Ye Chen’s expression finally changed. Genuine horror appeared in her eyes.

Gu Xuan spoke as he put away his suit jacket and began undoing the buttons of his shirt.

Ye Chen shouted as she desperately struggled against the restraints.

"Your mother$@¥£¢!"

Gu Xuan ignored her curses and screams. He turned toward Gao Xufan.

"Mayor Gao, I’m about to start. If you don’t mind."

Gao Xufan nodded.

"I’ll go outside and take a breather. Just don’t kill her... yet."

"I won’t."

Gu Xuan’s expression was cold.

"I’ll break her mentally and physically before killing her."

Gao Xufan nodded and glanced toward the corner where Dowblis Snake had been standing earlier.

At some point, Dowblis had already left.

Gao Xufan shook his head and walked out of the warehouse.

Screams continued to echo from inside, but he wasn’t bothered by them.

He looked up at the dark sky, took out a cigarette, lit it, and placed it between his lips.

As the smoke entered his lungs, tears appeared in the corners of his eyes.

In the cold silence outside the warehouse, the man quietly wept as he thought of his late daughter and wife.

Dowblis was already on his way back to the underground facility after receiving Su Mo’s message instructing him to return once the task was completed.

"Seriously, Master. Why did I have to return so early?"

Dowblis sighed.

"I’m going to miss out on all the fun."

Still, his master’s orders were more important. And from the looks of it, things there weren’t going to end anytime soon.

As soon as he returned, Su Mo handed him a list, a diary, and a note containing a number.

"This is the list of places where I want our agents to infiltrate and work undercover. What they need to do and their respective tasks are written in this diary."

Su Mo then handed him the note.

"This contains the contact information of ’Spider,’ my subordinate who will provide you with information support."

With that, Su Mo rubbed his forehead and left alongside Yang Qingxi. Both of them felt mentally exhausted after spending hours planning and discussing everything. At one point, Su Mo had even considered going out himself and wiping out all their enemies, but he suppressed that irrational thought.

Dowblis Snake stood stunned for a moment, watching their departing backs. His eyes fell on the long list in his hands, and he sighed.

The first section contained information regarding the organization’s structure.

According to Master Su’s idea, since the organization’s primary work would focus on Intelligence, Control, and Undercover operations, it would be known as I.C.U.

Dowblis’s lips twitched. He had a thousand complaints in his heart, but he didn’t dare utter a single one.

All the Demonic Servants would be known as ICU Agents, divided according to their cultivation levels.

Non-Practitioners — ICU-1 Agents

Qi Condensation Stage — ICU-2 Agents

Foundation Building Stage — ICU-3 Agents

Golden Core Stage — ICU-4 Agents

Nascent Soul Stage — ICU-5 Agents

An ICU-5 Agent would essentially hold the position of a Division Leader. And Dowblis himself had been appointed as the leader of the Jiangnan Division.

"Hmm, not bad." Dowblis nodded in satisfaction. "Master didn’t treat me badly."

He was quite pleased that Master Su had given him the position of Division Leader.

There were many other details regarding the organization’s merit system and development direction, which he studied carefully.

Dowblis estimated the expenses while reading through the plans.

Dowblis immediately got to work, carefully selecting the most suitable agents for the task. Not to mention, he also needed to begin developing the organization according to Master Su’s ideas. Although their manpower was still limited, he knew it would increase in the future.

After a few rings, the call connected.

"Hello, is this Miss Spider?"

Dowblis straightened in his chair.

"I am Division Leader Dowblis Snake. Master Su gave me your contact..."

The I.C.U. was still in its infancy. Its purpose was simple: serve Su Mo and complete whatever tasks he assigned. However, Master Su’s plans went far beyond simply creating a group of spies.

As its manpower and influence grew, the organization could eventually develop in many other directions. And Dowblis Snake, despite having little experience as a leader, had been placed at the center of that development.

For now, he was merely an ambitious subordinate trying to understand his new responsibilities. But perhaps, with time, he would grow into the kind of division leader Su Mo envisioned for the organization.
