That Day When Suzuki-kun Wasn't the Mob-B!

Chapter 368: The Secret Corridor and the Waning Angel’s Curiosity

  • Next Chapter

Why did Finn dare to bring the most wanted criminals of the Reborn Oracion Seis directly into his private residence, especially while highly perceptive members of Fairy Tail were practically sleeping in the next wing?

Simply put: Finn didn’t fear them. He possessed the absolute political and magical power to control the fallout. Even if someone from Fairy Tail ran their mouth, who would actually believe that an esteemed Council Chief had managed to secretly enslave the core members of one of history’s most terrifying Dark Guilds?

But... Dark Guilds, huh?

As Finn walked through the quiet, luxurious corridors of his mansion, his mind briefly drifted to the one major Dark Guild that still remained completely undefeated—and undeniably the strongest of them all. Tartaros.

Oracion Seis was powerful, but there was a massive, terrifying gap between them and the demons of Tartaros. It was best to leave them entirely alone for now. Attacking that guild without absolute preparation would bring him nothing but a catastrophic headache instead of prestige.

Given his rapid, meteoric rise through the Council’s ranks, Finn knew he already had plenty of enemies. His methods were ruthless and entirely improper. Old-fashioned purists despised him, and corrupt politicians from rival factions wanted his head. He had to be careful.

Still, in this world, there were no eternal enemies—only eternal interests. As long as he consistently delivered results, maintaining peace while heavily lining the right pockets, any conflict could be settled behind closed doors.

However, the sheer volume of manipulation and politics constantly stressed him out. That was why having Flare in his bed was such an absolute godsend. She was completely, unhinged in her obedience. Thanks to being raised by a tribe of literal giants, her body was incredibly durable; his rough, aggressive handling didn’t break her—it only excited her, making her hopelessly obsessed and entirely submissive.

It was even better tonight because they were completely alone. Bisca had gone home to her daughter, deciding that joining them for a second night might cause the snooping Fairy Tail members to question the exact nature of her "working" relationship with Finn.

So tonight, she belonged entirely to him.

I love you so much, Finn-sama~!

As Flare’s mind melted into absolute euphoria, her plush, heavy body was completely dominated by him. She cried out lewdly, her massive, sunset-colored hair wrapping tightly around his waist and shoulders, pulling him as deep as physically possible. She wanted to receive every last drop of his possessive love, savoring the intense, scorching heat that flooded her core.

"Those two must be fucking like animals right now."

Cana made the blunt observation as she lay in the massive, luxurious guest bed she was currently sharing with Lisanna and Mirajane. Finn hadn’t even tried to hide it. He had blatantly walked off to his master bedroom with the voluptuous, crimson-haired woman trailing obediently behind him.

Finn had explicitly segregated the guests. The boys—Elfman, alongside Macbeth, Erik, Sawyer, and Erigor—were strictly confined to the outdoor barracks located near the training courtyard. The men were honestly relieved to be far away from Finn’s suffocating presence.

Frankly, Finn had originally planned to make Lisanna, Mirajane, and Cana sleep outside as well. But Lisanna had stubbornly insisted on staying inside the main house. Too exhausted to argue, Finn had allowed the three women to take the guest room—strictly enforcing that it was entirely separate from his private wing.

As for Sorano, she was placed in a small room directly adjacent to Finn’s master suite. Her condition was critical. To slowly recover her burned life force, she needed to passively absorb the ambient vitality radiating from his newly acquired Angel Soul.

Honestly, completely curing Sorano wouldn’t be difficult. Thanks to his connection with his DxD counterpart, Finn had theoretical access to Senjutsu—the absolute perfect cure for life-force depletion. However, relying purely on ambient absorption was a slow, agonizingly long process. He knew a much faster, far more intimate method to transfer life force... but he decided to save that particular treatment for later.

Tonight, Finn was entirely focused on completely breaking Flare, ensuring she wouldn’t be able to walk straight the next morning. Across town, Bisca tucked her daughter into bed, feeling a frustrated twinge of jealousy that she couldn’t join them, but ultimately relieved to be with her family.

"Do you think they’re actually dating?" Lisanna asked, breaking the silence in the guest room.

