"...So... that’s it?" Ayla looks out the window of my "house" at the transport portal I use to travel through universes. It’s actually a large cube, and inside the cube there’s a nice house. This house is based on Violet’s house. Unfortunately, Violet isn’t with me — she’s with another avatar — but I still used her as inspiration.

This "house" travels through universes, taking me wherever I want. It saves me from having to use too much magic. It was a gift from Omnipotent Pandora, so I can explore universes, and if I find something interesting from my perspective, she knows and can decide whether or not to come see the "scene" I found in person.

"Yeah, this house is taking us between universes. It’s pretty big — has a ton of empty rooms! Like, a ton."

"Why is there nothing but absolute darkness outside the window?" she asks, confused but relatively calm. That’s because her universe has a very slow time flow compared to others. Meaning thousands of years in here are seconds in her world. No one’s even going to notice she disappeared.

"That’s the void. There are some bizarre creatures living in it. In the void, existence doesn’t work, so only beings who’ve surpassed the limits of existence can stay there. That’s why you can’t see anything looking out the window. Actually, Omnipotent Pandora and Oriane live in the void."

"Why do you call your true self ’Omnipotent’ all the time? And who’s Oriane?"

"...There are a lot of avatars like me, and we’re simple beings, so we put something in front of the name to simplify who’s who. Like Pandora G, Pandora M, Pandora D, Omnipotent Pandora."

"And Oriane is another omnipotent being, but let’s not get into details!! As long as you’re in this house, everything will be fine. This house has protection against outside beings, but I don’t recommend trying to leave. The void is creepy as hell."

"I spent a few million years in the void and I can say for sure — there’s no place more dreadful in the multiverse than the void! Only the most absurd things of all live there!! Even if you can’t die, the void is no place for a cute little girl like you."

"Hmmm..." She opens the window, and I immediately run over to her and shut it.

"Don’t open that!! The reality bubble protecting the house depends on doors and windows staying closed! You trying to let the void into my house?" I say, annoyed at her.

"Haa... okay, okay, I won’t... WAIT!! Is that a video game over there?!!" She runs to my living room, spotting a large TV and a video game console — something I picked up from a modern world in some universe.

"Yeah, I got it from a universe I visited. It’s... boring, actually. Really boring. I’m super fast and strong, so the game feels slow, and my reaction time and finger movement make any game tedious. Whether it’s action, fighting, or any other genre." As a human I would’ve loved playing video games, but as Pandora, it’s just dull.

"So I swapped out all the normal games for porn games or choice-based ones like visual novels, since those are content to consume or they tell stories." When I say that, she looks disappointed.

"No! Why would you replace all your games with porn... oh my god... w-what kind of garbage is this! All of this is hardcore porn! That’s disgusting! You’re sick!" She grabs my games and runs to the window, throwing everything out when she sees the covers.

"..." I let out a little giggle as the games teleport right back to their spot.

"You can’t throw things from inside the house out... CLOSE THE WINDOW!" I yell at her since she left it open.

"Don’t complain about my personal tastes. Besides, I’m a lonely woman in the prime of life — I have to satisfy my urges!! I’m married, but since I’m traveling I don’t see any of my loved ones, so this is all I’ve got." She stares at my game list with disgust.

"Seriously, the cover on this one is so explicit and messed up, I feel like it would get banned from any website and be on the Deep Web. Like, totally, this would be illegal!!"

"Illegal where? In normal universes, maybe. Where I bought these, it was completely legal."

"Impossible?!"

"Not really. I bought these games from a world where lust, sex, and stuff like that were common, and you could see people on the street doing naughty things. It was a pretty chaotic world, ruled exclusively by a goddess of lust. I found these games right in a supermarket next to the fruit stand. I thought the ones from the porn shop were kind of weird, so I didn’t buy those."

"..." She makes an indecipherable expression at that information.

"Is everyone from other universes a bunch of freaks full of lust?"

"Not really. It’s rarer than it seems. Most universes are incredibly dull. I got lucky finding one governed by a goddess of lust — I was really lucky. So, wanna play something?"

"...No, I’d rather buy a normal game in some other world... wait, you know that I—"

"That you were a guy and reincarnated as a girl? Yeah, I know. My house has a person-analysis system. I know a large part of your story. I don’t really care about it." I obviously don’t mention I went through the same thing.

"Th-That’s not what I was going to ask..."

"It doesn’t matter." I shrug at her.

"You gonna play or not? If not, find a room for yourself, or go to the fridge — there’s some nice stuff to eat... oh, but don’t open the bottom drawer of the fridge. I shoved some creepy things in there. Living things. And things that will really want to get inside you."

"...I’d rather go to my room." She starts heading toward the hallway.

"Don’t go in the bathroom at the end of the hall. I stuffed a tentacle monster in the toilet. It broke in through the window and it was kind of cute — didn’t want to get rid of it — but it was trying to devour me alive, so I ended up trapping it in the bathroom so I could play with it when I get bored."

"...Is your house some kind of house of horrors?"

"It was worse 100,000 years ago. I spent several years filling my house with junk and living things, then I gradually got rid of everything, or most of it died over time or from lack of food."

"You seem like a terrible roommate." She opens a door and walks in, slamming it hard.

"Ah, sweetie, sorry I’m like this!! You haven’t seen even half of it!!!" I cross my legs and turn on the TV to play a game — it’s what there is to do until she gets properly settled into my house.

"Hmmm..." I pull a game from under the couch — one that would really make her sick if she saw the cover, and which I kept separate from the others because I’m finishing up getting all the achievements for it.

"Hehehe."
