The Time-Space Gate is just a piece of mirror?

"This is the Time-Space Gate, but you must be careful, it’s not something to be easily touched!"

The Old Gang Leader wasn’t lying, nor trying to fool them, but Ye Liang and Ru Xue eagerly wanted to return and didn’t listen to him.

"Ye Liang, get some blood from Feng Luo, we can safely go home after we open the Time-Space Gate."

"Wait a moment!" Ye Liang said, "We still haven’t completed the mission!"

Ru Xue regained her senses, glanced at Chu Ge, and with a cold laugh, said, "I almost forgot if you didn’t mention it, we still have an unfinished mission!"

Chu Ge sneered, "Don’t you feel something amiss with your bodies?"

Ye Liang was startled, he frowned at Ru Xue, who looked equally puzzled, "What’s amiss?"

"Something fell on you as you came in, but it seems you didn’t notice."

There was no time for them to think more, as sunlight streamed through the open top of the Time-Space Gate, shining on them and hastening the insects’ consumption speed. Suddenly, they felt as if thousands of ants were biting them, and soon they turned into heaps of white bones.

Though Feng Luo had seen the world, she was still shocked silly by the scene, standing stock-still, staring blankly at the ant heap on the ground, unable to imagine the feeling of so many ants inside the body.

"Chu Ge, thanks to you."

The Old Gang Leader sighed.

"It’s nothing, really. I just did what I should. Old Gang Leader, let’s begin."

The Old Gang Leader raised his hand, "Wait a moment."

He pulled out a crystal ball from his pocket and handed it to Chu Ge, saying, "This crystal ball doesn’t belong here; it was brought by Wei Yongxiang back then. It’s said to be a treasure of the Mystic Sky Tower. I don’t know what the Mystic Sky Tower is, but truthfully speaking, with this ball around, I never felt at ease. Chu Ge took it, having heard of the Mystic Sky Tower, but never imagined encountering an item from that place here.

Feng Luo swallowed, nodding blankly.

The Old Gang Leader took some blood from Feng Luo, walked to the Time-Space Mirror, turned to Chu Ge, and said, "Mr. Chu, once the Time-Space Gate opens, be ready."

Chu Ge nodded, "Don’t worry."

The Old Gang Leader dripped Feng Luo’s blood onto the Time-Space Gate, and immediately, the Time-Space Mirror emitted a white light, accompanied by a powerful force that directly knocked the Old Gang Leader away.

Seeing this, Chu Ge calmly walked forward, spreading his hands, a powerful True Qi condensed in his palms, slowly spreading around, forming a solid barrier.

The Old Gang Leader was thrown out, but luckily his quick reflexes prevented any serious injury.

He raised his eyes to one of the forks, this one headed to his current space-time, during the fusion he had absorbed the information about this, and before he was sucked in, Wei Yongxiang and his people were attacking the Mystic Sky Tower.

Meanwhile, Jian Chunqiu and others had gathered numerous experts in desperate resistance, he had to hurry over.
