Chapter 677: The Primordial Oceans - Tell Me, Who Are You?
Ash sat cross-legged high above in the Primordial Expanse, the vast white and black realms stretching endlessly around him like opposing oceans of creation and absence.
Below, the war was being cleaned up by the Ineffable Pantheon — their power sweeping across the battlefield in waves, erasing the last remnants of resistance with casual efficiency.
Explosions and roars faded into distant echoes as his family brought the chaos to a close.
Beside him floated Elysia, Unara, and Creara, their presence calm and supportive as they watched the two massive Primordial Oceans hovering before Ash.
The oceans churned slowly, one radiant with pure creative essence, the other a deep, devouring void — both pulsing with raw, foundational power that could reshape entire cosmologies.
"My Rora, come to me quickly please~" Ash called out, his voice carrying gently through the expanse.
Aurora appeared shortly after, materializing in a swirl of white and blue light.
She was accompanied by Isis, who hovered slightly behind her. Aurora’s eyes lit up the moment she saw Ash, and she floated forward with a sweet, affectionate smile.
"Daddy," she greeted warmly, her voice soft and filled with genuine joy as she settled near him. "You called?"
Isis, standing a step behind, blushed faintly and crossed her arms, trying to maintain her usual composure. Her cheeks were tinged with pink as she looked at Ash, but she didn’t speak only turning her head away.
Ash chuckled, his reddish-purple eyes softening as he looked at Isis’s obvious "shyness."
He glanced at Aurora with a playful tilt of his head.
"How long is Isis going to keep acting like this?" he asked, his tone light and teasing. "We’ve all done everything together at this point... except the one thing she’s still pretending she doesn’t want."
Aurora let out a bright, melodic laugh. She nudged Isis gently with her elbow, her smile turning mischievous.
"I’m not sure Daddy.... She always enjoys our fun time together," Aurora said, her voice playful.
"You should hear the way she moans your name when we’re busy. It’s adorable."
Isis’s cheeks flushed a deeper shade as she shot Aurora a sharp glare, her voice escaping in a flustered huff.
"Shut it," she mumbled, turning her head farther away, though the redness in her ears gave her away.
Ash chuckled softly, his tone warm and fond as his gaze shifted between them.
"Can you two help me with something?" he asked.
Aurora’s head bobbed in an eager nod, her expression bright with willingness.
"Of course," she replied.
With a casual flick of his hand, Ash gestured downward, indicating past the vast Primordial Expanse, beyond the distant battlefield, and into the endless darkness stretching below.
When he first shattered the Prime Expanse with the body of the Eternal Creation, the absolute darkness drew his curiosity.
It wasn’t the First Absence, but rather the void that lay between the realms of the Prime Expanse and the Primordial Expanse.
At present, he was already planning to use these Primordial Oceans as the foundation for the next layers of Pantheos, though if he could weave in something more, he certainly wouldn’t object.
"Head down there," he said. "See how it could benefit Pantheos. Take Clara or Mother Layla with you if you’d like."
Aurora rolled her eyes, though her lips curved into a playful pout.
"Fine, I’ll do it," she said, sticking her tongue out at him. "Even though you’re clearly just being lazy again."
With that, she vanished in a swirl of white and blue light.
Elysia, Unara, and Creara — who had been quietly watching the exchange — let out soft, affectionate laughter.
"She never changes," Elysia murmured with a gentle smile, shaking her head.
Unara chuckled, her voice warm. "That’s our Rora."
Ash pulled them all close with a gentle but firm embrace, wrapping his arms around Elysia, Unara, and Creara in one smooth motion.
Their bodies pressed warmly against his—Elysia’s red-black hair cascading over his chest, Unara’s gentle presence curled into his side, and Creara leaning close.
The air around them was intimate, infused with quiet affection and the soft, reassuring hum of their shared power.
"Get busy helping me design the next layer of Pantheos already," Ash murmured, his voice low and warm against their skin.
"Tell me exactly how I should use these Oceans."
Elysia smiled softly, her fingers tracing lazy patterns on his chest as she nuzzled closer.
The four of them lingered in that shared closeness for a moment longer with the vast Primordial Expanse stretching endlessly around them.

Meanwhile, deep within the endless Darkness below the Primordial Expanse, Aurora, Clara, and Isis stood together in the formless void.
The space around them was absolute — an infinite, lightless expanse that seemed to swallow sound and sensation alike.
There was no ground beneath their feet, no sky above, only an endless, oppressive nothing that pressed gently against their skin like cool, weightless silk.
Clara, still in her battle-ready attire with faint traces of golden blood on her hands, arched a brow as she looked around the emptiness.
"Just what’s so important about this place?" she asked, her voice carrying a hint of playful complaint.
"I was in the middle of fighting when you snatched me up so abruptly, you know?"
Isis shifted slightly beside her, a faint blush still lingering on her cheeks from earlier as she opened her mouth.
"Well, Daddy told us—"
By now, it was clear that neither Isis nor any of the other women had an issue addressing Ash that way, but before she could finish, Clara cut in with a bright, excited smile, her eyes lighting up at the mere mention of Ash.
"Count me in!" she said immediately, her tone shifting from mild annoyance to eager willingness. "If it’s something Daddy wants, I’m already there."
Isis’s lips twitched in mild exasperation, but Aurora simply laughed softly, reaching over to ruffle her younger sister’s hair affectionately.
"He basically told us to figure out how to make this place useful for Pantheos," Aurora explained, gesturing around at the formless void. "Turn this endless darkness into something that serves our home."
Hearing that, she figured it would be simple enough.
Clara tilted her head, her expression growing pensive as she peered further into the darkness.
"Tell me," she murmured, her voice calm yet edged with quiet authority, "Who are you?"
In that moment, the entire formless void shifted.
HUMMM!!
The endless darkness rippled like water disturbed by a stone, faint threads of light and shadow beginning to weave through the nothing as if responding to her words.
