His people had become anxious the moment the man calling himself Dowblis conjured the fireball. However, Gu Xuan raised a hand, signalling them to remain on standby.

Dowblis Snake grinned before speaking.

"We will talk about that, but first... I don’t like being pointed at by guns. So, excuse me—"

He snapped his fingers.

The next second, Gu Xuan heard a groan followed by a dull thud through his earpiece.

["Ugh... young... master... Thud."]

"What did you do?" Gu Xuan’s voice carried a hint of anger.

"Relax. They’re fine." Dowblis shrugged. "I merely used my spiritual pressure to knock them unconscious. They’ll wake up in a few minutes."

After hearing this, Gu Xuan’s eyes remained cold, but his clenched fists slowly relaxed.

Seeing this, Dowblis was satisfied.

"This matter is actually quite simple." His gaze shifted toward Gao Xufan.

Gu Xuan’s face turned red with anger, and he exploded.

He pointed at the woman Dowblis claimed was Ye Chen. That beautiful face, that figure, those smooth strands of hair...
