn't kill his dad, couldn't stop his brother from leaving and was frightened to accompany Sri Hari as he knew how strong those asuras were ]

[ Gunaniddhi climbs down in despair and looks at Sampath, Charu Hashini, Queens, commanders, Ministers and advisors with a requesting and pleading face to stop his brother ]

[ Charu Hashini indicates that Sri Hari won't listen to anyone. Even if Dad orders him to stop, he would still leave ]

[ Charu Hashini indicates that they can't stop him from leaving ]

[ Sampath looks at Gunaniddhi and tells him ]

Sampath: Brother, Sri Hari isn't a weak boy!!!

Sampath: He has a history of throwing away a ghoul oni to kingdoms away! No one can defeat him!!!

Sampath: Just because we can't, it doesn't mean that he can't!!!

Sampath: Let's believe him!!!

[ Gunaniddhi wasn't satisfied by those replies. Meanwhile, Sri Hari exits the courtroom to empathize with Vajra and avenge Lord Chand ]

[ Gunaniddhi looks at his mothers, commanders, advisors and ministers ]

[ Queens, commanders, advisors and ministers reply that Sri Hari is right, as he is the only one who is behaving like a king, as kings avenge their family members. They clarify that they won't stop Sri Hari ]

[ Gunaniddhi with despair and helplessness, looks at the floor with mixed feelings of shame, embarrassment, unworthiness, and being an incompetent brother who can't accompany or protect his younger brother ]

[ Commander Ban approaches Gunaniddhi and in a convincing tone ]

Commander Ban: Prince Gunaniddhi! I will accompany Prince Sri Hari!!! I will protect him, please trust me!!!

[ Commander Ban looks at Lord Ram with a requesting face while Gunaniddhi looks at Ban with hope ]

Commander Ban: Lord, please allow me to accompany Prince Sri Hari!!!

Commander Ban: This would be the best time to become Prince Sri Hari's instructor! Please allow me to protect and teach Prince Sri Hari!!!

[ Ram smiles, as he never forgot his promise of letting Ban become Sri Hari's instructor ]

[ Ram smiles and allows Ban to leave ]

[ Gunaniddhi was still feeling depressed, but as Commander Ban was accompanying Prince Sri Hari, Gunaniddhi got a bit of relief and faith that his brother would return safely, as Ban would protect him no matter what ]
