Chapter 124: Chapter 115: Perfect Clear of [Nether Abyss]!
[Nether Land, Thirty-Second Floor]
Looking at the system prompt popping up before him, Yu Zhun planted his feet firmly on the dim, desolate soil of the Nether Land and retrieved the Divine Demon Compass.
With a soft chime, the compass needle rapidly locked onto a direction and began to move slowly. His target was heading toward the only pillar of light in this area.
That was also Yu Zhun’s destination.
"Then let me see who you really are!" Yu Zhun put away the Divine Demon Compass and looked at the Elite Demons charging at him. "My name is Yu Zhun."
He raised Nether’s Sigh.
"The harvest of your lives begins now!"

Carving a bloody path forward, Yu Zhun finally arrived at the castle housing the Teleportation Array. By then, his shield capacity had already stacked back up to thirty million.
He took out the Divine Demon Compass once more. Seeing the direction the needle pointed, his expression flickered with mild surprise before he whipped his head to the side. A young man clad in Silver Armor and wielding a Long Sword was striding rapidly toward him.
The other party had actually taken the initiative to detour, intending to battle him before entering the castle!
If that was the case... Yu Zhun tightened his grip on his dagger, killing intent blooming in his eyes. Then bring it on!
He had killed plenty of Warrior players along his journey. No matter what talent or abilities the opponent had, he would not cower!
Swift Step, activate!
With a light step, Yu Zhun charged forward to meet his opponent head-on. As the distance closed, Yu Zhun finally got a clear look at his adversary.

[Lu Wen, Lv. 30]
Was this his final opponent?
Taking in the other party’s posture, a sense of weirdness welled up in Yu Zhun’s heart. The guy coming at him had his eyes tightly shut.
Was he blind?
Players entered the Divine Revelation World through a transfer of consciousness. Even if someone were disabled in reality, their initial body in the Divine Revelation World should be perfectly normal. Although bodies in the game could sustain injuries, wounds typically healed alongside HP recovery. Unless one deliberately chose to retain a scar or injury, even missing limbs could be fully regenerated.
To be able to slaughter his way here, this player named Lu Wen possessed undeniable strength. Would such a person deliberately leave themselves with such a debilitating handicap?
Obviously not. Therefore, he must be closing his eyes on purpose. His talent had to be related to it!
Every SSS-rank talent was unique, so Yu Zhun couldn’t possibly deduce the opponent’s abilities so easily. Right now, his main concern was whether his own talent would take effect. Open and Aboveboard required him to remain within the target’s perception throughout the entire assassination process.
Perception, of course, encompassed more than just sight, but vision was a crucial component. This was the first time Yu Zhun had encountered such a situation, and he was unsure of what would happen next. For a fleeting moment, he even wondered if the opponent had purposely closed his eyes just to counter him.
But that thought lingered in his mind for merely a second. If an SSS-rank talent’s inner workings could be seen through so easily, it wouldn’t be an SSS-rank talent.
Then again... Yu Zhun looked at the opponent’s shield, which—just like his own—had stacked so high it practically squeezed the HP bar out of existence. He had the surreal illusion of looking into a mirror.
Whatever. He would test the waters first.
Yu Zhun stomped hard, his figure suddenly accelerating as he lunged at his opponent.
"To have tailed me all this way, you’re pretty impressive." Relying on the astonishing perception granted by Heart Eye, Lu Wen raised his Long Sword and pointed it precisely at Yu Zhun’s location. "But your journey ends here!"
Yu Zhun clicked his tongue. To facilitate the triggering of his talent, he deliberately stomped harder to amplify his footsteps and thrust his dagger forward with blinding speed.
CLANG!
With the resounding clash of weapons, the two instantly engaged in fierce combat.
A max-level Sword Dance?
After just a few simple exchanges, identical looks of astonishment surfaced on both Yu Zhun and Lu Wen’s faces. Lu Wen was shocked that this Assassin—who, according to his perception, should be wielding a dagger—had actually leveled Sword Dance to the max. Yu Zhun, on the other hand, was amazed that his opponent had effortlessly parried all of his attacks with his eyes closed.
Could it be... Heart Eye?
He thought of that obscure Universal Skill designed specifically to enhance perception. When maxed out with Skill Points, it allowed the user to detect lurking Assassins, but it was only effective against that specific class. Because of this niche utility, not many players bothered to learn and invest in it. After all, the four skill slots and Skill Points were extremely precious.
But now, it seemed the opponent was utilizing Heart Eye as an auxiliary combat method to compensate for his closed eyes.
Realizing this, Yu Zhun abruptly stepped back, creating some distance between them. As he looked at Lu Wen again, a trace of peculiarity flickered in his eyes.
With such a high-level Heart Eye in play, it was absolutely impossible for him to escape the opponent’s perception range. Therefore, even if the other party couldn’t physically see him, the triggering conditions for Open and Aboveboard were fully satisfied.
The probing phase was over. Now, there was no need to hold back.
"My name is Yu Zhun," he announced, charging back at Lu Wen. "Next..."
Before he could finish his sentence, Lu Wen’s expression changed instantly. Throughout the fight, Lu Wen had maintained a calm smile; even when the battle grew tricky due to both of them possessing a max-level Sword Dance, he hadn’t shown an ounce of tension. Now, however, his composure completely shattered.
"You..." Lu Wen abruptly raised his Long Sword to block Yu Zhun’s dagger, looking deeply exasperated and pained. "Is there something wrong with you?"
"No, I’m perfectly normal," Yu Zhun replied instinctively.
This caused Lu Wen’s mental state to crumble even further. The more he thought about it, the angrier he became. As his Long Sword continuously clashed against Yu Zhun’s dagger, he unleashed a creative torrent of colorful profanities.
"Does a normal person announce their name in the middle of a fight? Huh?!" Lu Wen roared.
"Probably not? I’m not entirely sure," Yu Zhun answered.
