Chapter 528: The Core of Eclipsing (2) – More Power
Hearing the question, Raven simply smiled.
There was no malice in it—just a calm acceptance, as though the choice had been settled long before it was ever asked.
And, in truth, it had been. If one remembered correctly, those from other Realities had already been given the chance to run.
Only so their final decision would be one they were ’Okay’ with.
“There’s nothing wrong with that,” she said, her white eyes steady.
“But you won’t be joining our cause, you will be on your own inside of Pantheos. With the freedom to do as you please.
Katherine leaned back in her seat, crossing her legs with a relaxed, predatory grace as she winked.
“And you must leave… everything behind. So, there’s no need to worry about things vanishing in the lower frameworks.”
Summer chuckled softly, her long black hair swaying as she tilted her head.
“Right, one of our sons has grown rather fond of this Reality, after all…”
Hearing this, one of the Ancestors — the broad-shouldered man with obsidian skin — stepped forward, his voice tight with unease.
“What do you mean by ’leaving everything behind’?” He asked as they thought everyone would be able to come into Pantheos.
But… clearly it wouldn’t be so.
Raven’s smile didn’t waver.
“Those three men…” she said, gesturing toward the projection. “Our sons will claim this entire Reality for themselves.”
“So… there’s no need to take anything with you.”
The chamber sank into a heavy silence.
And it wasn’t just that—truthfully, only those living in True Reality would survive.
The two Ancestors exchanged grim looks, the weight of the choice settling over them like a mountain.
Over countless cycles they had spent securing their Reality from breaches and maintaining just enough standing to not be picked on….
Yet now they were about to abandon it all.
Raven didn’t wait for them to deliberate further.
She rose gracefully from her seat and walked toward the center of the chamber.
The air around her seemed to part, the obsidian floor rippling like water as she moved.
Katherine and Summer stood as well, each pulling one of the Ancestors by the arm with strings of divinity.
“Come along,” Katherine said with a sweet, dangerous smile. “We’ll make sure you arrive safely in Pantheos.”
Summer’s black eyes gleamed.
“You won’t have anything to worry about… as our Reality, is fairly safe.~”
As Raven reached the center of the chamber and she raised her hand.
HUMMM!!!!
The Core of Eclipsing — a pulsing orb of dark and light intertwined — materialized before her, along with the pure Idea of Eclipsing itself, a shimmering conceptual thread that represented the very notion of surpassing and consuming stronger natures.
She called out softly.
“Elysia.”
Elysia appeared beside her in a gentle swirl of golden light.
“Can you evolve the Core and the Idea?,” Raven requested.
Without saying much, Elysia nodded once, she then summoned the Codex and began writing.
The moment her words were etched onto the blank page.
HUMMMMM!!!!!
The Core and the Idea surged with power.
The orb expanded briefly before condensing into something far greater — a perfect fusion of the two conceptual powers.
In this moment, it became a living singularity of eclipsing potential, capable of allowing Raven to eclipse anything beyond imagination….. even fragments of higher existence itself.
Raven held the newly evolved Core for a moment, feeling its boundless potential, then stored it away with a satisfied nod.
“I’ll need a few more items before I’m done,” she murmured to herself.
Katherine and Summer had already disappeared with the two Ancestors, taking them into Pantheos.
Raven remained for a moment longer, staring at the empty space where the Core had been, her white eyes gleaming with quiet ambition.
Then after a few moments she too disappeared, as this Reality would be left to the whims of Drake and the others.
—–
Ash stood with the Dream and the three spirits, quietly observing the completed Tower of the Endless.
The colossal structure was now above what could be considered Pantheos lower framework, stretching so high that its upper floors disappeared into the higher layers of the realm.
Its base was vast enough to encompass entire star systems, with floors expanding outward in elegant, spiraling tiers.
Each level pulsed with latent power, waiting to house the Endless Realities that would soon take their places within it.
Ash’s reddish eyes swept over the tower with quiet satisfaction.
“It’s time for things to continue,” he said, his voice calm.
“I’ve done just about everything I needed to here. The Mother has revealed more of herself, and I now understand the final stage that awaits us. All that’s left is learning more about the Father.”
He turned to the Dream, placing a gentle hand on her shoulder.
“You and your siblings have your path. Use it well.”
With that, Ash disappeared along with the three spirits in a soft swirl of light.
—-
They reappeared in the Domain of Destiny — a vast, endless white expanse where fate itself was woven.
Destiny was still absent, leaving the realm feeling strangely quiet and expectant.
Kagami and Kaguya had just finished walking the final steps of the white milky road. They stood together, as Kagami had been detailing some of the past tales of the Ineffable.
Kaguya was mid-sentence, a look of disbelief on her face.
“…and after all that, I still can’t believe he—”
Ash’s voice cut in smoothly, casual and teasing.
“Believe what? That I’m even more handsome in person?”
Kagami turned, his expression shifting into a wry smile as he bowed his head in respect.
“Lord Ash,” he said simply.
Kaguya, however, was dead struck.
She stared at him, her mirrored eyes wide, completely frozen by his presence.
His long black and red hair, the calm authority in his reddish eyes, the effortless confidence in his stance — it all hit her at once.
For a moment, she forgot how to breathe…
But she quickly recovered and without warning, she vanished in a flicker of silver light and reappeared right in front of him, fist cocked back as she punched out with everything she had.
BANG!!!!!!!
“Oh, how feisty~” Ash said with a smile as he caught her punch effortlessly, his hand wrapping around her fist before pulling her forward into a deep, sudden kiss.
HUMMM!!!
The moment their lips met, a new bond formed — an invisible thread of connection that linked her existence to his.
The kiss was firm, possessive, and filled with quiet dominance. Kaguya’s eyes widened in shock for a split second before they fluttered closed, her body instinctively leaning into him.
When Ash finally pulled back, Kaguya’s face was flushed.
But before she could even speak….
She floated upward as her body was enveloped in a glowing cocoon of silver and gold light as she began a deep evolution.
Ash watched her rise, then turned to Kagami with a small smile.
“Destiny should be returning in a few weeks, and she’ll likely bring some help. Until then, don’t do much. Just get comfortable within the Prime Expanse. Explore. Rest. Prepare.”
Kagami bowed his head once more.
“As you wish.”
Ash gave him a final nod before vanishing with the three spirits, leaving Kagami alone with his evolving granddaughter.