"I doubt it," Cana replied, staring at the ceiling. "From what I’ve observed, a guy like him would view traditional dating as a massive, annoying burden. For someone with his political status and ambition, romance is just troublesome. That busty redhead is probably just his favorite stress-relief toy. Someone he uses to fuck around."

"That is so wrong!" Lisanna complained, her cheeks flushing hot.

"Oh, it definitely is. But seriously, be careful around him, Lisanna," Cana warned, turning to look at the younger girl’s innocent face. "He’s exactly like premium alcohol. Incredibly toxic, but dangerously addictive. You might find yourself drawn to him before you even—"

"Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Mira, stop it! Don’t pull my cheek!"

Mirajane ruthlessly pinched Cana’s cheek, twisting it sharply. "If you have the energy to spout absolute nonsense, you have the energy to go to sleep!"

"Jeez... don’t take your frustration out on me just because he bruised your ego..." Cana grumbled, rubbing her face.

"...Should we start our hellish training early right now?" Mirajane threatened, her demonic aura flaring slightly.

"Good night!"

Cana squeezed her eyes shut. She had to admit, even the guest beds in Finn’s mansion were absurdly comfortable. Weaseling their way into his estate instead of sleeping in the dirty forest was undeniably a brilliant tactical move.

As for our training?

Cana knew Finn was terrifyingly strong. He had mastered a bizarre, overwhelmingly powerful holy magic—something conceptually similar to the legendary Fairy Glitter she possessed. If she could convince him to train her, her power would skyrocket. But why would he agree to teach her?

Hehehe... Cana smiled lewdly into her pillow. Unlike the prudish Strauss sisters, she was a grown woman who knew exactly how to wrap a powerful man around her finger.

Mirajane watched Cana’s perverted giggling and rolled her eyes in absolute disgust. "Don’t listen to a word she says, Lisanna. And seriously... it is best if you don’t get too close to him. He isn’t the type of man who will take responsibility and marry you after he’s done playing. He’s an absolute scumbag."

"Nee-chan..."

Lisanna offered an awkward, unconvincing smile, but she didn’t argue. In her mind, she couldn’t stop replaying their intimate, teasing exchange from earlier that morning. She desperately wondered if she could somehow coax that surprisingly cute, boyish side out of him again.

Meanwhile, Mirajane rolled onto her side, trying to force herself to sleep. But her hand subconsciously moved to the top of her head. She vividly remembered the heavy, dominant weight of his palm, the way he had looked down at her like a completely helpless, pathetic puppy. She squeezed her thighs tightly together, desperately trying to banish the twisted, humiliating heat that plagued her mind.

Down the hall, the quiet night was interrupted by a different kind of restlessness.

Sorano, having slept for a few hours, woke up needing to use the restroom. As she quietly navigated the dim, luxurious corridor, she heard a strange, rhythmic thumping, accompanied by muffled, wet, breathless whimpers.

Driven by curiosity, she crept closer to the slightly ajar door of the master bedroom. Peeking through the crack, her breath was completely caught in her throat.

She watched in stunned silence as Flare—the terrifyingly strong crimson-haired mage—was reduced to a completely broken, drooling, lewd mess beneath Finn. His aggressive, ruthless movements sent a jolt of primal electricity straight to Sorano’s core.

Her heart hammered against her ribs. Blushing furiously, Sorano practically fled back to her small room. She collapsed onto her bed, her breathing ragged as her hands subconsciously drifted down to press against her aching, heavily throbbing core.

"Dammit..."

Finn Hoen was an absolute scumbag. He was a ruthless politician worse than any devil, violently twisting sacred Angel Magic to serve his own dark ambitions. Yet, despite knowing exactly what he was, Sorano was entirely, humiliatingly wet.

The next morning.

Finn woke up feeling completely revitalized. His newly evolved body hummed with raw power. He strolled into the kitchen, thoroughly enjoying the quiet morning atmosphere as Lisanna—and surprisingly, Mirajane—prepared a lavish breakfast spread. As for Flare? She was currently passed out in a tangle of sheets, completely unable to walk.

The two sisters didn’t say a word about the loud activities of the previous night. They simply asked how he wanted his eggs cooked.

Finn was peacefully sipping his rich, bitter morning coffee when Cana confidently strutted into the kitchen, leaned over the island counter to flash her cleavage, and boldly asked:

"So... when are you going to start training us?"

"...."

Everyone in the kitchen completely froze.
