Chapter 219: Nothing External (4)

Chapter 219: Nothing External (4)

With Ash reborn and the Primavus race fully realized, his inner universe settled back into its natural state.

It was as though nothing had ever happened. He stood there, looking much the same as before, yet feeling a power unlike anything he had known.

It was as if an entirely new realm of strength had opened to him. Then Elysia appeared before him, her smile radiant.

“Haha, we’re nuts!” she said, diving in to hug the side of his head. It was honestly adorable, and the gesture made Ash laugh.

“You’re not wrong, haha!” he replied. The two shared a laugh as he wandered through the void of his inner cosmos, amused by how they only grew more and more unfathomable—and they hadn’t even left the lower rungs of existence.

They couldn’t help but find it genuinely amusing. After a while, Elysia spoke as she perched on his shoulder.

“So, what item did you get?”

Indeed, all true progenitors possessed unique innate artifacts that embodied the essence of their race.

Ash smiled, and with a mere thought, a black book materialized before him. It lay open, its countless pages blank, yet at the top of each one, in elegant black cursive, were the words: ’The Ineffable Paradoxical Kin.’

[The Codex – A limitless tome filled with endless blank pages, remaining empty until Ash chooses to shape its contents, perfectly reflecting the essence of The Primavus.

Its power expands in tandem with its wielder.

Abilities

Paradoxical Inscription – Ash writes or wills any trait, power, aspect, or reality on a page. It instantly becomes true for him or his target.

Embodying the Primavus nature, the inscription is paradoxical… it exists but constantly shifts and evolves adapting to counters and grows stronger over time.

Blank Refusal – Turn a page toward any force (attack, concept, law, definition), the blankness ’refuses’ it, nullifying and erasing its fixed nature. The force still exists but loses all meaning/effect.

Infinite Revision – The book can never be fully filled or destroyed—there is always one more blank page. Any attempt to burn, seal, or define the book causes it to rewrite the attempt into something beneficial

Paradoxical Harmony – Once per cycle, the holder can “close” the book on a blank page—imposing a state of pure becoming on targeted reality. Everything in range enters flux: fixed truths unravel into infinite variables….

The effect ends when the book is reopened, snapping reality to the “most favorable” undefined state.

Authoring Potential – Write an unwritten event, law, or truth as if it’s from a greater story.

For example (“And so the Progenitor claimed the throne unchallenged”)

The Page authors it into existence… yet it remains ’unwritten’ enough to evolve and refuse counters.]

[A/N: Again, Ash’s abilities can’t be used beyond his range of power. Currently, he stands at multiversal power (Peak of Lower Dimension), able to travel to other universes and also destroy one.

Yet his Mana Sense only is capable of covering a Galaxy which is the range of his power. In other words, Ash’s abilities will be able to affect Entire Galaxies…]

“That’s just straight-up broken,” Elysia said, shaking her head.

She knew all too well how imaginative Ash could be, and after reading these abilities, she was certain he would only become even more overpowered.

“It wouldn’t suit me if it wasn’t,” Ash replied with a shrug, pausing with a smile. When he glanced over, he saw Elysia wearing the same knowing grin.

She nodded. “Yes, it should work… since you’re using it on yourself and not the Records directly.”

“Well, let’s get rid of these meaningless titles,” he said, though he didn’t actually mean to get rid of them.

No, since someone had foolishly tried to pull him into their scheme—or whatever their true reason—he would use it to his advantage. Ash couldn’t deny it… the power of titles was far too tempting to give up.

Though he could do what they could, it was still true that they held and provided ridiculous power.

He picked up his book and began to write. No pen or tool was needed—just his will and his thoughts. As his mind guided the process, elegant black cursive letters started to form on the pages.

|Authoring Potential|

“And then, every title and external definition of the Primavus Progenitor was completely absorbed and woven into his very being. The titles vanished along with their taint, leaving only the power behind.”

HUM!

The book hummed softly, and with a gentle glow, the effect took hold instantly. At first, Ash felt nothing, simply watching as the titles vanished from his status. Yet he knew there was more to come.

That was the beauty of the codex—any new truth was always incomplete and unwritten. In other words, it would never stop growing, nor could it be refused or countered.

After all, how could anyone oppose a truth that is endlessly evolving?

As he watched the titles fade away, about five minutes passed before anything else occurred. He kept walking until it felt like a new power was being born deep within his inner cosmos.

Then he smiled as he checked his gains, leaving him a little stunned.

[The Paradoxical Ever Origin (Passive) -The user embodies the ultimate Primavus paradox. You are the origin of what originates from the unwritten and the architect of origins that refuse architecture.

Anything the user ’becomes’ (Through desire, will or power) retroactively originates an unwritten epoch around it.

-Gained Power (Talents, Ranks, Traits, Aspects… anything) it spawns seeds of new celestial bodies within inner cosmos. (He just needs to cultivate them)

The Primavus has no ’first’… the race itself is an infinite loop where cause and effect swap places. The race Originates from you… but You also originates from the race’s becoming.

– All Primavus evolutions/power ups are enhanced 250x before fed back to you…

-All Primavus gain 5% of your full power]

“Hmm, this feels like more than what a progenitor should be…” he muttered, prompting Elysia to lightly tug his ear.

“Duh!” she replied with a giggle. “Progenitors are the first of their race… but you can no longer be called one.”

Ash chuckled; it was always a bit strange having a conversation with his own mind.

“That doesn’t change the fact that it’s still weird. I’m the Origin of my own race… yet I’m simultaneously not?”

The two kept chatting as Ash wandered through his void.

He wasn’t wrong—his new power-ups were all a bit confusing, but that was just who he was, and that nature inevitably reflected onto his race.

He was a living paradox, one that only grew more absurd with time. Yet, through it all, they had managed to achieve their goal: removing every trace of external influence from himself and his people.

Even with his vast knowledge, the Records remained a mystery to him, though his curiosity to learn more—and even see them—was undeniable.

Still, before that, it was time to return to the world.

The last time he’d seen his lovers and Valkyries, they had been tasked with conquest… Galactic Conquest. While they handled their mission, it was only right for him to begin his own.

It was time for the soon-to-be Eternal Originat Clan to step onto the Universal Stage.

[A/N: I know his Clan was technically created through the records as well. However, it’s not as dire as him having titles and Elysia being tainted. His Clan will eventually fall suit as well.]
