Tech Dominator Starts with Raising Kids
Chapter 802 - 800: Poems
Amu comforted her sister, Sha Hong, and said with a smile:
"Then we’ll just wait outside. If it weren’t for those big brothers and sisters back then, we wouldn’t be living this good life now."
Sha Hong nodded vigorously. A small villa and a beautiful big TV, things she never dared to dream of having, are now all available.
Carrying over thirty pounds of cured meat, Amu, as the elder sister, felt far less calm inside than she appeared.
Back then, the family had only one piece of cured meat, and she had the courage to give it to the big brother. Now that they’re wealthy, she’s a bit embarrassed to take out this self-made thirty-plus pounds of cured meat.
But, after thinking it over, aside from cured meat, she couldn’t think of any other gifts to give to the big brother.
Noticing her sister occasionally touch her pocket, Amu curiously asked:
"Sister, did you also bring a gift?"
"Mm-hmm."
"The gift I prepared, the big brother and big sister will definitely like."
Amu became even more curious.
"Take it out and let me see. I’ll help you give some advice."
"Hehe, I guarantee there’s no problem, sister, please don’t ask anymore."
The two children waited for nearly an hour, yet showed no signs of impatience.
They both knew the big brother and big sisters would definitely come out this afternoon; the village chief said so. This afternoon, the village chief would take the big brother and them to inspect the pig breeding base.
Under the shade of the trees, hiding from the sun, Amu and Sha Hong kept glancing toward the entrance.
Until... a group of people walked directly toward them.
Her sister was so scared she clung tightly behind her elder sister.
Upon seeing the familiar figures from her memories, Sha Hong peeked her head out from behind her sister.
If it hadn’t been for Zero’s reminder, Mo Jingchun wouldn’t have known there were two kids waiting outside for nearly an hour.
Looking at the two taller little girls, Mo Jingchun almost didn’t recognize them.
When they first met in that dilapidated, leaky, and dark house, the two little ones were skinny and dark.
Now they were fair and delicate, and if not for Zero’s reminder, Mo Jingchun would truly hesitate to believe they were those two pitiful children from before.
"Amu, Sha Hong, hello there."
Mo Jingchun’s amiable demeanor eased Amu and Sha Hong’s nerves.
What surprised the sisters even more was that the big brother actually remembered their names.
"Big brother, big sister, thank you. If it weren’t for you, my sister and I wouldn’t even know what kind of life we would be living."
Saying this, Amu mustered the courage and handed over the snakeskin bag.
"Big brother, I’m not sure what you like; this is cured meat I made, using the same method as before."
"This..." Mo Jingchun was quite touched.
He never expected any return when he first helped these children.
But the gift before him deeply moved Mo Jingchun.
"And mine!"
At this moment, Sha Hong nervously handed over five stacked certificates to Mo Jingchun.
Seeing that each certificate had ’first in class’, Mo Jingchun was greatly surprised.
"Kids, this is the best gift I’ve received."
"Such good grades. Promise me to keep it up in the future."
"Okay."
......
Led by the village chief, Mo Jingchun and his group walked down the concrete road toward the pig breeding base.
Mo Jingchun and the village chief were at the front while everyone listened to the village chief talk about Amu and Sha Hong. All quietly listened to their story.
It was hard to imagine that these two children had such great perseverance, cultivating vegetables while not neglecting their studies.
Even more remarkable was the vegetable yield and quality from their home consistently ranking among the top in the village.
Midnight planting, early morning harvesting.
After hearing the village chief finish describing the kids’ experiences, Mo Jingchun sighed lightly and said:
"It’s not easy."
"Indeed, it’s not easy, but now it’s better; every household is wealthy."
Turning a corner, what came into view was a large factory building, surrounded by raised biogas tanks.
Looking at the pig breeding base ahead, the village chief confidently introduced:
"Our pig farming base fully meets ecological environmental protection standards. All waste is fermented in the biogas tanks.
The produced biogas is channeled to every household, and the post-fermented organic fertilizer is in high demand by everyone.
We can say our pig farming base realizes ecological scientific pig farming."
Candy wasn’t at all interested in the uncle’s introduction. Her mind was just fixed on quickly seeing the piglets, those pink and cute piglets.
She tugged at her brother’s sleeve and blinked her eyes, giving non-stop hints.
Mo Jingchun’s mouth curved into a slight smile as he asked the village chief:
"Village chief, can you take us to see the piglets?"
The village chief was a bit surprised, so they liked piglets.
"No problem, everyone follow me."
After necessary disinfection, the group stepped into the factory building.
Even though the inside had an excellent ventilation system, the smell was still rather pungent.
Wearing a mask, Candy’s eyes were full of confusion.
How could the cute piglets be so stinky?
After walking for three minutes, Mo Jingchun’s group stopped.
What they saw were adorable piglets.
Apparently already fed, most of the piglets were lying on the ground grunting in their sleep.
Now on the steps, Candy looked at the cute piglets inside and felt her heart melt.
Ignoring the smell, the piglets were truly adorable.
Suddenly, Candy’s eyes shifted to a corner where a single piglet lay.
"Hey, brother, look quickly, that piglet must be dreaming, maybe even having a nightmare."
Following Candy’s pointing finger, everyone turned their gaze.
In the corner, a little piglet trembled occasionally, resembling someone twitching during a nightmare.
Mo Jingchun said with a smile, "Candy, with so many piglets here, how about composing a poem for everyone to enjoy? Your class teacher praised your poetry in the group chat."
Upon hearing this, Candy was shocked.
Compose a poem? She couldn’t! The teacher misunderstood!
With everyone watching, Candy was too embarrassed to admit she couldn’t.
Staring at the piglets, Candy held it in for a while and then slowly said:
"Little pig, little pig, plump and round, facing hardship, snoring sound.
Cooked in the pot stirring round, served in the bowl with aroma profound."
For a long time, everyone stared at Candy, unable to recover from their shock.
Even Mo Jingchun was visibly surprised.
Not to mention, it was quite catchy.
The village chief laughed heartily, "A good poem, a good poem."
Mo Jingchun’s mouth twitched, but he didn’t object.
"Zero, it’s your turn."
In the next moment, Zero blurted out:
"In dreams dedicating to noble notion, immortal breath flows in myriad potion.
As voice quivers in startled dream emotion, inciting laughter no one can control."
The poem’s appearance instantly elevated the atmosphere.
Only Candy still naively believed Zero’s poem was as cute as hers.
"Boss, you should write one too."
"Me?"
